The room was decent; the facility was a little beaten up and in need if some repairs. The Breakfast was only ok. very little selection. The pool there was atrocious - I don't think it is even minimally maintained. the gym was pretty good, actually. reasonably priced and pretty quiet as well.

Don’t unload your car until you know which section of the building you’ll be staying in. Expecting to check in and proceed to a room left me reloading my luggage and disabled wife and driving half way around the building to another entrance. Warning this hotel doesn’t have an elevator which can be an inconvenience for disabled travelers.

Traveled to Tennessee to help family move. Stayed for two nights. Room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and good. There were enough choices for everyone. The outside pool was great! Staff were all very friendly. Would stay again in the future.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable good AC all around nice room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The gym had new equipment. I enjoyed the pool it was clear & clean. And the breakfast was Excellent & the Lady that did the cooking was very friendly and did a excellent job. I would definitely stay there again

We were told up front the pool was still open and it was not. The shower didn’t work, only tub. The breakfast area was not very accessible, and wouldn’t be at all to the handicapped, because it was down a flight of stairs and way out of the way. Wasn’t a happy camper!

All in all not a bad property in general. Most everything was good until we noticed that the room carpeting was so filthy it turned our feet black. Disgusting! Wife mentioned this to person at front desk ,. She responded that they were aware and were getting new carpet.

The odor from the outside mold smell, to the overpowering perfumy hall, to the stale and over scented room was intolerable. The door to the toom had to be forced shut. Carpets were filthy. There were black curly hairs on pillows and sheets. Dirty, dirty, dirty

The front end of the hotel was doable. It wasn’t great, but it was doable. Our room was in the back section of the hotel. That section was a drug infested death trap. (That is what my 10 year old daughter called it.) The smoke and illegal smell that filled the hallway was disgusting, along with the hallway carpet being black (not supposed to be black.) We quickly checked out after finding BLOOD on the sheets, pizza smashed in the carpet, and what I really hope was pizza sauce splattered on the walls and lamp. The room phone did not work, nor did the front desk pick up the phone after several calls from my cell. So, we quickly packed up our things, checked out and found a much better hotel. I have yet to receive a refund…but the front desk told me to call back the following day. I will never, ever, ever, ever go to another Quality Inn in my lifetime, nor will my daughter in her adult future.

Property seemed a bit long in the tooth, but maintained considering the bones. HVAC had a mind of it's own and had to be reset or restarted multiple times to keep functioning. GFI plug next to fridge sparked and tripped every time something was plugged in. TV selections were sparse and TV was small. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was good but lukewarm. Hotel gets a 4/5 for effort and room gets a 2/5 with honorable mention for good beds and bedding.

Our room was large. We had a kitchenette and sitting area which was nice. A large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. However there was a sticky spot in the carpet. And the jets in the tub would work. Noisy because of the interstate.

I had best room. Very roomy on main floor. Breakfast very good and hotel very clean and updated.Staff I encountered very nice. My only concern was bed too hard for MY personal taste. Prefer a softer bed. Others probably would love it. Great room.

It was a decent hotel, maybe a little pricey, for the quality of beds. Upon our arrival we learned that Expedia or the hotel had overbooked rooms. The only reason we got to stay there was because someone had checked in that night but subsequently checked right back out. So of course we had to wait for the staff to clean up the room, the staff was very nice and very apologetic but it was late and was just a inconvenience for us, and we were aggravated because it was overbooked

Ive stayed there a dozen plus times always clean and good breakfast. Did have an issue this time tho. Somehow my stay was booked an extra day that wasnt supposed to be and i asjed to be reimbursed for only the 1 night that we didnt stay as we were already heading to another hotel in another location. They refused even when i contacted my 3rd party hotels.com the hotel still refused to return the 1 unused night stay. I will be back in that area many more rimes iver the next 2 years. I am dissapointed about the mixup and their unwillingness to work with me on it so i may check other hotels in the future

When arrived the guy at the front desk said he didnt see my reservation. I was able to get a room but the room i was given was occupied! I walked in with my kids to see someone was already in that room. I went to the desk and told them they assigned me a room that was occupied. So i was given another room that was ALSO occupied. Made me feel very uncomfortable knowing that someone could swap and get into my room like i done with the other 2.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel & unfortunately the worst experience (other 3 times were great). Got there at 3 but the front desk was having issues determining which rooms were ready. Finally checked into the room & everything seemed great at first you can tel they’re trying to remodel but some of the furnishing were SUPER old. Went swimming immediately as I got there but noticed the only way downstairs was by stairs, which isn’t great for my elderly mother who travels with me. The pool seemed to need cleaning & people were at it smoking weed (hotel smelled like it most of the time I was there). Get back to the room & an hour later I get summoned to the front desk bc their system apparently checked me & other guests out so I had to re-check in. Apparently they were having issues giving keys to rooms that already had people staying in them. Get that taken care of, go to bed & head out the next morning only to come back later to our keys not working. Got those fixed. It was the 4th so guests were lighting up fireworks right outside our room (woke us up from a dead sleep at 11:30pm). I would probably stay again as I assume most of the poor experience was due to undertrained staff & tech glitches, & bc it’s very accessible. I just hope things are much better next time.

The front desk people were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but just right for traveling. The lady taking care of the breakfast room was very nice and kept everything hot and refreshed. Nice place! Also good restaurants around which the staff knew about.

Our first room the heat/AC unit didn't work. The front desk immediately corrected the issue with giving us a room across the hall. The included breakfast was not great. The food was luke warm and the quality of the food wasn't very good. The breakfast area is in the farthest corner of the property from the main entrance. Overall, it was decent stay busy could use improvements. The staff was friendly and the property looked maintained.
