Basic accommodations, room seemed clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Hot water with good pressure in shower. Air-conditioning had trouble keeping up with the hot weather during the day, but comfortable at night. Pet friendly. Grounds were well kept and the pool area was very cute. Would stay again.

The room itself was nice and spacious floor coming up in bathroom and renovations around the halls. . The elevator had stuff spilled all over the floor that made your feet stick if you used it and smelled of weed everywhere.

Rooms were run down elevator was broken the whole time we were there .window in entry door was broken can't recommend this place .but it was dog friendly and staff was friendly

There were several parts of the room that were dirty/rusted/broken/falling apart. Not sure if it’s standard but the windows didn’t open so there was no fresh air at all. The floors were sticky. Advertised as having a pool but when we asked about it the only information we got was “pools closed” with no reason. Lobby was okay but prices were insane for any of the snacks. Elevator was dingy as was the hallway. It was relatively quiet, so that was nice. The Waffle House was like 100 feet from the hotel which was great for breakfast in the morning. A few stores in town within 15 minutes walking distance was nice too. It was our last night in SC so it wasn’t that bad, but I would not have spent multiple nights there, even for the price. The woman that checked us in the night of was nice enough. The other woman that checked us out was very nice and accommodating. She allowed us to leave our bags behind the desk for a few hours after check out so we didn’t have to take them to breakfast. Having the mini golf place right next door was cool too, as well as having the airport only a 5 minute drive. Overall, I think if the place was a lot cleaner I would have given it a higher star rating. I didn’t pay a lot to stay there but I would have paid more had it been higher quality stay. Given the overall state of the room, we were also afraid to sleep under the blankets and slept on top. Not good for business.

Overall, our stay was just ok. The staff at the front desk were all very informed and welcoming which was appreciated. The room was clean and free of any pests, but it was not as clean as it could be. There was a ton of hair that didn’t belong to us underneath the bathroom sink, lots of dust behind the beds and it was also not vacuumed very well and I’m not even sure the beds were checked underneath because there was a few items probably left by previous guests underneath the bed. The floor also probably hadn’t been mopped in a while as my son spilled something on the floor and we went to wipe it up with an extra towel and the towel was extremely dirty afterwards. The room got extremely hot overnight despite the air being on and the hallways and elevator were also extremely hot, which made it a little uncomfortable to walk through the halls. None of that was a dealbreaker though, but the room 100% could have been cleaner. The location was very nice. We had a lot of great food options within a short drive or walk and we were also very close to the beach, which was very nice. The only reason we didn’t walk to the beach was the fact that it was over 100° most of our trip and we had a two-year-old with us. Not a bad place, just not the best.

It was dirty and the pipes in the bathroom was leaking water the hole time. I had to clean the bathroom out with bleach the floors dirty. The bedding had stains on the and the towel had yellow stains on them.

Rooms have a musty smell to them. They have fake wooden floors in all of the rooms that are stained/dirty. Mold in the corner of the bathrooms, rust in the shower and the shower walls were a dirty yellow color with streaking like someone rubbed their finger through it. The first room they gave me had water seeping through the bathroom floor because the person before me flooded the bathroom with the tub. Hallways smell musty, elevator is old and dingy. Tons of sketchy people in front and outside smoking cigarettes and weed. I really wanted to just sleep in my car instead of this hotel. Save your time and money. It was really nasty.

We ended up having to cancel this reservation due to the room being so dirty. It seemed that the first room they gave us wasn’t cleaned at all. They tried another room and it was almost as bad. The floors were full of human hair and dust and grime and the sheets were stained as well.

The room smelled horrible and there was some sort of black "stuff" on the ceiling. The floors were always wet with condensation. We had to move to another room which was much better but the floors were also wet. However, the staff was excellent and there were no service issues.

The mattress wa on the frame without us box spring so it was noisy and low and uncomfortable. The air conditioner made a racket. The bathroom was large but there was mini our counter space on the sink. Dogs were barking and whining until 11:00pm. The staff was nice. That was only nice thing. The pictures online are completely deceiving. The lights over the bed did t work right and the USB ports didn’t work. Go someplace else. Rip off for the amount of money it costs.

