Kids were sad that pool was closed, bed was comfortable but there were people smoking weed in various rooms, and Saturday night there was a party right outside our room. I was alone with 2 kids in the room and we were scared. The people were drinking and very loud. The next morning there were Cans and trash thrown all over parking lot. My son had a competition early next morning and we could not sleep. then my son got overheated at his competition ended up throwing up in bed that night, told front desk the next morning and they never came to change our bedding. So we had to sleep with no blankets. Just a bad experience

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The first room they put us in was FILTHY. The sheets had either blood or ketchup on them. The blanket had black stuff all over it. The shower had greenish blue stuff in it. The floor and 2 of the tables were covered in dirt and I'm not sure what else. The tv did not work either so they moved us to another room. I paid for a suite with a jacuzzi tub. That did not work in the second room they moved us to. We were told there was not a manager nor a maintenance person on duty and I could not speak to a manager. The hotel does not look anything like the pictures on the website. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool. It was closed. The sign on the gate said it was closed for the public health but the front desk told us it was closed for renovations. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and they would not provide us with any extra pillows even though they had 3 tiny (not even standard size) pillows for a king size bed for 2 people. The fridge was warm inside. They did not have the air on at all in the Texas heat in July so we were sweating trying to get ready for our event we were there to attend. Would not stay here again if you paid me.

It really was a pretty decent stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pool definitely needs cleaned. Very convenient for the Cowboys stadium :)

Place does not look like it does in the photos, old photos I guess. Very disappointing. Bugs in the room, located in a sketchy part of town, pool was unserviceable and full of algae, room door didn't close properly, back of the door looked like it had been kicked a bunch of times, bathroom was in a very sad state of repair, phone didn't work, 30" TV had bad areas of the screen, "breakfast" left something to be desired, no coffee in the room, towels were stained. I would avoid if possible. Spend a little more, you won't regret it.

This place is filthy. Dead bugs on the floor. Mirrors smeared, streaked and dirty. Bath floor gross. Shower wall cracked/broken. Poor shower pressure. Shower head gross and rusted. Walls are gross. Towels stained. Considering the price, I expected just a bit better. No pride in ownership. We will not be back here.

As soon as we got there inside the lobby smelled like mold, when we got in the room, one of the beds didn’t have sheets, the floor was filthy and you can definitely tell they forgot to clean the restroom. There was urine in the toilet like if someone didn’t flush it. The shower had hair and was dark from mold . Horrible experience . Don’t recommend it . Doesn’t look nothing like the pictures they posted !!

Like other reviews, this place is horrible. I cannot believe they are allowed to rent these disgusting rooms! Especially after covid. Your taking your health into your own hands if you stay here. The property, trash everywhere, didn't feel safe going out after dark. Wouldn't dare go near that pool. The room, pretty sure my sheets blankets were not changed after last tenent. Food crumb's, stains, and stench. Holes in wall, busted door lock, aluminum tape holding bathroom door together. Mini rolls, old cereal , no milk for breakfast.The list goes on. I will not be back. Waste of money. No sleep for work due to how uncomfortable I was. Yuck!!

If your diabetic plan on eating elsewhere as the Buffett consisted of pastry, instant oatmeal, waffle, apple, coffee, milk was provided upon request, cereal. Handicapped parking is available. Entrance is handicap accessible. Parking in front of my room was immediately available. Check out was fast. I was able to get a restful sleep. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

It's clear to see upkeep and maintenance sent a priority for the owners, this room looks like a safety hazard, if an auditor came to look it'll definitely fail! They clearly don't plan to do any remodeling, painting, etc. Sockets exposing wires, doors falling off hinges, cracks in the floor, faucet knobs separating from the wall, art/decorations falling off the wall and sitting on the floor. It's sad to see lazy entrepreneurs! Please actually put a little more effort into quality, I'm aware this isn't The Marriott but my goodness this is pathetic

Got there and there was no toilet paper. My son had to get off toilet to go get it. WIFI didn’t work for 3 out of the 4 days. Pool was green. Workers were RUDE. Got yelled at for going in to get a spoon. Pillows looked to be about 10 years old. Fridge barely worked. Never cleaned the room. The last morning we woke up at 7 and the ac leaked all over leaving my son’s baseball uniform soaking wet. I brought the uniform to the front thinking he could throw it in the dryer, since it was on them that it was soaked. He refused which left my son without a uniform. Worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL

Bed was hard as a rock. The shower head leaked down more than sprayed out and the tub was old. For some reason the front desk put a family with kids upstairs. They were up running at all hours of the night. Could've been avoided by giving them a room downstairs.

My one-night stay was awful. Firstly, the sheets in the room were incredibly dirty; the first room assgiend to us had visible stains, so we requested a change. Although the second set was slightly better, they still weren't clean. We won't be returning for this reason. Secondly, the environment was intolerably noisy due to its proximity to the railroad station. Trains were constantly coming and going, keeping us awake until 2:00 a.m. Additionally, there was a safety concern in this area. in the evening, which was rather unsettling.

1st of all at time of check in I was informed not to have anyone in my room of than my husband. No partys, and if I break something I would have to paid for it. Then they asked for $50.00 cash only deposit (if I damaged anything) I'm 63 years of age any was far from having a wild party in the dump of hotel. The guy in the lobby was not friendly at all, he asked me for my information, credit card, he threw me the key, he told me 233 and I asked him where it was and he only said behind the building, he didn't give me any directions, like wifi, pool, breakfast, not friendly at all, terrible service from the staff

The property is really old inside and outside , rooms not clean at all , anything is clean there.We have to wait almost one hour to check in . We arrive at 3:00 and we have our room late almost a 4:00. We went to the room and a lady told me that is ready but it wasn’t ready blankets with hair . Microwave nasty, no towels, no shampoo, no soap, etc etc . Please don’t stay in this place .

I need a total refund. I didn’t stay at the hotel. When I got there the front desk attendant was rude and very unprofessional. I asked to run my card as a credit and he insisted that I put in my PIN code and asked if I had cash. When I didn’t want to put in my pin he would not hand me my ID or credit card to me in my hand when I stuck my hand out it places it on the desk. They proceeded to tell me that no guest of mine are allowed on there property and all guest of mine would have to be met away from the property. When we got to the room there was trash on the sidewalk. When we entered our room if smelled of urine and mothballs. The carpet was dirty and stained. The bed spread was damaged with holes and stained. The walls had chipped paint. I would like a FULL REFUND!

Terrible customer service skills upon arrival, didn’t make me feel welcome. The parking lot had sketchy people loitering, and the room was run down. The front Hojo photo doesn’t represent the location. It was so bad we wasted the $100 rate and paid $200 elsewhere so our family felt safe.

Baby.. you just need to go ahead and book some where else towels and bed linen were dirty. Shower wall was dirty. Shower head was crusty. Sketchy people outside the rooms all times of night. Pool closed I’m assuming for lack of cleanliness. Overall.. never again!

The room was very clean. It was obviously a very old motel that may still be in the "fixing up" stage as the mirrors have not been replaced (which would be the last thing I would worry about). Breakfast was sparse but the coffee was good.
