As soon as you walk in it feels welcoming and smells good like clean and fresh my babies loved the indoor pool and breakfast was our favorite part we were in for the cowboys vs chargers game and we were already expecting to pay a high fee on uber but they offered a shuttle ride for only 30$ round trip definitely keeping’s this hotel in mind next time we visit

Ana was super nice and got us everything we needed… pool towels, more toilet paper etc. breakfast was delicious. The indoor Pool was a little murky but was still nice. Was said to be heated but still cool. Staff was great and facility was clean.

I intentionally booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it's location. The pool door malfunctioned and we had 20 min in the pool before we had to leave. I was incredibly disappointed. The manager was apologetic. Still we didn't get our money's worth for what we wanted.

This was possibly the most comfortable bed and room I have ever stayed in at any price. The man at the evening desk was amazingly positive and helpful at the end of a trying day for us (missed flight). The ONLY thing I would add to this hotel is an airport shuttle.

Cleaniness-wise, it's average. Although the facility doesn't look too old, it could use some good cleaning on the carpet in the general area as well as inside the room. Pool definitely needs some cleaning, The bottom is a little crusty. Service and fee policy is where one should be aware. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and they REALLY MEAN IT! If you want to check in before noon, they will slap you a $40 fee. If you want to check in between noon and 3:00 PM, it will cost you additional $30. Tell me something, if the parking lot has only about 5 cars and if you have a room ready, does it cost that much more to provide customer some convenience?! We arrived a little before 2:30 PM and refused to pay the $30 fee, so we just chill out in the lobby, Finally, the manager come to his/her senses at 2:58 PM, and let us know we can check in early. Wow! Whole wopping 2 minutes! And I should be grateful. This would be the first and the last time for me at this place. And..., there is no shuttle to DFW airport.

We stay at this location every few months. It is well -maintained and family friendly! We love that it is centrally located and is easy to find. We ALWAYS enjoy our stay here. And everytime we're here, there's always something wonderful that amazes us. Bri is THE BEST!!!! She is hardworking, accommodating, approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming. She ALWAYS takes care of our needs and requests. She aways takes the time to chat with us and always greets us with a smile. The manager, Ms. Rosemary, is tremendously awesome. We have seen her multiple times go out of her way to take care of the guests. She is soft-spoken, approachable and accommodating. You can see in the way she carries herself how the hotel is properly maintained. The ladies in the kitchen are also SUPERSTARS! I need to remember their names, but I talk to them every morning. They remember me and my family because we are here frequently. They love on our kid and they are very understanding. On days when our kid had waken up early before breakfast time, they did not hesitate to offer him fruits and cereal. They do their best to keep the breakfast options filled and replenished. We will always come back here whenver we're in the area!

I was impressed but disappointed. Entrance was cleaned and smelled good at our late arrival; but Our room on the fourth floor was dirty. I notified them the next morning since we crashed right away. We made our way to the pool (btw a bit dirty and no towels) to give them time to clean our room. They didn’t clean it, so I gave them more time before I said something. At the end of the day they upgraded us to another room, sadly the counters were dirty too. We checked out the next day without saying a word about it.

This hotel had a renovation, but unfortunately isn’t maintained very well. Upon checking in my wife and I found a roach in the bathroom and food from a previous guest on the floor near the desk. We went to the front desk and explained the situation, and the staff at the desk was very kind and understood, but were unable to help when I requested a refund. Unfortunately because I booked with Expedia I had to go through them to request the refund. Expedia was unable to get my refund because the hotel wouldn’t grant it. So not only is it a disgusting place to stay but the customer service is also terrible.

I have always booked this hotel every time I come to Dallas, this hotel has been the best. Unfortunately for the past year the quality of this hotel has gone down. Staff are not inviting, they seem to be here because it’s a job, even the staff in the kitchen they just stand in the kitchen area on their phones. Doesn’t matter if they don’t speak English I can understand “Hola or Buenos Dias”. The rooms are decent but no extraordinary like in the past. My biggest issue was the ants in the closet and bathroom, they were on my bags that were in the closet. I didn’t notice them until I put my bag on the bed and saw them on the outside of my bag. They were also in the bathroom. I know breakfast is free but is used to be good but now the breakfast is not as good and the sausage is salty. I don’t know if this hotel changed management but this is not a hotel I will be coming back to. Disappointed.

