Third stay here and very happy to see the pool open! Last two times it was closed out whole stays. Got a suite this time and we loved it! What we didn’t like is the early, and I mean early, noise from other guests.

I was there for 9 days. Never got bedsheets change or floor vacuum. Trash was emptied everyday and fresh towels. I even requested the changing of sheets. The pool was very cloudy. Hardly any hot water and no water pressure on 2 nd floor. I was definitely disappointed with this stay as I have stay at other Fairfield’s that was a lot better.

The side door where you go in and out instead of using the main entrance needs to be fixed. The door slams and is really loud for anyone staying in that area on the first floor. Room numbers 128 130 129 127 etc.

Fitness center was garbage. Old equipment that did not eork

First room assigned had not been cleaned. Lack of communication between housekeeping and the front desk. Situation quickly remedied. Pool was murky and uninviting.

Enjoyed our stay. Only saw someone at the front desk once (stayed 3 nights). Indoor pool was closed for maintenance. Would stay again.

The property is in convenient location near grocery store & food place but the Indoor pool was closed, the reason why I booked it & I asked that question before completing the booking. All the towels were dingy, one used. There was some bug crawling on the nightstand, looked like a big termite. I'm apprehensive to go to sleep. I hope breakfast is good.

The pool had a green tint. My bed was wet and had a mildew smell. They did get me another room at 11:30 pm. The room was hot took above 45 mins to cool off. Teenagers were running the hallway

This hotel is okay if you don't really care about cleanliness. When I arrived to the room the bedding had not been changed. The pillows were dirty and the bedding had long hairs in it. There was a used coffee cup. The towels looked used. When I asked for new towels was told there weren't any they were all being washed.

BED BUGS! Whether you slept in the bed or the couch you were going to get bitten. We didn't realize until after we had left that it was infested. Bed bug bites on our backs, ankles, and arms. I felt totally disgusted. The bites were itchy and uncomfortable. . The bed sheets didn't look clean upon closer inspection. Horrible. Would never return.

The property was conveniently located to my destination. The reception ppl were very accommodating. The room smelled like a dog lived in the room for a while. The room smelled like a smokers room while i ask for non smoking. The tub had black mold around it. There was no shower curtains. There was issues with the toilet flushing initially. Then after several flushes it worked well. The toilet paper appeared to have been wet, then dried & put back in use.

We were bitten by bed bug moved to another room that turned out to be infested by bed bugs also we left early and came home

The receptionist was nice and helpful but everything else was awful. We had a room on the 1st floor. When we arrived the room smelled like mildew and had stains on the floor but the worst thing was a roach crawled down the curtain and into my son’s bag. I immediately asked for a different room off of the main floor. We were moved to the 3rd floor where the room didn’t smell like mildew but the floor was stained the wall outlet cover in the bathroom was growing mold, and the door wouldn’t shut unless you put force behind it. The whole facility is run down. The outside had a few extra holes by the ac units needing repair. They did have a breakfast where you could make your own waffles and those were good but the dining area was dingy and in need of repair. We will never stay there again

Underneath the air conditioner was all wet on the carpet and it had a weird smell like someone had just come out of the pool or something in there not a clean smell like a musky smell. Is it still hairs in it around the sink and bathtub drain slow so I was really looking forward to a bath but unfortunately, I did not bathe in there. I only could shower because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of it. Staff was very nice and I was put right by the back door everybody’s in and out by in and out in out so that was unfortunate.

This was a real life hotel from hell experience. My initial room had red stains on the rug, hair everywhere and a roach. I asked for a second room then get in there to one towel. Asked for more towels and the guy slides it across the dirty counter instead of putting it in my hand. I asked for another towel and he complains about low towels in the hotel and after handing me the next towel complained that they now have no towels. Ok w.e. i had the pne br suite with the pull out couch. There were no blankets, sheets or pillows for the pull out. I was given the decorative portion they put ontop of the bed instead of an actual blanket. I ended up asking for the key to the previous room to grab a blanket and pillows for my toddler like i worked there. Just all around terrible experience.

The room had a strong stale odor. Breakfast was good. We stayed there to visit a military family member. The hotel was not accommodating to needs. Floors were dirty.

The sheets were dirty, they were never changed. I called and asked for someone to change them, I was told I need to strip down the bed and bring the sheets to the front desk and they will give me new ones. I was greeted with attitude and as if I was bothering the front desk agent. I was told they do not have a laundry person and housekeeping has been an issue. Never an apology or empathy for the frustration. Rooms were not clean, bath tub was dirty and had rust stains and mold.

