The breakfast was ok The room was clean - parking felt safe - staff was friendly and accommodating I tried to use the hot tub one evening after being on the road driving for 6+ hours but was let down when the jets would not work. Also the TV the channels did not match up to the guide. Overall the stay was good, the area was nice. I would stay again

Staff was helpfull, Breakfast was good, room was clean and quiet. AC did not work and it was 85*f in the room. Shower head was loose and sprayed water out the side, clear across the bathroom. Pool was dirty and hot tub was broken.

Good location but walked in, immediately overheard a lady ripping into the manager about her room not being cleaned while they were out and about. I checked in and was told that the Expedia card wasn’t working and I had to call them and fix it or I’d be charged by them (the hotel) even though I’d already paid through Expedia. Spent all day evening on the phone trying to figure out what happened only to learn that the hotel was charging the wrong amount which is why it was declined. They still charged my card and upon looking at my transactions they actually charged me twice. When I checked out I asked for a receipt and they showed they refunded me. I informed the woman yes I saw one refund but there was a second charge that hadn’t been refunded still. The manager of course had already left for the day and so i had to write my number down for him to call me. It’s been all day and still no call back. Toaster was hardly working I saw multiple people struggle with it. Sausage Pattie’s were gray like they were frozen and thawed over and over again. Loud. Lots of kids running around. Many kids under 14 in the hot tub. Trash around the hot tub. Got jolted awake by a slamming door that sounded like a gun shot. Expected so much more and just had a terrible turn out.

Had to wait almost 40 minutes to get checked in on Friday afternoon. Front desk was completely unattended. I even called from My cellphone and the call went unanswered. The hot tub jets are broken so you are just sitting in hot water. Housekeeping staff was Top Notch- very friendly and attentive as the property was clean

Room was premium priced for Rally. Shades not working had to stand on chair to tuck them up for light. Pillows sucked Front door to hotel was blocked with motorcycles and manager did nothing to allow access for loading and unloading. This was the worst hampton inn I’ve ever been to. Not saying people were rude just that the whole place needs work.

First of all...part of the reason I booked this hotel was for the waterslide in the pool...there's NO slide into the pool and the pool is Very Very Cold!! The hot tub bubbles didnt work, but at least it was hot. They had no towels in the pool area, so we had to take from our room. At least the front desk was nice enough to give me a couple extra towels for our room. Our room was fine, but definitely not fancy. The heater/fan was extremely loud and the refrigerator was noisy as well! Annoying trying to watch TV or sleep! But breakfast was good.

Horrible room. Bathroom shower/tub had mold all around the sides. The bathroom shelf looked like it came out of an old garage. The bathroom door did not shut properly. The bed squeaked every time it moved. The wall mirror was taped up with blue duct tape. The bathroom faucet was loose. The bath towels were like sandpaper. This room should never have been rented. Needs help

We found garbage by the couch stuff still in the freezer. The deadbolt didn't work. We had to have our door card re key 5 times. There was no remote for the TV. Fire alarm you could see around it .

Room apparently not refreshed. Room was missing a hair dryer and was out of Kleenex and regular coffee! Had to go to the front desk to obtain. We also noticed one of the front desk ladies was always on her phone or reading a book and outside a lot.

The hotel was clean. It is located next to the interstate and vehicle traffic sounds were annoying. The heating/cooling unit sounded like a jet engine when it ran. There was no exhaust fan or heat lamp in the bathroom. The bedside clock did not work. The bed was lumpy.

We had a quick overnight stay. Took a shower and went to sleep. I noticed the bathroom sink had a broken silver plug thing that not in its proper place. The bedroom fan/air conditioner was rather loud. My husband mentioned he got little sleep because of it. He eventually turned it off but then the room got too hot fast.

Hotel door would not lock and could be accessed without a key card. Hotel staff was notified multiples times and said they would have it repaired but did not. Requested to be moved to different room and this did not happen as unable to accommodate my family in similar room. Also, toilet paper holder was not adhered to the wall and fell out of the wall when using.

I booked Hampton because typically it’s a good experience, not looking for 5 star but usually descent. When we arrived (around 4pm) there was no one around. I had to walk around the hotel with my two toddlers to find someone to check in. And she wasn’t friendly. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was the same mediocre meal everyday, no variety. We had to get our keys replaced everyday because they would stop working after house keeping would “clean”. Found an old dirty sock in the room that wasn’t ours. After a few days house keeping completely stopped coming until I pulled the towels and trash up outside of our room. Not a great experience. Less than mediocre for Hampton even.

The front desk attendant was incredibly rude and never up there. We had an issue checking in and she belittled us because we utilized Expedia instead of their direct website. It took about two hours to get checked in. The hotel room was pretty good, besides the fact there were white mystery stains on the brown bed skirt and NO sheets in the bed. We just had a comforter and slept on top of it. This is behavior you’d expect from like a motel six.

They gave our room away to someone else. They did not honor the reservation that we had made months in advance. We had 5 people and instead of the room we reserved with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper, they gave us a room with 1 bed and a sofa sleeper. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor. They did not give any discounts or any form of compensation for their mistake. They simply told us if we didn’t like it we could find another hotel. Will not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay except for the size of the pull out couch. It’s the size of a single bed. They need to specify that during booking. And it would be nice if breakfast was open until 10:00 on the weekends. Very friendly staff and very clean.

Very poor Had to hunt for check in clerk. When I found her, she said can I help you. I said yes, I have been waiting to check in. No sorry or anything, no mention of breakfast. Put beside vending machines, noisy. Went back to request room change, had to hunt her down again. Put us beside breakfast area. Furniture seem worn. Went to breakfast and a lot of items not replenished. Not what I consider Hampton standards.

Very friendly gentleman at the front desk, helpful, quickly found extra comforter when needed. Kids enjoyed the pool. Could not get extra towels the next day after the pool, however, was told they are all out of towels. Breakfast was poor. Overall, pretty good value though.

Staff was attentive and able to help when needed. Room was clean and easy to access. Not sure if the person tending the continental breakfast was fully attentive as the main items ran out and it took 15 minutes to restock. This was at 6:30am 30 minutes after it opened, so there must have been a early morning run that emptied it.
