Ok to stay one night but needed updating in the room. Plaster cracking, bad paint jobs, fixtures not secured.. there was decent ac and hot water. The carpets were sketchy and halls warm & musty. Breakfast was available & you could grab something to get you on your way. The elevator was broken & since we reserved a king bed, we had to climb 3 floors to get to it. Nothing notified us prior to us booking the room & we had already paid online. If it’s late & you’re tired, it’ll get you through the night.

We rented mainly for pool and hot tub use for the kids during their spring break. The hot tub had black mold and when addressed with management he was very rude and proceeded to add chemicals to hot tub while we were still in the pool. This smell of bleach was so over powering that everyone there had to run out of the enclosed room coughing and eyes burning. We rented a secondary room before the incident for additional family members to join us but this was a waste of money and we will not return.

The property was musty, dirty, dark and old. Bare 1x10 boards nailed along the hall floor was some kind of repair. The hallway had a water leak with a ceiling tile on the carpet. The room was the above with dirty grout and carpet. The room card reader on the outer door at the end of the hall didn’t work so the door was unlocked at all times. I reported this to the desk clerk who likely owned the hotel. There was black mold along the pool and hot tub. Book elsewhere.

The room they gave us smelled of dog pee, it wasn't very clean either. This place should not be part of the Wyndham hotels. Between room rate and fees to have my dog there, i spent 150.00 for the night and sure didnt get my monies worth. I will stick with Quality hotel from now on.

My sheets would not stay on the bed and they appeared to be slept in before. Which made us very nervous to sleep in the bed. Then when we went to go check out, we took the blanket off to make sure we didn’t leave nothing and someone’s dirty socks was in our sheets. I feel disgusted nasty beyond words. Breakfast was horrible. Gravy was water biscuits were hard and old. The pool was OK but not very clean and it was so hot in the pool room that you couldn’t breathe unless you open the door the hot tub was steady going let alone it’s 90° plus outside in the hot tub water was green/gray. Outside the pool room was a bucket full of beer cans. Elevator does not work at this hotel. We are disabled and we had to go use the stairs to use the second floor because we were told that they only had two rooms on the bottom floor and they are for elderly. In the stairway smell like marijuana hotel is rundown, but the owner did seem nice, but their employees were doing drugs outside the hotel.

upon driving in from the highway the property appears abandoned. It’s old but pretty clean . The lobby area is unique and decorated like a funeral home with artificial flower arrangements. To be “green” they change the sheets and towels every 3 days but use styrofoam plates and cups for the breakfast offered. It was quiet in the room and the bed was comfortable.

The remote would not work with the TV. There was soap left in the shower from the previous person's visit. Our air conditioner would not work. When we asked the hotel manager to help, he came to look at it, but did not fix it, nor did he offer us a different room (there were MANY open rooms) or a discount. He did give us a fan to help us get through the night.

Room was small. I did get sofa I had requested for a charge per day but it was not the same rate as you see online. You had about 7 inches between queen bed and sofa bed. So it couldn’t be opened into a bed. Drawers underneath were duct taped so they wouldn’t fly open.

Terrible property. Dirty bathroom, permanent stains that looked like urine. Manager did not want to provide extra pillows or towels when requested, finally did when I insisted. One corner of the bathroom had a build up of dirt. System isn't letting me upload pictures, but I have them. Room smelled like rotting wood and mouse. Manager came up and sprayed something that helped the smell, but wouldn't let me try a different room. I didn't get any sleep, thinking there might be mice in my room. Did some laundry and my clothes didn't fully dry, but I was out of charge so had to deal with it. This website should note if a hotel isn't actually part of the chain it bears the name of. This had a sign showing it was privately owned and operated. Would never have booked it if I had known. Do Not Recommend!

Front desk was very nice and noticed that i had two knee braces on and offer to move us to a first floor unit close to the main entrance It worked out perfect and had two beds vs king. But saved me from walking further distance and for that Super Stars for him

Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very flat and thin. Room was clean thankfully. We found out in the morning that the “breakfast” isn’t put out until 7:20, and it was only waffles and some cereal. Staff was nice. Had we known about the breakfast, we would’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel that doesn’t offer it.

Horrible musty smell in the halls. Leak spots on the ceilings with a tile or two missing, elevator walls dirty, the free breakfast was just sad and after seeing inside the pantry door I was disgusted. The pool room was more like a steam room and the hot tub was a joke. I was unable to nap in the room due to what sounded like power tools and the room shaking so bad I considered it could have been a earthquake. I would not choose this hotel again.
