Great breakfast Love that you have an airport shuttle!!

It's nice. Convenient. And quiet. However, the parking is limited so you need to be careful where you park. On the sides you can but be careful not to park within the Hilton or The Main Event. Otherwise, bye bye car........

The hotel was older but not the worst. We were just a little frustrated because we stayed there due to the free airport shuttle but it was down for maintenance and we were not notified. We had to call an Uber to get there and then back to the airport which added another $60 we were not expecting

Nice, quiet area. Very close to the airport. Rooms were clean and the whole hotel smelled very nice and clean. Outdoor Pool was closed when I was there, Dec 21-Dec 23, but hot tubs were open. Check in was at 3pm and check out 11am. Had a very nice experience!

The amenities description is incorrect. 1) There is no bar! 2) Shuttle service is only available to and from the hotel during certain hours. HOWEVER… the morning of our flight home we scheduled the shuttle to take us at 7am. Guess what they didn’t have? Shuttle service! We ended up spending $50 on a lift from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we knew this was going to be an issue. The breakfast tasted like cardboard and the juices were so watered down they tasted like nothing. The a/c in our room was ridiculously loud. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants. But we won’t be staying here again.

We had asked the front desk to have a shuttle ready for us at 7am to the airport. When we came down, the shuttle wasn't running since they didn't have a driver. we were very upset and concerned that we would miss our flight. So we scrammbled to find an Uber and luckily we didn't miss the flight but it was close.

Hotel did not have a bar and the pool was closed! That isn't what it said on listening..close to the convention center, near food restaurant was all there was.

The pool is closed for the season. Understandable, but would have been nice ! All n all a good visit so far. Breakfast is at 0630

Room was dirty and staff were rude. I would stay anywhere else before coming back here.

Hotel floors were dirty throughout. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The room was very dirty. So much dirt and dust around the edges of the room. The A/C would not cool the room.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a large roach feet up in the morning in the middle of bathroom floor and 3 small bugs crawling on shower full wall.

Decent location. The condition of the room. Lamp shade was stained with large brown marks. The Bed next to the window box spring cover had a LARGE brown stain on the window facing side not sure if it was blood coffee or both. The room paint was a touch up mess, the walls and the ceiling..........First entering the room it was a very musty smell. Did NOT smell clean.

Hallway carpet was gross, room had a funny smell. But room was in good condition and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room hadn’t been vacuumed good. There was a hair clip and other items left near the bed on the floor. Bathroom was semi clean. Could have been cleaner for sure.

It was our worst stay ever my daughter got bed bugs and we would like our money back because of this experience we will never stay at another one of this hotels again

I was very impressed with how quite the rooms were from highway noise due to proximity. Perfect!

Hotel is outdated and dark

Hotel felt safe but the rooms feel in need of renovation. For an overnight stay or maybe 2-3 days I guess it could work. We just stayed one night to catch a flight next day and it worked fine. Free airport transportation is really convenient.

The people here are great! Definitely 5 star worthy. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. I can't tell if the wall was being re painted near the tub or maybe it was water damaged. The rooms had a weird dynamic where it was either super humid and muggy or ice cold with the AC on ...even at a decent temperature. The carpet felt a bit dank. Nothing that was gross, just worn. They do have two hot tubs so that is also a win. If you're in a pinch, or are in a one day work trip this place is more than adequate....but if that isn't the case, you may want to check around elsewhere imo. But again, the SERVICE/PEOPLE HERE WAS GREAT!

The property was okay; however, carpets were spotted and stained. Furniture, etc. in the room were worn and dated.

Both my friend and I found the room to be too humid. Air conditioner filter must be bad

Everything was great. Had a jet tub in the room, soft bed. Really clean ,dove shampoo and conditioner. Easy check in and parking with good resources around in walking distance..

Would not recommend this hotel for people traveling for work. Wifi is slow, and Hotel staff are uninterested in addressing it as its a "known issue when the hotel is well booked"

Our room was above a commercial trash can which they began throwing boxes and material into it very very early which woke the kids about 6:30 am. The room was lovely and the free breakfast was delicious! So easy to get to from Legoland!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there one night, so can't comment on housekeeping. The hotel is in average condition, I think in the next few years, the rooms/bathroom will need a facelift. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and affordable.

I really liked staying there. The staff was amazing!

Shuttle driver was excellent. Felt like was amongst friends. Would stay here again. Go to the Rowdy Cowboy about 1/2 mile away for good food and drinks. The shuttle gave us a free ride there. Good breakfast at hotel as well. 5 stars

Would NOT recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay between flights. We stayed here twice (once on our way to our destination and once on the way back) Staff were not helpful (other than one shuttle driver). Place was quite dirty. The first night we stayed when we checked in they informed us they do not have any rooms with two queen beds (what we booked). Instead they would put us in a room with a king and pullout couch. Not ideal but nothing you can do. When we got to the room there was no pull out couch. They argued with me saying there was supposed to be one in the room…! Finally told us to come back to the front desk and after lots of mumbling they gave us keys to a new room. Big surprise when we walked in and there were two queen beds! Obviously they lied when we checked in and just didn’t want to give us the room we booked. We were tired with two young kids and this added quite a bit of time to checking in. I also called the hotel weeks before our arrival to figure out where exactly to catch the shuttle. They wouldn’t give me ANY information. I explained I wouldn’t have a phone and it would be my first time in the Dallas airport. They told me there were lots of phones in the airport to use and concierge services. Never saw any of those!! It was such a hassle to get the shuttle and the front desk staff had no idea how to help us find it. There is in fact two shuttle pickup areas which would have been great to know when I called.

Staff is amazing excellent service.

Front desk woman was unprofessional and rude. I called and upgraded the room before and extend stay. My stay wasn’t extended and I wasn’t placed in the correct room.

My flight arrived late and they gave my room away!!!! This is unacceptable.

Booked and paid for room and they sold my room to someone else and had no rooms or options for me and did not care. Very very rude!!

The propery was clean and quiet. The staff was all friendly, polite and beyond helpful. I got in for a conference early Monday and came asking if i could leave my bag before heading to the convention center. . There was a room available so i was allowed to check in early and freshen up. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning. They had a free shuttle to the convention center and Jeanette helped me arrange bag storage and transportation on Friday when i checked out. Overall excellent and exceeded my expectations

Great location, near Main Street in Grapevine. Nearby commuter rail goes to The Stockyards every half hour.

Our room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was great.

Carpets are sticky, breakfast was gross, old re heated sausage. Elevators floors never mopped.

The pool was fabulous and the staff was friendly and efficient!! The room was well kept and clean and exactly the way we like it. I wish the breakfast hours were posted somewhere it would've been helpful and the girl working there by herself seemed very overwhelmed and was running and running non stop she could've used some help.

Staff was very nice while checking both in and out. Great variety for breakfast! And housekeeping was very thorough! Will return!

The hotel has a "smoked in " scent. It hits you when you walk in. The front desk employees were very kind and friendly. My room was hot. Humid. Just not comfortable. Parts looked worn but it was clean. The breakfast was terrible. Eggs were watery, sausage was hard. Not tasty at all

The property was fine. The front counter employee was great. The breakfast service was lacking. Everything was empty and they would not refill anything without someone asking first. The floors were dirty, the sink in the bathroom drained very slow. The water pressure at the sink was very low, maybe it was turned down at the valve because the sink drained so slow. Overall, the property was ok, probably will not stay there again.

Breakfast was as miserable as always. I had forgotten how bad breakfast was. The receptionist for Saturday afternoon was excellent. Very cordial, friendly and helpful.
