It started downhill as soon as we arrived. First we were greeted with the pool being closed all weekend, and if we wanted to cancel. Mind you we checked in at night and basically couldn’t find another place in time. Second, the breakfast had the eggs and meat behind counter and you had to order and wait for it to be cooked. Not to mention, fire alarm went off after my second bite, and then we had to exit with an empty stomach. Third, the rooms were horrible. Pillows were really half little sham looking hard pillows. Horrible sleep because of those pillows. The bathrooms had mold all around in the shower! Last, the parking situation is a mess! We had to pay for parking on an app at $20 a day!!!

Flight cancellation lead me to stay here for a night. Free shuttle to and from DFW was nice. Friendly staff. Check in counter was very slow. Beds were uncomfortable. Hard mattresses, and pillows that need to be folded several times to provided any support.

Lovely room with plenty of space. Loved the breakfast, especially the chef-cooked omelet! Special thanks to shuttle driver, Alex, who offered to take us and bring us back from downtown Grapevine so we could see the parade. He was a lifesaver, as we had trouble getting a rideshare to pick us up in a timely manner; some even cancelled on us! Alex is a valuable staff member at Embassy Suites. Didn't like having to pay for parking. Otherwise, we loved the place!

The lobby was very nice along with the resturant was fun. Breakfast was great! Soda machine needs fountain drinks fixed. Also upset the pool was closed dont know why but that was a reason i chose there and didnt get to swim. The room was good, but could have been cleaner. Mirrors had kid prints on it along with it was hott in the room. The overall people there were very nice. No room service after late hours but overall it was good.

The shuttle service is seriously flawed .. their shuttles are in disrepair and tga5 causes seriius delays. The staff, if they answer the phone, give lame excuses as to why it takes an hiyr plus to be oicked up.. saying tge shuttle is st your terminal now, it will only be another 5 minutes. We waited ocer an hour in 100 degree heat for tge shuttle .. i strongly advise travelers to use another parking service, even if you stay at this hotel. .. beware !!

Enormous hotel in Grapevine. Huge rooms with separate living area. Shuttle to and from DFW is a plus. Happy hour with light snacks and one free beverage is generous. Line for a beverage was too long and there were no soft drinks or other self serve beverage options during my 3 night stay so I never received the complementary drink. Gym was pretty good with dumbells up to 75 lbs. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay with an omelette station, scrambled eggs and all the usual things one would expect. Bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. Things I did not like: 1) check in lady was unfriendly. Did not even offer to find my Hilton Honors number when I asked 2) TERRIBLE water pressure 3) not enough outlets to charge devices 4) no closet or armoire to hang a suit or coat.

This property needs to do a deep cleaning. First night I got there, there was a huge stain on the covers, the light switches were dirty. Tried calling front desk, the phones did not work. Was given another room same thing, heat didn't work. Had to wait for maintenance, they didn't show up. I had to go back to the front desk to get them to fix it. They never came to clean the room, no toilet paper. They need a new cleaning crew because they are awful. I probably WON'T be back. I will be choosing another property where there aren't so many issues with cleanliness.

Room felt neglected. There was random grime on lamps, walls, floors, couch pillows, etc. A poorly executed patch job had been done on the bathtub trying to cover rust. There was a goopy consistency around the drain in the tub and we didn’t feel it was clean to be able to bathe our children in it. Bed sheets seemed clean and the provided breakfast was good. Location is nice if doing activities at the Grapevine Mills Mall.

This hotel has really ran down. Rooms need updated especially for the price. Staff was not helpful at the front desk. Couch was ripped, curtains were broken could not close to get sun out. Floors dirty upon arrival. Hair in the bathtub. Lots of trash and food in the hallways. Breakfast is the same everyday. They did not offer fresh items

One of the beds had clearly been slept in I called the service desk and got a virtual assistant requested new bedding and requested to speak to a manager it said someone was on the way and manager wasn’t avail but they wld call me back. No one ever showed up, I cldnt leave my kids in the room alone to go downstairs and no one ever called me back. The bathroom was dirty as well.

Overall our 3 day stay was good. Virginia & Evah at the front desk were really very nice & helpful! Had trouble with our first rooms, air-conditioning not working in 1 room then we were moved to other rooms different floor & finally got adjoining rooms as we had requested. The room my husband & I stayed in we noticed on the second day what appeared to look like mold in certain areas of the room & it had a musky/mildew smell. We decided to stay since we had 1 night left. We did notify the front desk when we checked out. I showed them pictures that I had taken. They apologized and were going to have the room checked. We're Hilton members so our acct was credited with pts. As for the hotel overall it was nice and again everyone was very nice & helpful. We will stay there again when in the area.

The housekeeping services are horrible. I was initially placed in a room with a dirty bathtub. The staff was responsive and moved me immediately but the bath floor in the new room was dirty. I am certain they do not mop. Bad stains and dirt under counter, in corners and on outside of tub. Had to call for towels and chase housekeeping for toilet paper and kleenex. Maintain a man was excellent in responding to my request but housekeeping sucks.

Terrible experience after having a decent experience the week prior. I was switched from a room I selected on the honors app to a room on the 12th floor that had bedbugs. I left the room immediately and went to a better and more comfortable friendly establishment. The Residence In next door was wonderful. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but hopefully this can save someone from spending 340 plus dollars a night including parking.

