The only two bad things about this property was that there weren’t enough parking spaces and air conditioning was poor…but the staff was great and made accommodations for us to park. Slept poor cause it’s gotta be cool! Otherwise excellent!

The property is above average. The main thing that impacted my score was that there was rust and mold in the toilet and that the garbage in my room was not emptied every day. For the expensive cost , I’d expect more attention to detail.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a little cramped, but worked ok for our needs. It also had a little bit of what I would call pet smell, but it wasn't bad. Everything was visually clean and the staff was very friendly. Bed and sheets were clean. Parking lot was also a little cramped, but we were able to get parked even with a trailer. Overall, we did have a good stay. Options for the TV were exceptional and I appreciated some of the alternative options at breakfast. We would stay here again.

The ceilings and walls have absolutely zero sound dampening insulation and every step sounds like an explosion. Would not stay again! Front staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful and check in felt as though it was an extreme inconvenience for the front staff. The one highlight was the staff member working her butt of on her own to serve all hotel guests breakfast.

Th TV was not working in the room... called the front desk, and they acted like this happens all the time, and told me to unplug the TV and plug it back in. That did not work, called the front desk again and they came up and fiddle with it to get it to work... My thought is if they know that have problems with the TV, they should replace it, not expect the renter to do so... otherwise everything else was great... good breakfast.

Hotel is dated, bed is comfortable, nice shower pressure and hot water. Front desk charged my card $25 twice for 1 night. I called, and the manager couldn’t seem to get to bottom of it. First, it was 2 $25 charges for incidentals (even though I stayed 1 night), then 1 charge for $25 and another $25 charge for having a service animal (which I have proof of). Odd thing is, 1 of the $25 charged was for the night I stayed and there was another $25 charge for the next night - and I wasn’t even there then. I had booked for 1 night only. After a couple calls to the hotel and speaking with the manager (who claimed she credited back the service dog charge and stated that the incidental should have fell off by now) - even though both were still on my card with zero “credit back” I called my credit card company. I wouldn’t stay here again. To me, if you can’t manage something as basic as this, you shouldn’t be in the business. It was a simple one night stay, and a week later, I’m still dealing with this? No. Absolutely not.

We had a great time staying. We really liked one of the ladies who worked at night who helped us try to figure out good places to eat while we stayed and her help was excellent. We had the best pizza I ever had because of her recommendation.

Amazing property! There has never been a better staff. Staff went out of their way to help us with the area as we were leaving our daughter there for 10 weeks alone :(. We were given all kinds of information of things to do and not do while in the area.
