Missing nearly all the dumbbells. Also the cable machine was broken. Had a few treadmills though. Bed was stiff and hard. Pillows were small. Breakfast was good but strange it started at 5am weekday and 7am weekend. Had a bad stay and would not be helped with a partial refund. Will not visit here again.

PRO Great staff!!!! Easy check in. Clean room!! Nice breakfast. Comfy bed. Safe property. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice hot tub and pool. Great air conditioning. CONS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PARKING. Not enough parking for this property and the one next door. Both share the same parking lot. These are not big hotels but I drove around 20 minutes before seeing a car pulling out and ended up parking on the other side of the hotel next door. Maybe during the week it’s fine but on the weekend it is the worst. The parking lot is well lit. TV remote was hard to use but the tv picture was nice.

Elevator floor light was not working. Luckily only four floors so knowing which floor you were going to was not difficult. Definitely recommend getting this fixed

The pool was clean and the hot tub as well. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Sofa sleeper mattress was lole a pancake. The breakfast was good but there were no non pork options. The staff was friendly and responsive. I highlt recommend thos property and woll staff again in the future.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the parking. There was no parking available once we came in at about 11:00 pm had to jump the curvy to park in a grass field located in front of the hotel. Just giving a suggestion make the lot in front of the hotel parking lot.

The hotel offers cribs which was nice. Unfortunately the pool was closed when my family and I were there. The room was twice the size of a regular hotel with 2 queens. The shower could be cleaner. Also if you want HOT water and not just like warm you may want to wait till 1 am to shower or shower before you think everyone else is.

The tv could only play 2 channels and was getting bad reception. Curtains dirty, the shower wasn’t draining, room smelled and carpet was damp and sticky

Really dirty hotel. Towels and bed sheets were also dirty. Shower tub was also dirty and the carpet was also dirty. All around hotel was really really dirty and bad. Would never stay here again

It was a alright hotel. Stayed for 1 night with 3 kids bc we missed our flight. People were nice. The van that picks u up from the airport was nice but also very dirty. The rooms were also very dirty. Our air conditioner was leaking water on the ground. Good stay for a short period. But i definitely wouldn't stay for a long time.

The room was not cleaned well. The bed covering had spots on them that came off with a Clorox wipe. The lamp shades had gross stuff inside them and housekeeping didnt clean well when I mentioned it. I used a wipe and cleaned them. Then the thin sheer curtians had someones nose wiped on them. The carpets, I didnt walk barefoot on. It made my stay unpleasant.

Had a last minute stay due to flight delays and was comfortable without paying through the nose. Lobby looks like it’s been redone recently. Room was spacious with a bed I would give a 7/10. The AC (window type unit) never got the room to the temp displayed but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Hot breakfast in the morning had a variety of options and it was nice that it started at 5 am for those with early flights.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews from Expedia and from Google. I was very shocked how the rooms actually looked. This hotel is in need of desperate renovations or at least the room that I was staying in. Pretty much every piece of metal in the bathroom was rusted out. The door had been water stain completely and had bubbled over time due to condensation. Looked somewhat like the door was made out of pressed wood due to the damage. You either need to replace the door or you would need to replace the fan. The room itself was very dusty like it hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time. Both queen size comforters had stains on them. There were also holes in the comforters, which at that point need to be replaced and thrown away. There were no sheets on the pull out couch bed or sheets and blankets in the closet. The hotel stay was definitely not worth the price that I paid. Even with the government rate it was more expensive than the regular rate which I was disappointed in. Unfortunately my family and I will not return back to this hotel and find something different in the area next time we plan to visit Dallas.

Good for what we needed, (some place safe and cost effective for an overnight stay that was less than 12 hours). Breakfast options were great and included in price. Reasons I did not give a 5 were: only one luggagw cart available for the whole hotel, rooms were tidy but did show a lot of wear. I probably just had higher expectations because the other reviews were so good. Nothing that was enough to call down and complain about for us. Perhaps if it were a longer stay or we paid more. Also, the night staff was less than pleasant but maybe just having an off day.