Im extremely disappointed in this trip. The hotel had a moldy/musty smell. Then half way through the night we were awakened by itching. The beds are full of bedbugs. Truly sad. We actually caught 2 & left on the desk so the cleaning people could see them

Nicely renovated. Squeaky floors above my room. Should stay on top floor!

The suite worked very well for our family. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was disappointing

The property was clean but very dated. The room didn't have a separate sitting area like the information said. The location was convenient for or daily sightseeing.

Room was clean and quiet. Only issue was that the towels are small and worn and the shower head water barely comes out. I would recommend a maintenance person change out the shower head or clean it with CLR.

WiFi was a little glitchy the first few days but that worked itself out! Friendly staff rooms reasonable price

We were in town for our son's USMC graduation and chose to stay here. It was busy, so there's was a little wait and confusion when we arrived. But the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and and spacious. We would definitely come back to this place.

We stayed for the Marine’s graduation of our son. The hotel was clean, the beds and pillow super comfortable, The bathrooms clean and the hotel was close to the main ave way, closer to anything. Also close to the base. In General we like it.

It’s a place to hang your hat. The beds were lumpy and not comfortable in my opinion. I showered and water splashed out. The carpet was stained. TV was great, location was great nearby to shops/fast food places and have parking.

We waited over 2 hours in the parking lot waiting to check in. No staff was behind the counter. Sign posted sold out no check in until 3 pm. We wanted to check in at 1 pm due to another commitment. Wanted some toast at breakfast and the toaster wasn’t plugged in. I plugged it in and it still didn’t work. Very disappointed in our accommodations for this trip.

I left a day early and notified the hotel staff the day prior to departure. They refused to reimburse funds for that day. I was given the run around about who would reimburse. The hotel directed me to Expedia and I was redirected back to the hotel. Once it was discovered the hotel was the responsible party. I could not reach the manager for the refund. I still have not been refunded for that day.

This place is very overrated and overpriced for the facilities and the service. First thing the front desk guy was asleep when we got there to check in and seemed bothered that he had to help us at 10pm to check in. Then the second night of our stay we came back at about 8:30 and again had to wake him up from sleeping in the”dining” area. We had to ring the door bell to even find him. Then we asked for a few more towels for our room and he said we couldn’t have more towels he had just been cleaned out of towels. Then when questioned again about is he sure he said yes and if we didn’t like it we can leave now. To say he was rude is being nice. We talked with the owner / Manager and don’t feel confident that anything will be done. Good Luck if you stay here. It’s a shame it put a damper on our visit for our new Marine.

Mixed Experience – Great Staff, But Poor Communication Between Booking Vendor and Hotel We recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Beaufort West, SC. The reception staff was courteous and very accommodating, going out of his way to personally show us both available room options after we encountered a booking issue. We had booked an AED room through Expedia, expecting it to be accessible with appropriate amenities for our needs. However, upon arrival, we were told the only room available was a King bedroom, which couldn’t accommodate a third person—something that was not clearly stated on Expedia’s website. The alternative room offered had two twin beds and was accessible, but not AED. This situation created confusion and inconvenience at check-in. It’s important that Expedia and the hotel improve their coordination and provide clear, accurate descriptions of room types, especially the difference between "Accessible" and "AED" rooms, and specify occupancy limits. While we appreciate the staff’s efforts to assist us, this issue highlights the need for better clarity and transparency on booking platforms to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.

Filthy. Everywhere you looked you could see housekeeping has zero standards. Front desk staff extremly rude and unprofessional. Shower missing handle and unable to adjust water. Then they Told us its not their problem they didnt have towels or wash cloths on 2 of our 3 days. We were told if we didnt like it to talk to the GM but then couldn't be told when the GM would be in or how to contact. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

Went to watch my nephew graduate from the Marine Corp. Great location, close to restaurants, and the check in was exceptional

Room is very clean and up-to-date. The staff was helpful.

When we arrived there was no one there to check us in. 30 minutes later we were able to check in. I was told the desk clerk had car trouble & the the person that should have been there was nowhere to be found. Totally awful customer service. Will not be staying there again.

Everything from check-in to the condition of this "Radisson" was TERRIBLE!!!!! When I walked up to the desk to check in, I wasn't greeted with a welcome, a smile, or even a "what the hell do you want?!?!" The room was dirty. Housekeeping didn't come to my room even ONCE during my stay. The bathroom sink didn't empty correctly, so if I were brushing my teeth or washing my hands the sink would stay full of dirty water while I was trying to do my business. The tissue and toilet paper was cheaper grade than you would find in a gas station. The TV had a dirty rag wipe mark across it, as if someone had used the same nasty cloth to clean the entire room and then haphazardly run it over the screen. When I made my reservations, the pictures of the room and the hotel in general did NOT match up to what I found. The bathroom showed a cute tray with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel.....but what I found was actually a bar of soap, and two tiny containers marked "shampoo & conditioner" (respectively). The halls & other people staying were extremely noisey until all hours of the night. The hotel was located in an unsafe part of town (who builds a Radisson there?!?!) so the front doors locked after 8pm, which the check-in girl failed to mention or show me how to get in!!!!!! So overall I guess my question would have to be: Where did I actually stay, a Radisson or Motel 6???