When traveling with dogs options are limited but this place worked out great. There are walkable areas that worked for us and local driving too. Rooms were big. Daily cleaning and housekeeping could use a better approach. But overall it was good. Recommend to a friend with dogs.

Our room was very clean and furniture was in good shape. We were also accommodated with an early check in. The neighborhood is a little sketch and the walls are thin. Guests were slamming doors and arguing outside our door after midnight so it was noisy while we were trying to sleep. We did bring a white noise sound machine that helped so I would recommend something like that or download an app on your phone.

The day of my check-in medical examiners were walking someone-out in a body bag. That was super uncomfortable for me to enjoy my stay as I was unclear what happened I was alone so I didn’t feel the safest. However, the wonderful lady who checked me in was amazing and accommodating and checked me in two hours early and I was super grateful for her. I don’t remember her name.

We were staying only the one night in order to catch a 7 a.m. flight the next morning. Unfortuntely, around 7p.m., we were notified that our flight had been canceled and we needed to arrange for a new one. I did not have my laptop with me. Went downstairs and Heidi was a wonderful help in assisting me to reschedule a later flight. She actually saved not only our visit with family in NY, but my sanity!

Hotel staff was nice. Room was clean. My only issues were the water never got hot, only luke warm, and they tired to bring in a third party company to attempt to steam clean the rug and the ac unit. I was traveling with animals and didn’t want them in my room with out me. We were in town for a softball tournament and so our schedule was not set in stone. I offered for them to come in at 8:30 in the morning and the cleaner started on the opposite end of the hotel. I told them I’d be back at approximately 2 PM, and then we won that game and ended up staying at the field until 430. It was definitely very stressful worrying about whether or not they were disrupting my dogs by trying to steam clean my carpet and the AC unit. That definitely should not have been attempted that over a weekend and not while guests are actually staying in rooms. I don’t trust this third party company. I barely trust the hotel staff. Nobody should be entering my room when I’m not there. The biggest kicker was fact that they never told us at check-in. This would be happening. I just happen to see a note the next day at the counter when I went to ask a question.

Stayed 3 nights, easy five minute walk to beach. Had a nice pool area, clean and fairly quiet. Rooms were clean, seemed very spacious. Fridge, TV and cold air conditioning. Plenty of parking, food on both sides and just down the street. Will stay here next time.

The property was run down. We were checking in later in the day there were people angling out in the parking lot and the are where the entrace was. I didnt feel safe. Had I been alone I would not have stayed.

When I got into the room I had to move the lamp to a different outlet that was right in front of the tv so I couldn’t watch tv when I was relaxing at night! I was also told there was a small breakfast but there was not only coffee and they had no vending machines so you were forced to buy from there very tiny store they had and a soda was way to expensive!

Office being renovated, slippery tub, phone and lamp not working initially but fixed them myself. VERY small tight bathroom and tv remote unreliable. Friendly staff and coffee was good *(no milk/cream, just that awful powder!)

Room was ok just very dated. Bed wasn't too terrible. Everything worked as it should. It was bike week and my room backed up to the parking lot with a few loud bikes, but by 10 pm things got quiet even inside the hotel and my room was next to the elevator. There is no coffee maker in the room nor do they offer a continental breakfast. However they have complimentary coffee downstairs and a Waffle House right next door. Very close to the airport but you did not hear any plane activity. Gas station maybe 1/4 mile.

LIKED THE PRICE. was a quiet hotel and rooms are newly renovated and very nice. you have to drive to the beach or anywhere but it is convenient for a budget minded beach goer. we went to shows. coffee was just dry creamer and sugar....no breakfast or cream.. poor

This hotel was okay for what you pay. There was no mini fridge in the room & they didn’t offer a morning breakfast. I also ended up paying an additional $55 convenience fee that wasn’t stated beforehand. $5 of it was for some random safe that was in the bedroom. It was refunded quickly after the trip though. It was only a couple of blocks from the beach and staff was super friendly. Room was clean overall.