Looked nice on the outside. The walls were thin. The inside was clean, but not well maintained. A couple of things didn’t work. The pillows were old and lumpy. Breakfast left something to be desired. Would not recommend.

Yes, the breakfast was wonderful and so was our accommodations for the room. We have decided to only stay at Best Western locations for the nice rooms, service, accommodations, and for the reasonable pricing. Also wanted to mention the excellent assistance provided by Tonya who was working the front desk. She was so friendly and a wonderful person to have met. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Checking in, the woman at the front desk was not very talkative. Charged me 25 for the deposit which was fine, but never said anything about it. I had to ask. Pretty much the only thing she said to me except for "the elevator is around the corner". As we waited for the elevator the Manager walked right in between us and the elevator not saying anything to us. Mind you he had to turn a little sideways to get by us. Plenty of room behind us. It was just kind of weird and rude. The room was ok, it was clean. The bed was comfortable. Our main problem with this place was after coming back to the hotel later on from being out and about, there was no parking spots. We literally had to park in the back of the hotel next door. While walking back to our hotel from parking, people were driving around looking for a spot to park, unfortunately we took the last spot at the other hotel too. People were having to jump the curb to park in the grass. The breakfast was good. It's close to everything. Cowboys Stadium is a 10 minute drive. It's in an ok area. All in all just an ok hotel with some flaws.

I booked a room 3 nights. When I first check in I had to switch rooms because the toilet flush wasn’t working. Second night my keys for my room weren’t working. But the last night I was there I entered my room and simply all of my belongs and suitcase were gone. I immediately went downstairs to talk to the receptionist and he told me they they had checked me out! Said that my reservation on their system was o my for 2 nights, so they took all of my stuff and cleaned the room, which was a mistake since I had the reservation proof of 3 nights. For me that was unbelievable, how come they go thru all of my stuff, put them together, close my suitcase and leave it at the front desk? I hadn’t checked out or anything. I felt disrespected.

All staff members were cheerful and helpful. We had a minor issue in the bathroom and maintenance was there in 5 minutes or less. Breakfast was wonderful. Shuttle to airport was right on time. We had a very pleasant stay. The pool was pretty but closed for the season.

Stayed for one night before my flight. Helpful and friendly staff. Offered a late checkout without even asking due to the time of my flight. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location close to the airport.

Overall the hotel was clean and what i needed for the night. I called for the dhuttle service and sfter an hour wait called a second tome. The desk clerk fsiled to let the shuttle driver lnow i needed a ride. The huge positive of the trip was Brian the shuttle driver. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond during my stay.

Normally I wouldn't leave a bad review, but the man at the front desk started this visit off quite poorly. Rude & unhelpful to the fullest, more interested in his cell phone than his job. In addition we couldn't use the heat unit due to the loud clunking coming from it, making it unable for us to sleep. The curtains were extremely stained with unknown substance. :( Asked the front desk for an extra pillow and he said they were out. Kind of hard to believe a hotel being out of pillows on a Wednesday night. The breakfast food was very poor compared to most BW hotels, the gravy was ice cold and not sure why it was there as there were no biscuits. Very limited selection in general. I am not sure how they have 8.3 stars. Very disappointed!

The airport shuttle was supposed to be available without having to make an appointment ahead of time. The front desk told me to call when we were ready to be picked up and we did, but the shuttle was in the shop getting worked on so we had to pay $34 for a taxi. When we arrived we were surprised to see other vans/shuttles in the parking lot. Plus side was we were allowed an early check in and late check out. Surrounding area noisy with freeway and no where to walk to eat/shop, etc.

Good location about halfway between Dallas and Fort worth. A bit isolated, but easy access to restaurants and gas stations with a short drive. Breakfast spread was great. About a 15 minute drive to a At&t stadium for our game. Would stay again.

Nice hotel. Clean. Pool and hot tub area were nice, trash was overflowing the whole time we were there. And the pool was absolutely freezing. We’re from PA and expected to be able to use it given that it was in the 70s. Breakfast was amazing, SO many options.
