Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham DFW Airport South-Euless

The shuttle service is offerred on a limited basis. This is not disclosed at the time of booking. There is no asterisk or footnote after the mention of airport shuttle. I had to pay $34 each way. The free shuttle service was the reason i booked this property. So not right and the mgt there did zero to accomodate me.

Your airport shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. Other than that good job.

The prices and amenities are not as advertised on Travelocity. Long-term parking was eight dollars not five dollars. Shuttle service is not available between 11 AM and 6 PM. Breakfast is grab and go. The clerk informed me that they do not honor information posted on Travelocity.

I booked there cause it said they had an airport shuttle I call and call and the number listed was for a different days Inn hour and a half later a shuttle comes to DFW takes me to the wrong days inn so I have to Uber to the right one then the shuttle is reservation only and doesn’t run until after I have to be back at the airport so I pay for another Uber for the money I spent I could have stayed at a nicer hotel and not spent hours to get back and forth. Plus the room was cold and unclean.

Someone attempted to break in vehicle. When asked about camera footage. No cameras work. The tv had no usable signal. So no tv

The shuttle does not run between 11 am and 6 pm. I had to take an Uber to the airport. The staff was sweet and kind. The room was freshly rehabbed. The breakfast was okay.

In website shuttles service was included but didn’t agree to give service.

Free shuttle has a schedule, it's not all day. Had to pay $25 each way from/to airport. Very inconvenient the extra $50 dollas had to spend

Waited more than one and a half hour for the shuttle service. The sheets are stained and there is no sustainable food available in the building for late arrivals.

Upon checking in, the man was okay, kept answering the phone to a lady and kept being rude to her but to me he was okay. It smelt clean and looked clean in the building. the door to my room you had to give it a push, i had to use my shoulder and put weight on it just to open the door. the room looked cleaned, it was heavily Lysoled because i was immediately hit with the smell of lysol but my socks were really dirty, They need to fix the shower head because the water was coming out every, & the bathroom has mold on the walls and it wasn’t the cleanest .i took photos of it. you can tell they just clean around the room, i moved the mini bookshelf and there was coffee stains on the floor and there was stains on the ceiling. The bathroom had nails poking out at the top of the shower, i have a photo of that as well. the shower/bathtub didn’t have a handle bar in it, i had my 78 grandma with me so it was hard for her. a lot of hotels have them handlebars but this didn’t, and the bathroom door doesn’t lock and was like a yellow smoking color on one side and a white color on the other. The breakfast: nothing there, says on the go breakfast but nothing was available at all. The beds are really hard, turning the heat on it the room had a horrible smell to it. Also it’s not a very accessible hotel, i wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you are handicapped. the hotel in general has a weird smell. all the front desk staff i spoke to was nice, but i don’t recommend this hotel.

old property but very clean room, good for overnight stay

Room was extremely dirty, found cookies with fungus on the ground, towels were dirty and room had an awful smell to it.

That property was the worst motel/hotel I've ever checked into. From the entrance to the room, it smelled of mold and/or mildew, both of which I'm extremely allergic to. We were only in the room 10-15 mins, before I started feeling sick. The a/c looked like it was going to fall out of the wall, there was a bio stain on 1 bed cover and Lord only knows what the other "stain" on the 2nd bed cover was; there was what appeared to be bio on the bible and the bathroom light looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling. I explained all this to the clerk at the front desk, but he almost seemed shocked, like he had no idea the conditions were terrible. I asked for a print out showing we were checking out, as I'm unable to stay in a place that's going to keep me sick for the duration of our trip. We're requesting a full refund of ALL MONIES PAID. We'd prefer to resolve this directly with Days Inn, but will file a dispute with our credit card provider if that doesn't happen very soon. Thanks for your attention and expedient resolution.

Customer service was rather rude and the room felt dirty. There was no clutter but the floors felt as though they had not been mopped in a long time. The sheets were stained.

This hotel was the best prices with the cleanest facility and rooms. When you walk in you can smell the cleanliness. Very impressed with this location

The staffs was friendly, but the room wasn’t quite clean, the floor was so dirty and sticky we had to put socks to be able to walk inside the room, the A/C filter was so dirty that was blowing dirty in the air . free Breakfast! the website was showing a small buffet but instead a small buffet we got a brown bag with 1 orange, 1 sunyD drink, bag with little muffins(kids)and 1 yogurt. I complaint at the front desk but they didn’t say anything.

I get to the Hotel… they assigned me Room 205.. I go upstairs and the Key doesn’t unlock the Room…I’m them assigned to Room 106. Upon entering the room, the room had leftover food in the freezer of the Refrigerator from prior hotel guests. The shower has black MOLD all around it. That was just gross and disgusting…

Easy to find. Free parking. Big room with king size bed. Large refrigerator. Microwave. Electric stove top with 2 burners. You have to bring yojr own pots and pans dishes and sileverware. Single cup coffee maker in roo., but free coffee in lobby. Large tv. Couch to sit on while watching tv or reading a book or using cell phone. It is great.

