Really enjoyed my stay on 4th of July I liked the fact they have a set time time for the pool and only guests are allowed. Most people work in the morning so I was able to enjoy a good night sleep. I like the fact that the front desk was taking care of everything especially on a super busy day. 2night stay I will definitely be back.

Pool was only open to certain time , too early to close it for a Saturday. Rooms were a little impressive, specially the electric stove. Do not have shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Really close to Walmart, so no need to go far for supplies or groceries.

Heaven helped us she was sweet. The pool was not available. The lobby was still under construction with materials out. The room had an odor and the toliet was not clean. The bed was suppose to be 2 queens they looked like 2 full size beds.

Stayed here for work pulled a 12 foot trailer. There was parking for the trailer. The bedroom was big enough. The fridge worked the little 2 pot stove top worked fine.

Really nice rooms. The cooktop takes a minute to figure out but works really well. Able to cook and clean dishes in the same area. Nice refrigerator. Big king size bed all to myself. The room is great. $500 for 7 days. Downside is it's still being renovated. Lots of construction. Not much close to the motel. Some gas stations. Booked online no problems. Front desk did their jobs and were nice. Easy check in, easy check out. I would recommend. 8/10

Requested lower level room due to disability and elderly. Told NO other room except upstairs but not a bad walk. Was given receipt with lower price than advertised on Expedia and was told it would not be honored-it was given to me by mistake. Blood on shower curtain and 1 bed all the way thru 3 mattress covers. Apparently the were bed bugs as well. Suzanne working desk wasn't concerned. Heaven, working desk said only construction being done was furniture being moved in and out; however, early morning noise included workers hollering back and forth over saws, drills and hammers. There was blood on shower curtain, sheets, 3 mattress covers & mattress. Couldn’t sleep in 1 bed for health precautions & unsanitary bedding. Called but no one answered. Once presented photos to desk agent, Suzanne, at 9:30 ish am 7/16/24 she only said she would have maintenance change them out. Expedia and Studio 6 Alvin, Texas owner are more concerned about profit than customer safety, satisfaction and service.

Everything was good about this hotel. No bugs, clean, the bed and pillows were both comfortable. The outside is dated, but the rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. This was one of three hotels on a 1,800 mile trip. When I hadn't arrived by 8 they called to ask if I was still coming.

Let's face it, Alvin Texas is a bit off the grid. But, this Motel 6 is clean, priced right and conveniently located. The room is remodeled, the refrigerator is big enough for a weeks worth of groceries for one or two people. The room has a small stove and microwave in the kitchenette. I stayed for close to a month while visiting the area. Enjoy!

I liked the room's set up, spacious, clean, and simple. They did have an issue with not having hot water but eventually corrected this issue. Also, the router's light is too bright at night making it difficult to sleep. I had to hang by cell phone holster on it to block out much of the light.

Relatively nice. Better than expected to be honest. Only real issue was that I had to leave a $150 cash deposit for the kitchen utensils but i didn't have enough on me since no where does it state that a cash deposit is required. Kind of sucks because i brought food to cook with for every meal and ended up not using it. Also, they entered the room the first morning when we were out. Normally, most places have signage that indicates they would be entering at a certain time and if you dont want them to enter, you usually have a placard or something you can put on the door. They didnt have it available. Other than that, lady at the desk did her job well. Nothing but positive vibes from her.

Gladly accepted my paperwork for a service animal in training. I only had to provide obedience training paperwork from facility and pay $10/day extra. We were visiting family there for 2 nights and will not be going back again. I was sexually harassed verbally) by other lodgers who were drinking outside tailgate style for several hours. My husband and I went to walk our dog together from that point forward. My main complaint is when we were aware we needed to stay one more night I made a reservation online and when i went to get the key cards redone we were told we had to many people in and out of our room. I only had my employee (who drove 3 hours) come to bring me important paperwork for a meeting at 7am. I am sure we were asked to leave because of the complaint i made about the harassment. I later found out that the owner was one of the guys that were standing outside. I also have a crime report for the property location and it seems it is a breeding ground for uprising criminal entrepreneurs. I jest however, not by much.

The floors were a little dirty. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Being next to the street traffic was kinda loud and the train. I like the new remodel, the room was very nice. Thank you for the hospitality.

Really nice rooms. The cooktop takes a minute to figure out but works really well. Able to cook and clean dishes in the same area. Nice refrigerator. Big king size bed all to myself. The room is great. $500 for 7 days. Downside is it's still being renovated. Lots of construction. Not much close to the motel. Some gas stations. Booked online no problems. Front desk did their jobs and were nice. Easy check in, easy check out. I would recommend. 8/10
