Great 2 bedroom - lots of room - window air conditioners are very noisy and right next to the bed and did not cool very well. Didn't get the free pizza because the place closed early. Coffee is very weak. Location was perfect for us. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool every night.

Super 8 in Deadwood is awesome. Beautiful property and friendly people. Our room was excellent and the pool and spa were great. The casino and pizza place was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely try to stay here again if in the Black Hills area. 10 stars!

Nice spot before the main drag. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free parking which is HUGE in Deadwood. Trolley picks up right at hotel and across the street. Rooms are a little dated but bathrooms have been updated recently. Comfortable if a little small. Note, there are no elevators so you have to go down or up a few steps. Not an issue for us but might be for others. Small gaming area as with all hotels in Deadwood and a pizza place. Breakfast was lackluster. Pool looked clean but is right in front of gaming and pizza. We did not feel like being on display for everyone by swimming there (but, we weren't there to swim).

I was blown-away by this Super 8... Awesome! We stayed for a couple of days to visit the area and totally loved everything about it. The pool and hot tub were terrific, the breakfast (caramel rolls!) was very nice, and the shuttle trolley was a nice surprise. Don't waste your money elsewhere- stay here!

Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. They do provide a continental breakfast but the selection is very limited. There is an outside seating area but due to weather conditions wasnt able to enjoy it. However, I did get to enjoy the enclosed smoking room with the electric fireplace and TV.

The room was very nice, and the view was beautiful but during the night I was bitten by a bug. When I looked to see what it was, I found three bedbugs. I called the front desk and let them know about that situation and they moved me to another room which was nice, too. The staff was very accommodating upon arrival and departure.

An older hotel. The front desk attendant was very nice. We only stayed one night due to our traveling schedule. Although it’s now a non-smoking hotel the years before as a smoking one still lingers in the room. The shower head doesn’t put out much water. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Checked in room had a slip and trip leaving room carpet was wet then stepped on tile could have been worse if I did it catch my fall Reported right away and nothing was done plumbing issue or something 3 hours later it got worst we used all towels to soak up water Next morning reported to manager and she did not care as well I asked for another room or something check in staff said morning person can check it out Morning person said I’m sorry

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic Stay! Our family had an amazing weekend at the Super 8 by Wyndham in Deadwood, SD! We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for my wife, our teenage son, and me—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The onsite casino added some fun for the adults, while the small pizza place was a great late-night snack option. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to relax after exploring Deadwood. We also loved the free Foosball table, which kept our son entertained! The continental breakfast was better than expected—fresh and convenient for starting our day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable, and fun place to stay in Deadwood, this is it! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Room was very nice but needed some TLC. Vacuuming under bed had not been done in a long time. Also had a room in lower level with room window on ground level. People were walking around looking at River and several times I had people come up to the window and look in. Doesn’t seem real safe to me to have people looking in. Should put some kind of film on window so it isn’t as easy to snoop in other peoples rooms. Therefore I had to have my curtains closed the whole time!!!!!

The beds are really comfy which really matters to me. Hotel is mostly newly done. No microwave in the room, the curtains show alot of light thru the top and sides. When we checked in I had booked 2 rooms (thru hotels.com) but our rooms ended up being on 2 diffrent floors and they said they were booked and couldn't change it, so that was a little inconvenient the kids being upstairs. The pool was great it goes 9ft deep, hot tub was very small but nice and hot. You have to go thru the pool area to get to the casino and the flooor is really slick. There's a stream outback which is cool. I'd maybe stay again for the price.

The gentleman that checked me in was very rude and was jerk. Not sure if he means to be or it’s just how he comes across. The breakfast is not much and older man running breakfast cant hear and is also very rude.

The front desk staff were very friendly, but the hotel is dated and very old smelling. The hot tub was dirty and the breakfast was minimal. Make sure if you are travelling with younger kids and want two rooms, be specific when booking you want rooms on the same floor.

It was in a quiet location with a running brook. Offered trolley to downtown. Very comfortable beds. Cinnamon rolls were fabulous! Would stay here again.

This was one of the more budget friendly hotels in Deadwood. We paid $150 a night for the middle of June. It came with a continental breakfast. Mostly all sugar items. Sweet rolls, a waffle maker, sweet cold cereal, yogurt, etc.. I did t use the pool or hot tub. Looked cloudy and sketchy. Room was adequate. It was clean but only had 1 working light in the whole room. Tv and cable reminded me of the 1970’s with crazy static on all channels. Had a small fridge and a microwave. So that was cool. Weird little casino, aka, we have 20 slot machines. The best thing they had was a cool patio/deck overlooking the river. Good spot for coffee and you sweet roll in the morning. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. More than likely I’d stay there again knowing the TV sucks. It’s also a 20 minute walk to Main Street Deadwood. Doesn’t seem like much unless it’s 80 degrees. Then is a 20 minute walk back uphill. There is a trolly that stops there if you can figure out when it stops, and god knows where to find it for the return trip

Wonderful place to stay. Heated pool, nice hot tub, wonderful back porch area to hang out in and a seperate fireplace out side to smoke cigars in. Casino was fun with free drinks while you play. Breakfast was simple but nice. Overall we will stay there every time we are in town