There was a huge stain on the underside of our comforter and other smaller stains on the sheets. The nightstand had something that had been splattered and not cleaned. I will not stay again. It was cheaper than other hotels. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were in Texas meeting with a Realtor for possible relocation from Chicago. The Euless Comfort Inn was a great stay; my only issue is structural. The windows of all rooms with even numbers face tge highway and we hear the traffic all night. Sound proof windows should have been considered during this bill. Other than that this was a great stay. My family had a total of 3 rooms. The hotel General Manager Rosemary was helpful in providing our getting around to areas and food. I had the pleasure of soeak with Ava as well and she was a delight.

The welcome was lukewarm but efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The walls were pretty thin, and I could hear the next room's tv over the sound of the air conditioner fan (not a problem because they turned it off at a reasonable hour). The breakfast was well stocked and the area clean. The overall stay for one night was perfectly adequate.

Upon arrival there had been a line at 11:45pm on a Friday night to check in. We had waited almost 35-40 minutes in this line behind 3 people. I’m not sure if there had been issues with the computer or what. But when it was the people in front of us turn to check in, the lady had stopped to answer a call for a reservation. It took us maybe 5 minutes to get checked in so I’m unsure of the wait. We had got to our room and couldn’t get the AC to turn on. Called the front desk, was told to unplug the unit from the wall and plug it back in. It turned on maybe 10 minutes later for 5 minutes MAX. Throughout the stay it would come on and go off. The screen said LC. And we were hot and cold, taking blankets off and putting it back on with no assistance or repairs attempted to be made. That was the only major issue we had occur during the stay.

Will not be staying at this hotel again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and have not had any issues before. But for this overnight trip, it took longer than normal as the staff informed those of us waiting to check in that rooms were still being cleaned as they were short handed. The wait was inconvenient. The front desk personnel were professional and kept us updated on the process of all delays.

I’m absolutely furious with the appalling service I’ve received. After making a confirmed reservation, I arrived at the hotel only to be told it was canceled — with no warning, no explanation, and absolutely no attempt to fix the situation. This is beyond unacceptable. I planned my trip around this reservation and was left stranded without a place to stay. No apology, no alternatives offered, just a complete disregard for the inconvenience, time, and money your hotel has cost me. This kind of treatment is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. I expect a full explanation and immediate compensation for this nightmare of an experience. I will also be leaving public reviews so that other travelers aren’t blindsided like I was.

I want to give it more stars but I tried to check in earlier but told I had until 2:30 the earliest to check in. So I left, sightseeing then came back at 3:30 only to find a lady yelling at the poor worker. I felt so bad. System was down and they couldn’t give me my keys so he went ahead and put us in the room. Later when we got back ask the lady to go with us to open the door as the system was still down. Let’s just say she was so upset and let her frustrations on us. She was like I keep going up and down why can’t you all just stay in the room. Next day finally working but now front desk lady tells me I was in the wrong room and told me I had to move. I told her I’m not moving as we unpacked everything. She was so upset gave attitude so we had to packed up as she threatened to call police if we didn’t moved. Checked out the guy from the first nice told him what happened and apologize saying we didn’t have to move. That she could have just changed the room number. He said no one is assigned room. I should be allow a discount with what I had to deal with. Very disappointed

So I left, sightseeing then came back at 3:30 only to find a lady yelling at the poor worker. I felt so bad. System was down and they couldn’t give me my keys so he went ahead and put us in the room. Later when we got back ask the lady to go with us to open the door as the system was still down. Let’s just say she was so upset and let her frustrations on us. She was like I keep going up and down why can’t you all just stay in the room. Next day finally working but now front desk lady tells me I was in the wrong room and told me I had to move. I told her I’m not moving as we unpacked everything. She was so upset gave attitude so we had to packed up as she threatened to call police if we didn’t moved. Checked out the guy from the first nice told him what happened and apologize saying we didn’t have to move. That she could have just changed the room number. He said no one is assigned room. I should be allow a discount with what I had to deal with. Very disappointed

