The room was very clean, but smelled of stale tobacco smoke. The pool looked lovely, but was closed due to maintenance. The people who served us were pleasant and helpful.

Arrived early and was able to get checked in quickly about an hour early. Staff was very nice during every encounter. Room was very clean and smelled clean. No bugs or trash anywhere. The beds were not as comfortable as id like but it was perfect for the price and 1 night. Kids loved the pool. Overall would recommend to anyone on a budget

Stayed 3 nights and I must say we enjoyed it. The room was clean and good sized. The pool was heated and clean. The breakfast was a joke but hey for the price we paid I would stay again.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. But otherwise the rest of the room was clean. We were only there to sleep then move on so it served the purpose. The parking lot was a disaster lots of pot holes you had to dodge.

We were there for 4 nights 5 days and housecleaning only came in once. The pool wasn’t open even though it was crazy hot. There was no breakfast bar as advertised and the area was pretty sketchy.

Needs to have a make over. Pictures are not what you get. The rooms are outdated. Wallpaper bubbling on the walls. Carpet was sticky and we wouldn’t walk without shoes.

Hotel room was musty and we found at least 10 small roaches during our stay. Staff acknowledged that we weren't the only room with them. Carpet was dirty, bathroom had pieces falling apart. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the manager going above and refunding us.

We checked in on Wednesday, June 12. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She asked me if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room and I told her I didn't care. She put me in the room. That was horrible. There was Cigarettes burns all in the carpet, the bathtub was disgusting. My whole room smelt like marijuana there was roaches on the wall. Did not sleep at all that night went to the front desk the next morning and then I told them I either wanted a refund or a new room and she told me the room we was in should've never been rented out. They did give me a new room, which was 100% better. They said Continental breakfast there was granola bars. That's not a continental breakfast and I've stated the days in a lot. Not sure if I'll be back to one.

The door to our room had obviously been broken into previous to our visit. There was a large gap between the door and frame. The lock barely locked. The gap in the door allowed bugs to crawl inside. The noise from the traffic was horrible. A couple of the wall panels looked to have possibly been pourly repaired. And the carpet was very pretty and appeared to be clean but it was rough on our feet. There was a small door in the wall that appeared to be a place for personal belongings but once I opened it, it was access to the plumbing and you could see the light from the room below us. They charged a $100 deposit which was not clearly stated in the ad for the room. I arrived very early to the area. I stopped by to ask about an early check-in. I was greeted at the door by a very rude desk clerk. She was extremely rude, talked over me, and only after i assured her that I was not a "local" she provided me with the cost and time for an early check-in. It was an experience that I will surely never repeat!

Place seems a bit run down. Check in could've been better. I had reserved 2 rooms for my family of 5 and when we arrived, I was given one room until I asked about the 2nd room. I was then told, "sorry but your rooms won't be near each other...hope that's ok." One room smelled terrible, had a couple complimentary Cheetos laying on the floor and the door didn't seal properly. The 2nd room was in a little better shape, shower appeared to be updated, room smelled a bit stale but bearable. Beds were fairly comfortable, pillows sucked. Overall, we were glad it was just for one night.

Days Inn has always been our place to stay, due it being affordable, clean & convenient. Our latest stay in Joelton Tennessee was less than perfect.The room reeked like an ashtray. It was awful. We had made the reservation a few weeks in advance. I reported the smell to the office and we were offered either a can of spray, or to move to a room further away from where we were parked. We had been on the road for over 10 hrs, and all we wanted was a good rest. We took the can of spray and we went to bed. It didn't fix the problem as well as we would have liked. We were out of there first thing in the morning with our belongings smelling like cigarette butts. The room shouldn't smell like cigarette to begin with-it was a non-smoking room. And if someone broke the rules it should have been cleaned and sanitized deeply before having other guests in it. This is not a condemnation of Days Inn as a whole-only the Joelton location.

Did all of the pre check in requirements as we knew we would be arriving late, and needed to get our room as quickly as possible for early take off in the morning. We still had to wait almost a half hour to get checked in because the couple in front of us did not have any of their info and we were still made to complete all of the check in requirements again. When I asked about why we were given the option of pre check in if that wasn’t really an option. Her response was I don’t know why it makes you do that. Rooms are decent but in need of updating. Not a bad price for what you get!

Worst experience ever. Was traveling back to Lebanon TN on a 12 hour drive for business. Around 9:45PM I was getting sleepy and unable to stay awake so I needed to stop and take a shower and nap to finish the last hour and half of driving. Made a reservation via hotels.com as I always do. This hotel was close and looked decent for the occasion. Upon check in I was treated horrible as they deemed me a "local" because I lived less than 150 miles from the hotel. I was forced to pay a $100 cash deposit that I couldn\'t get back until after 8am. I don\'t mind paying a CC deposit of any amount. I offered my amex to pay the deposit as I planned to leave much earlier than 8am. Was told that cash was the only option. I have never been forced to pay a cash deposit, nor does it say this on the hotels.com profile. Now I have to make a trip all the way back to Joelton to get my cash deposit back. In addition to this a dog was constantly barking and the owners kept screaming at it to stop. I took a shower and then left. I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone!

Everything was good except the check in. My reservation, which was paid in advance, was held up because the broker had their card denied. It appears that the hotel was caught in the middle. The sweet desk clerk did her very best in a highly stressful situation. It was worked out and I got to finally get to bed.

The property manager was really sweet about letting us change rooms. There are smoker and non smoker rooms. I was asked if I was okay with a smoking room and said yes. Only to realize it was WAYY too potent in smell and the property manager was really nice about the room switch

There really was no place to eat near by unless you want fast food. The dinner wasn't open on regular basis. The Mexican Restaurant was horrible and only one person spoke English. The staff at hotel was very nice. It is run down.

Emplacement pratique près de l autoroute, a 27 min de Nashville. Tranquile. Lit un peu dur mais ok. La chambre serait due pour un relooking pour mettre au goût du jour mais sinon il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Service impeccable du personnel.

Area surrounding hotel didn’t offer much dining to begin with but arrived to find all local businesses closed due to snow which was very minimal. Family had to eat snacks from the drive for dinner.

This room was very clean and exactly what I was looking for to drive into Nashville each night. It was only about a 20 minute easy drive. The staff was also very friendly. There are a few restaurants right nearby and a Dollar General. The only thing I would recommend is bringing some earplugs as it is right near the interstate so it can be a little loud.

The location is right off of the interstate and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room is dated but the carpets are comfortable and the bed was great!

The hotel itself was pretty average but the clientele there was very sketchy. I would not stay here again because it didn't feel very safe with the others who were staying there.

Stayed 3 nights and I must say we enjoyed it. The room was clean and good sized. The pool was heated and clean. The breakfast was a joke but hey for the price we paid I would stay again.

The most disgusting hotel room that I’ve ever stayed in. Filth covered everything. Rumors/reviews of bed bugs & other insects in other rooms. Don’t say anything because the staff retaliates. Don’t believe the pictures on hotels.com they are NOT the room you rent. Breakfast is 1 small granola bar per person please. Stingy & lazy & unfriendly
