The doors face out to the parking lot, so if your a contractor....this place is for you. Hot shower, next to a Shell gas station that has a coffee island and hot food, Dunkin close, and the beds are soft. So for the working man, I'll stay here again.

This Super 8 was perfect for my quick trip to Nashville. It had easy access to the interstate, which quickly brought me to the heart of the action in downtown Nashville. The facility itself was clean and felt very safe. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was simple but was a perfect way to start the day. Would gladly stay again!

One would think that being a less expensive motel/hotel, you get what you pay for. In this case that thought was wrong. We were fine with the idea that “it’s just a bed to sleep in” considering the price, but this place was so much more! The staff was very friendly, the place was so incredibly clean… Cleaner than any Super8 we’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we were incredibly impressed. This is going to be our new regular stop when we drive down to Nashville for a long weekend.

This was the last available hotel in the Nashville area, which is why we had to take it depute the reviews, and it’s clear why. Though the woman at the check-in desk was friendly and efficient and the lobby area seemed pleasant enough, it went downhill quickly from there. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we were immersed in the stench of decades of in-room chain smoking, despite being in a supposedly non-smoking room. The walls, doors and corners of the room were filthy and the door knob to the bathroom was encrusted in snot. The tub was lined with black mildew and hair from previous guests clung to its sides. The soap tray had clearly been used as an ashtray at some point, which is what we felt we were inhabiting. Gross noises from neighboring occupants and loitering men in the parking combined to register this one as our official worst stay ever.

First off, we were given a smoking room, I booked non smoking. We were put on the backside of the hotel which felt like they stuck us with the rest of the sketchy people. Pull around and there’s a needle by our car. Drug use. there was no microwave. The room was filthy and stunk. Floors left our feet black as soon as we took our socks off. Chair in corner was sticky and full of burn holes. Blankets had burn holes. Random pill on floor in bathroom along with scum and gross stuff from not sweeping dusting or mopping. Just insanely filthy. Towels were cheap and thin. Pillows were small and not fluffy. Only three of them on bed. Just gross…

I am not sure how this hotel can be listed on Expedia... The room had a foul smell and was very dirty. The restroom was extremely dirty and had hair in the tub. Also, the tub was clogged. After an hour in this room, my clothes smelled like mold after we left. We decided to leave and booked a different hotel in Nashville.

Hair all over the shower when we arrived and it was clogged. When we left for breakfast housekeeping came in tore all the sheets off the bed, dumped the trash on the floor and took a pillowcase that was not theirs. I spoke to management who offered a different room. New room smelled like a litter box. Sheets were stained. Floors were covered in dirt they just go room to room rubbing dirty mop water around. Do whatever you can to avoid this disgusting place

The was filthy. FILTHY. It was considered a non smoking room and it stunk of cigarettes and cigars, and there were burns on every surface in the room, including the toilet seat. I'll email later to request a re-embursement or refund. Truly Horrible.

Room smelled bad, refrigerator didn’t work, sink leaked all over the floor, exhaust fan falling out of ceiling, smoke detector disconnected, burn holes all over the blankets in a non smoking room, obvious dust and hair left behind from not cleaning properly. For the inexpensive price of this stay, everything was as expected. We did have very noisy neighbors upstairs and a couple that had quite the long lasting argument, so next time I'll choose an upstairs stay, to eliminate some of the thin wall noise. The room was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. I did find the young lady at the front desk to be incredibly friendly and kind, and the fellow travelers were kind as well. It suited our needs for a short stay for the Tennessee Renaisssance Festival.

First, there is a pet fee which they did not specify when I made the booking. Second, the room had a very foul unclean smell. The beds were comfortable, but the linens and bedding were so thin we had a hard time sleeping because we were cold. I got up to take a shower and that didn’t work. The water was hot but you were only able to take a bath not a shower. Ridiculous!!! I will be requesting at least a partial refund.

Rooms could be updated. Some of the outlets did not work, hair dryer was broken, and air conditioner worked but was very loud. BUT all staff were extremely nice, personable, and provided exceptional service. Room was clean and a good size. Despite the few negatives, I would definitely recommend.

They say you get what you paid for. It was clean for an older motel, sheets did have stains in the middle of bed and hole in spread. Absolutely NO hot water morning or night. Loved the 2 remote controls and they both worked. But didn’t appreciate being woke up at 8 am with the cleaning lady kept trying to open the door, lucky had the safety latch and she was unable. Told her after her 3rd attempt check out is at 11 and knocking would have been nice.

I didn't get to stay because Dee wasn't able to check in and they would not let me Mary Martin check in because my name was only on the card that paid for the room. I waited on hold for 10 minutes to talk to a manager before they hung up on me and then I tried calling back 3 times with know answer. I can show you where the hotel refunded me $1 that they had charged my card because they didn't give me a room.

During our reservation process for this booking, there was nowhere listed that $50 had to be deposited at the front desk that was not mentioned plus it has to be in cash. Furthermore, they forced me to give a receipt before giving the money back that I gave to them for that deposit they were rude and, the best and nicest person they had on staff was the person who cleans the rooms for them. Furthermore, regardless of whether you booked a smoking or a non-smoking room, didn’t make that much of a difference saying that we had to ask for spray To get rid of the Smoky smell

Treated like a 2nd class citizen because I have a pet with me. I ordered a Kingsized bed they put me in a room with 2 double beds because that’s one of their “pet rooms”. Because they 3rd party franchise owner is CHEAP won’t honor the bookings. I was discriminated against because I have a dog. If I order a Kingsize bed, because I’m 6’2”. I want a KINGSIZE bed! Not only did they downgrade my room they still make me pay a $25 pet fee. To stay in a lower tier room. This is by far not ok! And these independent hotel chain owners are doing this garbage nationwide and need to be called out on it!

Overall ok, location is a bit odd, but they are trying to maintain it. But VERY unprofessional rude staff - there was a mistake on their part; instead of trying to resolve it on their own and respect my privacy - it was blamed on me, 4 times knocked on the door, had me coming up to the office, waisted over an hour of my time when I actually was resting - and when they found out it was THEIR fault - no apologies, no "sorry" - nothing. Do not recommend

This is a nice property and the people who own and run it are very kind and helpful. The area is not scary, it's very convenient from the highway, and the price is great. We travel to Nashville several times a year for business and we always come to this hotel.

The room smelled terrible and musty. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The direct tv didn’t work, nothing on the TV worked at all. The smoke detector was hanging by wires from the ceiling. Their website stated “breakfast” and all they had was Honey buns, juice and coffee. Absolutely terrible experience

It was nice and clean. Our toilet seat wasn’t screwed all the way in, so it was shaky and rocky whenever we sat on it. We also didn’t care for the “continental” breakfast for the 3 days we stayed. It was just beverages, dry cereal, apples, and honey buns. As much as we travel, we’ve experienced way better selections and options for a continental breakfast. We felt some muffins, bagels, and bananas would’ve been great to add.
