The property does NOT look like the pictures. It was very dirty and under renovations. The first room "looked" okay but they were drilling and banging in the next room so the attendant moved us to another room and the entire bathroom was dirty, bathtub was extremely nasty, the sink wouldn\'t drain when you washed your hands, the comforter looked like it hadn\'t been washed but the sheets looked clean. I went back to get another room but a sign said \'be back later\' and we were exhausted from driving all day. Won\'t be staying there again.

So very disappointed. The pictures of this place are deceptively taken. I feel as if I was deceived. Expedia needs to boycott this property. As we arrived there were 2 police vehicles questioning a young woman. Found out it had nothing to do with hotel. Then a HUGE feral cat ran by our car. Then in lobby it was HOT. No air conditioning in Amarillo in August. In the upper 90s outside. I was not given an opportunity to look at room before checking in even though it was on the paperwork. All of the security doors from outside were broken. The hallway carpet was disgusting and very dirty. No air conditioning in the hallways. Smelled of smoke everywhere. The room was to have a king size bed and a sofa. No sofa just an old ratty chair. My son had to sleep on the floor. The whole room was very dirty. The air conditioning unit was full of dust and mold. The fitted sheet in bed was put on inside out. The bathtub was stained and not clean. The towels were stained. I didn’t let anyone take a shower bc of state of bathroom. If we had not traveled 14 hours and exhausted we would have gone somewhere else. We slept 5 hours and immediately left. I have stayed in places all over the world (including Hellville Madagascar) and this was/is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.

I could see the hotel was under construction but the room they gave me was awful.. it was dirty covered in dust and had a strong mildew smell. The fridge was dirty and there were plenty of roaches to go around. The furniture is busted up and there are holes all in the walls and curtains and a big gaping square hole over the shower. The shower is extremely outdated I had to use a cup to wash the soap off of me and the tub was disgusting. I placed a towel down to shower. As I also mentioned before there were a lot of roaches and different types of bugs. They have a strict no refund policy after you have purchased and they don’t show you the room. They staff weren’t rude but werent friendly . The pool is drained so don’t count on that. Roaches in the lobby entrance and paint chipping and wood and trash and cut up carpet in hallways and stairways.

The area has stuff littering the veranda as you pull in, it is obvious they are renovating and i was told there are only a total of 12 rooms available for check-in out of 300

The property is under construction and none of the advertised amenities are available. No breakfast, no restaurant at all. Pool has been drained. Only a few rooms are even inhabitable. Our first room had no water pressure, toilet would not flush & bath tub was horrible. They moved us and the second room had decent water pressure but I still would not even step into the tub to shower. The bed & linens were good, fridge was cold & AC worked well. Once the remodel is completed it might be a good property but it should not be accepting guests now. Aug 2, 2024

Had to leave because conditions were revolting. Hotel will not reimburse us. Health inspection needed asap!!! This place is unsafe, disgusting and dishonest. Our main complaints incude: broken exterior door (door won't close), cockroaches, bugs throughout fridge, vomit on lamp base next to bed, missing carpet sections, missing paint sections, mold. Additionally the check in process took 1 hour, 4 cops came during the less then 2 hour timeline we were on premises, there wasn't a TV in our room, the pool and rec room were closed for the summer.

Room was beat up. Lamps were broken. Chair at desk was a death trap. All plug falls out of wall sockets. Shower dripped all night. Bedbug stains on lampshades. Food splatters on walls floor ceiling and lampshades. Perimeter not vacuumed in years. Bathroom looks like a dog was kept inside and tried to free itself by biting the bottom of the door. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Water damage throughout hotel.

We got to the hotel, and the whole place smelled like marijuana. We were hesitant but when ahead and checked in. The room was so gross. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. We promptly left.

Group rented 3 rooms. One room had a mouse, all three rooms had roaches. Roaches were everywhere, including the hallways. Noticed problems after paying and was told no refunds. Many other problems. Not safe for children.

Dirty, threadbare and manager was MIA. In our room we had blood spotted sheets, a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and cobwebs dangling above bed from the ceiling. The chair was stained as were the walls and bathtub. Broken mirror and nasty air vent. I don't expect fancy from a cheap hotel but this place is just out and out nasty. I have pictures to prove all these claims but app isn't letting me load them.

