Carpets are stained, broken handle on one of the drawers, hall had a weird smell, you can hear the people upstairs as ceiling squeezed.

The smell was atrocious. They gave us the key to our room and when we got up to it, there was someone already in it. The next room they gave us had a different equally horrible smell. The employee told us to not use the outside door to the room. Outside noises were so loud all night. Sheets were itchy and the bathroom did not look clean. We cancelled the second night while within an hour. It was just gross.