It wasn’t a good stay due to there being bed bugs. It literally ruined my first night after being tossed around to a couple of rooms to find one that’s been properly cleaned. Kendall at the front desk was very helpful and Melissa as well with communicating to see if there was anything she could do. Angela Jones that works for Expedia was awesome in getting me sum good news of compensation so thanks to you as well! Embassy is known to be a very nice place to stay but it wasn’t for me! Great breakfast and happy he tho! And to the young maintenance guy thanks for absolutely Nothing! You literally asked me what did I want you to do about it like you didn’t care! Really?! I pray this falls into the proper hands to make a difference. Oh and I wasn’t the only guest complaining about the conditions there were quite a few of us on the North side and the South side was even worse! This was My Experience fr!

1) Bathtub drain would not seal or hold water in the tub. 2) Bathroom sink drain pull was disconnected from the deain so many times the drain would retain water until you reached under the sink behind the counter to manipulate the drain manually. 3) Sofa bed mattress has almost know cusion, Sleeping on the bars that hold the bed up was very uncomfortable. 4) Only a sheet was provided for cover on the sofa bed for cover. Was a kittle cold at times. 5) As a gold member I was charhged a $75.00 fee for late checkout. I actually checked out of the hotel app about 12:20pm and actually think that is a little excessive of a fee. I point out all of this to assist you. I workled at the Embassy Suites in Denton as night auditor/manager for a few years after I retired from my career. I know how feedback is valued by the general manager and staff and only offer these criticisms for that purpose. I enjoyed my visit and would return. Hope this helps you out. Leo Marcotte

Everything was great. The only downfall is the size of the bed. Queen size beds instead of doubles would nice. They are too small when sleeping two to a bed. Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff!

Everyone was very nice. Bed was comfortable, however the pillows were awful. The AC would not cool room and as result we could not sleep well. Handle came off hot water faucet in bathroom. Checking in was very easy and people were very nice. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff was great but hotel needs to be updated. Light over sink in kitchen area, I heard everything my neighbors were saying clearly, older furniture, $20 a day parking is ridiculous and no jacuzzi. Walking distance to the mall and breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. Room was clean. Needs an update for as expensive as it is though. The bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Tried sleeping towards the edge on my side but it would roll me into the middle because the mattress was so worn out. The balcony door was very very difficult to open & very loud. Parking was insane, had to park quite far away. Also the elevator had issues stopping on our floor. We had to push the up button to get an elevator and go up then back down.

The hotel staff at the front desk, restaurant and breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, but the walls are so thin. We could hear noise from the lobby all the way up to our 9th floor room until 11pm and then in the morning we could hear the next door room just talking normal. Wasn't a relaxing stay like we were hoping for.

Diana and Xavier were the only staff that were Pleasant. Front desk check-in was either in a bad mood or incompetent. Even though I had booked two rooms and showed her the Expedia confirmation, she was unwilling to look up the room by reservation number and only insisted that I just had one room. This was incorrect. There was more back-and-forth, but not a good way to start a stay. We were also surprised to have to pay for parking through a separate app. It’s been some years, but this hotel never charged for parking all the times we’ve stayed here before. So after dragging all your luggage in and checking in you have to go back out to your car if you don’t have your license plate memorized in order to register and pay for parking through the app. Our family went to a concert that night and didn’t get back till after midnight. It’s lovely to find that even though you paid for parking, you have to park all the way behind the hotel by the construction containers. We never saw security much less anyone checking license plates to see who had or had not paid. I guess the summation is that other than a couple of individuals, the approach to service and hospitality that once existed at this hotel is now severely lacking.

The staff are great except for the white woman with the long brown hair. I don't know what her problem is but she snatched paperwork out of hand not just at the check in but when I returned for the check out so it was not a one off instance. Other than that, the stay was comfortable we only needed one night before a early flight. We were pleasantly surprised at the beverage and snack happy hour. We picked this hotel for the airport parking and definitely would return.

I do not recommend staying here. When we arrived the system was down and no managers were providing details. I waited in line an hour to find out they couldn’t check us in. No one was taking names and phone numbers so guests could go eat dinner and return. No manager was to be found assisting or even apologizing for the issue. Yes accidents happen, but this hotel was scrambling and pretending it was a quick fix. When we returned from dinner we had another hour wait while two people manually tried to find rooms for guests. We went to our room and it had towels and water bottles all over to floor so we had to go back and find a new room. Another guest told us they walked in on sleeping guests at midnight. Breakfast food was cold and looked like it was heated in a microwave and then set out. At checkout they wouldn’t return photo copies of ID and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. A couple of days later someone called and tried to scam me. Do not stay at this hotel! There is no management. We stayed at another Embassy Suites that was older in a different town and service was fantastic. Sad such a nice looking hotel doesn’t have decent management. Cleaning policy is a joke and you should get a discount if they are not going to clean rooms during your stay. Do not stay here, over priced and no management

First they checked us in wrong room, then moved us where the air conditioner was not working, and double charged my card for the deposit. I have stayed at a few Embassy Suites including this one. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The only reason I did not score lower is because of the amazing breakfast.

I left a bag there. I called the front and they said I had to go through an app to try to find my things! I have medication in that bag! I need it back today and there is no one to talk to. I also looked under the sink during my stay and the floor is filthy! The shower was messed up and the pillows are super uncomfortable. I will give this stay a 4 if they ever return my bag!

The breakfast was great! Very disappointing that we had to pay $20.00 per night for parking when we already paid for the room. Also, the room was nice. However, the shower handle kept falling off and the second night we were there we had no hot water so we had to take a cold shower. The staff were very friendly!

The room was clean. Happy hour snacks were not very good and very minimal. The happy hour line at the reception was very long. The hotel was very busy with a conference and only one bartender so it was a little frustrating waiting in a long line. The staff was very very friendly.