A short drive to the heart of Beaufort’s Main Street and lovely waterside park and gardens. Close to restaurants and a shopping plaza.

This hotel was dirty and unsafe. There were unsavory characters hanging around in the parking lot, half the lights in the lobby and hallways were not on, the room was dirty and the door did not secure all the way. My family and I left after seeing the property and requested a refund. The front desk staff was unable to help us and had to keep calling the owner on her personal cell phone. The owner was also giving us the runaround. We booked through Expedia and they have been very helpful but the hotel management has not.

Close to Beaufort and was good place to stay before heading to Fripp Island.

Stayed here to attend Marine graduation. Very easy to get to and from Parris Island, many food selections to chose from in the area.

Good location to MCRD

was there for my nephew graduation at Parris Island. hotel was in a great place. literally 5 mins from everything. except for Parris Island, we were 10-12 mins away. Easy check in. Had to change room the next day, our AC went out, but we were quickly attended to. outside at the entrance could have been neater. cushions need to be replaced. vending machines on first floor was drink machine and ice cream machine and ice machine. every day they came into the room and gave us more towels and took out trash. overall, property was good. i would come back.

It was close to dining, Publix and the Spanish Moss trail. Hot breakfast and coffee were good too. Our room had an unrepaired water damage on the ceiling and no way we could find to turn on the lamp by the bed. Beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant, parking was free and it was close to good dining and downtown.

Was there for grandson graduation from Marines. The property was good and I would stay there again. The hotel next door was very rundown and cast a shadow over the area.

There was no breakfast. I rang the bell on the desk 10 times before someone came in from smoking outside, that saw me get out of the car. The person that came to work the front desk can only make coffee. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom, and a sock in the corner by the sink. I need some money back. I will not stay at this hotel again. Coffee is nasty. Not enough parking.

Hot breakfast, indoor pool, huge tv where i could read captions from the bed(hearing impaired). Little pricy but worth it!!

No breakfast on Tuesday 6/6, desk staff advised there would be none. Hallways smelt like marijuana and the room smelled of wet dog. Bed spreads were stained as were the “clean” linens. I had to get my own linens daily. Definitely will not stay here again!

Switch room due to AC not cooling the room. The replacement room AC wasn't cooling as well. Breakfast was canceled due to staff not showing up for work. Not please and wish i could get my money back.

Location Location Location! Literally 15 min drive to Parris Island for Son’s USMC Family Day & Graduation! Warm Continental Breakfast with Waffle maker, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bagels, pastries etc. juice & Coffee! Free News Papers with printed names of all USMC Graduates on Graduation Day! Thank You!!!

Breakfast choices were amazing! Great selection. People were very nice and helpful.

The exercise room was full of none working equipment I mean nothing worked I was so sad because I gave them 5 stars when I came back and saw the updated rooms tv’s etc but I went to workout and it was so sad I was lost . Then the next day I went back down for breakfast and it was the same exact breakfast they offered no fruit none and all the cereal was still and the toast was also still to much water in the cranberry juice The first day the waffles was amazing tasted amazing. It was a cook a Caucasian lady with her children. She took pride in making the breakfast that morning. She didn’t amazing job but the next day I came back and it was a lady of an India descent she was not friendly. She cared nothing about the breakfast. She didn’t even apologize, the potatoes were bland. She just went in there a few minutes later and poured out Only one container of the cereal which was the steel cornflakes that were in a container that said frosted cornflakes and they were not, and then The fruit loops were still. I just need them to get it together. Of course I will stay again because the price was good for the Rams and the upgrade. Kudos today down the street to waffle House, and get you a good breakfast. Don’t waste your time going down for breakfast and just take your walk around the neighborhood because this hotel offers no good ad entities, sorry that was my experience me and my sister and we stay at least 2 to 3 times a year. We even recommend this hotel for our church to stay.

Great spot and area, the breakfast was amazing.

The room was comfortable and clean. There were two small spots on the carpet that were gray stains but there was no bad smell or stickiness. The bed was comfortable and our kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The water was warmed a little bit. We felt safe during our stay. The breakfast was good, with Belgian waffles, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, eggs, bagels, cereal, pastries, juice, milk and coffee a in available. Free parking and gym onsite also added value.