Rose the hotel manager was excellent. She understood our needs and was happy to accommodate. The hotel staff is well trained, upbeat, and professional. Will be back! Our stay was wonderful! Despite their system briefly being down due to the Microsoft outage at check In, the staff was very friendly and escorted each guest to their room to ensure access until we had keys. The GM went above and beyond!

Booked on 6/25, and when we arrived, there was a huge line at check in. Weather issues led to Dallas Airport to cancel all flights and there were many w vouchers. We also had booked it for our cancelled flight. When we reached our turn, the desk told us that they had given our reservation away and that there was no room. The employee named Josh said he couldn’t issue a refund either bc he wasn’t the manager. He said he’d leave a note for the manager. No one followed up for 2 months and I left them messages through Hotel.com. I had to call the inn today finally and Rosie said Expedia had to refund us bc the inn never charged us since they couldn’t give us the room. Refund finally happened and Expedia was like they were flexible although it was non refundable. What a joke. Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty and worn. Loud AC. Humid and moldy smell. Never would’ve booked it hasn’t it been an emergency, but it really is more of a motel for the cheap price point. Horrendous exp and lack of professionalism every inch of the process.

When checking in it took over an hour and a half to get my room due to short staffing. They're wasn't enough house keepers I suppose. I was given the wrong room and charged more due to the long wait of quest's.. My room was supposed to be 2 queen beds and a sofa bed but only got the 2 beds.

The stay wasn’t the issue. The hotel was very clean and represented. The problem is that my card was charged almost for the cost of the stay after it was booked and paid for through hotels.com. I was then told it was in error but it would be 7-10 business days for refund.

Stayed 4 nights. Our room was very clean. The lobby was always well kept and smelled clean. They had an indoor pool that was open until 10 each night. We had it pretty much to ourselves for two nights in a row. Check in and check out were very easy. Good location, it was quiet and close to many breakfast, coffee, and gas locations. It was a perfect central location as we visited both Ft Worth and Dallas.

Would have given a 5 for most things. Very convenient for park & fly & DFW. The breakfast was good. We love coffee in the morning & with breakfast , but the coffee maker was out of order. A big disappointment not only for us but for many other guests that we observed at breakfast that morning ! So my suggestion to management would be to have a large electric coffee maker as a back-up! Will most likely stay there for a fly out of DFW in a few months, but will call in advance & give another chance on the coffee availability.

We enjoyed our stay! We did a quick trip to Six Flags and really happy with our choice! We had a 2 queen bed room. The AC was phenomenal and kept up the entire stay. The beds were very comfortable although the pillows were very small(think small throw pillow size). The bathroom was convenient and loved the fact the toilet had a lid! I would have loved to have 4 towels in the room instead of 3 but nothing a quick trip to the front desk couldn't fix. The shower was unexpectedly slippery with okay water pressure but provided hot water when needed! The breakfast are was very small but sustainable. They offered cereal, yogurt, small pastries, waffles, and egg and meat protein. We have sausage links and ham slices the mornings we were there. The proteins were very overcooked and almost unedible. We opted for waffles both mornings. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this hotel on our rotation.

The only slight issue was the water drained slowly and so it took a little bit for the toilet water to fill back up. Nothing I couldn’t be patient about. I would have rated my stay a 4 out of 5, but there were a few minor issues that made me a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door had cracks at both the top and bottom, and the main entry door to the room was noticeably worn, especially along the bottom. In addition, some of the bathroom floor tiles felt loose when walking on them. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The lobby smelled fresh and clean upon arrival, and my room itself was very clean and well-kept. I also want to give a special thank you to Jessica at the front desk—she was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay and made the process smooth. Parking also felt very safe and secure. Despite the small maintenance concerns, I would definitely consider staying here again.