The beds are to hard and pillows sucked!!

The AC at the room we were in seemed to not be working, and the room had a smell.

The property was exactly what we needed for the one night stay. The room and property were both extremely well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the heating/cooling in the room worked perfectly. Only thing I could ask for improvement on was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that, two thumbs up!

The hotal is old, but was clean. Loved the fancy light-up mirror our room had! Our bathroom door wouldnt close and the sink drained slowly, but those were not an issue to us as it is an older building. The gentlemen we encountered at the service desk were all very friendly.

Ket to room had to be reactivated. Heater in room did not work, at all. No hot water. Barely warm. Cable tv dropped out multiple times. Informed front desk.

First room, lights weren’t working properly and many stains on the bed. Second room was better but then the buildings fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Lots of noise in the hallway which was disturbing.

The property was very nice. The king room was a little bit on the small side but it was cozy..

This place is old, I could tell when I checked in. Small place, only two floors. I would choose elsewhere to stay next time in Texas. It smells in the hallway, almost got a headache! It really is just so outdated.

I never write reviews because I would never like to tarnish someone’s reputation. However, I was treated was so wrong & uncalled for. Every single person I spoke with at the front desk were rude for absolutely no reason. I was told they would look into my issue. I called them back & was told there was nothing they could do for me. I just needed to switch days.

The stay served it’s purpose. There was no breakfast as advertised, it was sufficiently clean but still a bit sketchy. The staff was not friendly at all. It doesn’t take much to be friendly and offer a “hello” or “welcome back” when you walk in the door or pass in the hallway, but the staff ignores you unless you get their attention. The bed was comfortable at least.

Staff was excellent. Last minute flight cancellation and they made a long day easier.

They didn't clean my room once on my 5 days stayed I understand I was working nights 22 hours shifts I ask fromt dest to let me know please when they wanted to clean my room I was getting off the at 6am every day so I would sleep through the day that's why I told them to let me know the day that they need to get out of the room so they could have clean it they never did

The $50 deposit at time of checkin was a surprise. It should be noted when booking rooms.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The concierge was delightful as was the driver in the morning, however the driver the night before was on his phone the whole time and did not help me with my bags. Also the phone in my room did not work. This was not a problem because the lovely concierge helped me to order a dominos at reception. Overall, the room and the service was excellent which makes me more annoyed at the driver the night before because he let the team down and turned a 5 star review into 4 stars. Like I say though, everybody else was great, great job guys you should be very proud!

Very noisy, felt unsafe, toilet was broken ..old furniture

Very outdated facility that was dirty. Condoms and comdom boxes in the parking area. No room service to at least replace towels and toilet paper. People in the room next door smoked pot everyday and it came through the wall. Outside very dark and scary for a single lady to come back in after dark. Trash all over the parking lot at all times. Inside of motel had a stale smell. Will not stay there again. Not worth the money

Smells like a retirement home. Nice place to stay for a night if you need access to the American Airlines training campus. About what you should expect for the price.

It was ok I booked a king size bed but got a room with 2 doubles wasn't very happy about that lady at front desk was very nice wasn't in the best part of town I wouldn't stay there again

The hotel was in a great location from airport and AT & T stadium. The room was quiet and clean up very outdated … definitely needs a face lift but for the price you can’t complain;) Staff was nice and accommodating, even had airport shuttle which was quiet nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay …

Not bad for a one night stay. Close to airport but on busy street (although noise level still low). No amenities to speak of. “Grab-n-Go” breakfast minimal but still something to put in my stomach to start my day.

I got stuck in Dallas because my flight was delayed for weather. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes after i called, which is very reasonable. The breakfast was plentiful and there is always coffee in the lobby and a coffee maker in the room.

There was no breakfast provided as promised.

It is an older building, so there was some wear and tear, if you know what I mean, but overall, it was VERY clean. The staff went OVER and beyond to make me feel at home. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast.

I stayed in a Days Inn last year near the interstate and found the stay ok. But what I did enjoy was the breakfast offerings on the buffet. At the Euless location, I was given a sack with 2 tangerines, a breakfast bar and juice. What is this? Not sure that this is the standard or not, if so, you may want to reassess.

The continental breakfast was horrible they gave it to you in a brown bag and he had to go ask for it it consisted of a package of muffins orange juice a cutie orange probiotic yogurt and a small granola bar

Shuttle service is terrible. Staff does not know airport and is unable to direct clients to pick up locations. Hours of shuttle service is limited. Washer and dryer do not work properly. Breakfast is grab and go. My room smelled bad and a/c did not work properly.

Hotel was fine for the price but they do not serve breakfast as was advertised on their site.

The room AC did not work well and no breakfast.