This place should be shut down for extreme health code violations. Deeply stained sheets, carpet and curtains, nothing had been cleaned before check in, the shower had mold and mildew everywhere, the toilet was running, the headboard on the bed was broken. The hotel of course had a “absolutely no refunds for any reason” sign posted and now I know why! The only decent thing there was the nice lady at the front desk the next morning.

People working at this hotel are not very friendly. When i got into the room there brown roaches crawling on bathroom mirror. I got my stuff and left. Would not recommend this place.

The lobby is nice. Deceptively so because nothing else about this hotel can make that claim. They\'re remodeling and once you step into your room you see why. The advertised "non smoking" classification was only very recently implemented for this room. The pet fee, normally $35, was only $10. I suspect this was because they\'ve had frequent complaints from guests asking "What could my dog POSSIBLY do to make this room worse?" Every outlet cover was cracked and broken. The bathroom ceiling, I kid you not, looks like the bathtub above it, at some point, fell through it. Everything exudes shabbiness. If we hadn\'t been driving for 16 hours we\'d definitely get a refund and find a room that didn\'t appear to have been completely underwater at some point in its past. As it is, at least the hot water works, even if the toilet sounds like some sort of engine on its last leg when flushed. Recommend this hotel highly only to people you secretly hate.

The rooms are very old. Floor boards are all deteriorating Rust on metal surfaces. Parking lot nasty. It seemed like we were in the slums. I didn’t want my feet to touch the floor. We just slept for 7 hours and got straight out of there

Tub looked filthy (although I was assured it’s not) and the shower knob pulled right out of the wall (it was puttied in). There was toilet paper already in the toilet as though someone forgot to flush and there was a giant cutout in the ceiling that was poorly repaired. The light barely worked and the fixture was covered in dead bugs (on the inside). This is not a professional hotel operation. People were nice enough.

There was a couple of roaches in the room. The door had a gap and it made us uncomfortable. The windows had the lock broken. In the shower up on top of the ceiling there’s an area that they might of fixed but it’s not covered properly.

The manager, i dont even know how she got her job! She blamed us for our dog barking even though we proved it was coming from another room, barged in our room yelling at us and being completely unprofessional and than kicked us out without refunding any of our $500 we paid to stay there, even though there was no damage to the room. Than the property was unsafe due to them renovating the top floor. I will be reporting this place and i see why they dont do much business

The manager was extemely rude, yelling and cussing at us. Accused our dog of barking all night when I literally went to the front desk while the other rooms dog was barking for an hour straight and they didnt care. We paid for a week and didnt damage the room and got none of our money back. And their night clerk sleeps all night and acts like its a bother when you wake him up for something. I would highly recommend not staying here! I will be reporting this to the BBB.

We booked 2 rooms but were unable to stay in either. Checking in took at least 20 minutes. One room hadn't been cleaned, the plumbing in the tub was broken and the carpet was filthy. The second room had 2 broken beds and was dingy and dirty. There was a putrid smell in that part of the hotel that was unbearable. Cigerette smoke combined with what biomedical waste probably smells like and strong cooking odors is the best way to describe the smell in the halls. There were spots on the tile floor in public areas that looked like drops of blood. They did not have any other rooms to put us in but honestly the smell and the people loitering around lobby and halls were enough to make us walk out knowing we would lose the money I paid for the rooms. My sister vomited in the parking lot as soon as we walked out. This property should not be on Expedia's site. The desk clerk said I could call Expedia and complain and they could contact the hotel to verify my complaint and I could possibly get my money back. Hold times are too long at Expedia to get an resolution so far. If you book this property be prepared for a traumatic experience.

Staff difficult to contact. You have to call to contact staff even during day time. No breakfast or coffee before checking out. The handicap corner room smelled like stale cig smoke, mold and urine soo bad I had hard time to sleep and woke with sore throat which is not normal for me. Was told that I could see my car if I park at dumpster where a homeless person lives and tow away signs are posted. I would definitely not stay at this Ext Stay again. Better to pay a bit more for a better nights rest.

The condition of the property is crazy, the people there are rude. From check in to check out was about 5 hours and every bit of it was awful. Checking in the guy was rude and they talk to you like you're a child. The rooms are falling apart. If you just need that 4 hours of sleep before hitting the road again I mean it will work, but I wouldnt recommend any other reason. You are conveniently close to Cadillac Ranch
