I enjoyed my stay at the LaQuinta staff was very friendly and helpful.Parking was easy Walmart was convenient.Room was excellent cleanliness and odorless is my pet peeve. LaQuinta passed the test . Breakfast was awesome!! I loved the hot tub and pool.

Needs more parking space.

Parking lot very small. Elevator broke and not all stairwell emergency exit lights working.

The elevator was painstakingly slow and there was no water pressure but everything else was good. Will stay here again!

Breakfast was not good. I had eggs the first morning and they gave me the runs. The coffee didn\'t taste good and the coffee cups were tiny 8" styrofoam cups. The key swipe at the back door was broken and hanging off the wall. So when I walked my dog, I had to go back all the way around to the front to get back in unless someone had propped it open with a rock, which isn\'t secure.

I liked that we didn’t have to worry about housekeeping coming in our room. The chairs around the pool were all broken except for 2, when we got there our shower was dirty and the tub that was in room 105 had old bandaids in it… the breakfast was fine but we only ate there once and the other mornings went out to eat because the breakfast was average at the hotel…

Front desk for check in Friday July 28th was great. Saturday evening we checked with the front desk to ask if the hot tub was on because it was murky and the same temp as the pool. Response was, “yes it’s fine and the pool closes in 20 minutes anyway and maintenance is not in so..” (it was 9:40pm). When I asked if I could get a pool towel I was told, “no, we are done with that for tonight too”. The pool was full of kids playing and plenty of families until well past 10:30.

My room was not very clean. The surfaces still had handprints and dirt from the previous tenants (side tables, refrigerator door, etc. Even the bathroom sink faucet handles were dirty and the toilet seat was not cleaned (hair on seat). Luckily, I make it a habit of traveling with cleaning wipes and cleaned everything myself. The staff was friendly

This hotel is nice.... however our room had cockroaches and one crawled over my wife's face while trying to sleep. Cleaning staff didn't clean our room one day and had to ask for more towels which took a while to deliver. It is a pretty nice hotel in spite of what issues we had...just wanted to put this review out there to let people be aware of the roaches

Everything was clean and comfortable

Room and bathroom smelled horrible and the fold out bed had no sheets and a stained mattress.

The staff was friendly. The room itself was clean but the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while.

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable also. We are planning our next visit!

We have stayed at this location a couple different times with business trips to Dallas. But this last time it was dirty. We saw cockroaches on the bottom floor going up to the 3rd floor. Yeah definitely won’t be staying there again.

We got the room with a king sized bed and jetted tub. The room was spacious with a warm atmosphere. It was also close to AT&T stadium which was a bonus for us.

Jacob at the front desk was a ray of sunshine, his breezy smile made my day. The beds are ok, the pillows fair, the bedding fair. The rooms are HUGE, we had a king suite and it was so spacious. It is very noisy during the night due to the distribution warehouse next door. If you are sensitize to that then I would give this one a miss

The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub.

The first issue I had was getting to the correct place. I copied and pasted the address from the Expedia app and followed GPS. When I went to check in, I was informed that there are 2 properties on the same stretch of I20 with the same name, and was directed to the other place. I could tell this wasn't hardly the first time this had happened. I made a comment to the clerk about how I had input the address and he said "yeah, they need to change it", meaning it's a known issue. The only other issue I had once arriving at the correct hotel was it was noisy. The people above us were stomping around very late at night, and then back at it again the next morning, keeping my young kids awake. I understand that this is out of the control of the hotel, but it seems like the floors/ceilings are pretty thin.

Love it!!! Especially the hot tub in the room... will be coming back ❤️

Channel options were great internet was good.

Great bed, bedding, and pillows. Quiet stay. Nice staff. Good morning coffee downstairs. Low water pressure. The armchair really needs to be deep cleaned and probably the rug as well - with a machine.

Very loud hotel, from, doors slamming, hearing every foot step from floor above. Next to a 25 dock trucking center and a major interstate. Too noisy.

Was mostly quiet in the room except this morning we could hear the people above our room walking starting at 5am and it didn't stop until after 7am. Bed was comfortable but a little firmer than i prefer. Lots of channels on tv. Easy commute to at&t and globe life stadiums.

First and foremost the hotel room was very clean so that’s a plus. I didn’t have TV most of the time I was visiting because of the god awful Roku TV! Who puts a ROKU TV in a hotel room instead a of regular flat screen and cable package! Get rid of that bs if you want to keep guests! Also I purposely paid for a late check out (1:00pm) so I could sleep in before my flight but guess what time housekeeping was knocking on my door and more than once - 11:00am! Overall the stay was not great! I won’t stay again.

They left our family with kids stranded in the middle of the night because they had given our rooms to someone else while we were still starting with them! We reserved from April 5th through 9th. We checked in on the 5th. We drove to see the solar eclipse on the 7th and came back on 8th. Then we found out they had checked us out and our rooms were given to someone else. We did not check out on the 7th and still had door cards with us. They kept lying that we came and checked out at the front desk, which they didn't have any proof to show At midnight, after driving 500mi back from AR, we didn't have our room and with 4 young kids our two families were left with no option or help from them Not even a single apology! When we showed our reservation they knew about the mistake on their part but kept on changing the story to claim we checked out. Utterly disappointed and will not recommend this place for anyone

Very clean, comfy rooms. Brandon at the front desk was exceptional, not only at getting all three families their rooms in a timely manner, but also in making sure to say hello with a friendly smile every time he saw us. Great personality! Definitely will be coming back!

The overall experience was amazing. The only bad experience is that male employee at night. The one who checked me in was amazing. The other guy was about to over charge me for soap and he was not helpful at all.

Arrived late at night and they didn’t have a room even though I had already paid for it. Kept telling me I was at the wrong place even though my confirmation showed the address I was at.

I’ve stayed at a few hotel in the DFW area and I must start with the La Quinta Inn staff. One word, flawless. Amazing customer service from greeting to assistance w/ any necessity needs. Breakfast was always served fresh and never ran out, no matter what day of the week it is. Gym area was tidy and clean; shoutout to those who also used the gym and actually cleaned behind themselves. The experience was overall amazing and I will keep them 1st on my hotel trips back to the area.

If I could give a zero ⭐️’s I would! My experience with this hotel was traumatizing and it was entirely due to the negligence and dishonesty of this hotel and their staff. I booked a room well in advance and notified the hotel ahead of time that I would be arriving a day later than planned. I confirmed this in writing, by phone, and even through Expedia. Yet, when I arrived with my children after traveling, they had canceled our reservation and offered absolutely no help or solution. What made it worse was the blatant dishonesty of the front desk representative who claimed that the phone number/person I spoke to previously was overseas and not this direct hotel location—but when I called it rang directly to him. Then, he was dishonest about speaking with management to “see how they can help me,” but it became clear that he had no intention of helping us at all. No response from “management,” no offer to assist with another room, a nearby sister property, or even a refund. Just excuses and evasion. This experience was not just inconvenient—it was a harrowing ordeal. I was left scrambling to find a place to sleep in a city nearly fully booked due to local events—all while holding a confirmed and paid La Quinta reservation, along with multiple documented communications with this property. I’ve filed a report with corporate. This kind of negligence and dishonesty put my children and me at serious risk that should never happen to any family.

Our family trip to Dallas was ruined by a distressing experience at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Grand Prairie South. We booked our stay from April 5 to April 9, 2024, hoping for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation. Unfortunately, our expectations were far from met due to a shocking mishap by the hotel management. We had a smooth check-in on April 5th and were initially pleased with the facility. However, upon returning from a day trip on April 8th, we were blindsided by the fact that our room had been checked out by the management. This inexplicable action left us stranded at midnight without a place to stay. The hotel staff, including the receptionist Lex and manager Silvia, were unhelpful and dismissive. They insisted that we had initiated the checkout, a claim that was completely unfounded and untrue. To make matters worse, another family who traveled with us encountered the same baffling situation. They, too, found themselves without accommodations in the middle of the night. The ordeal was particularly tough on the children, who were tired and confused by the sudden upheaval. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the hotel staff provided no viable solutions, leaving us to scramble for alternative accommodations at an ungodly hour. The lack of empathy and accountability from the hotel management was deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Grand Prairie South to anyone, especially families.

This hotel is really convenient to the freeway and was very clean! Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Dallas

The location of the Hotel was in close proximity to the ATT stadium and other areas of interest.

There are no good restaurants nearby

Great place to stay and nearby gas stations, restaurants, and shopping centers!

It’s a nice hotel that’s clean, comfortable and on the highway easy to get to

Front desk staff was friendly and the room was nice and spacious for us. The only "negative thing" is if your a light sleeper you can hear the trucks driving on the interstate. Other than that we would stay again in the future.

The location of the property makes this stay convenient.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good breakfast as well. Only thing negative I could say was poor water pressure in the shower but not a big deal. Well worth the price.

Almost everything was very good. My family and i stayed a week, and breakfast was exactly the same every single day. The pool is small but the location was good for us. Overall we had a very comfortable stay but would have liked more variety and more time for breakfast (closing at 9am on a weekday is just too early when you're on vacation).

Service was awesome, great options for breakfast hot and cold options! Bed was comfortable. Only downfall was a lot of noise from the upper floor as we were on 3rd floor. Floors carried every sound from above.
