Every time we come to Laredo, this is our favorite place to stay. Always clean and smelling good. Staff is great! Beds are ultra comfy.

The room was clean, and when we walked in it had a wonderful scent (not the usual musty smell of hotel rooms). Everything was great, except they gave us an accessible room (which was not requested), and the tub was very inconvenient. The plug wasn’t working so the water would stay clogged in the tub. We had maintenance come and help us, and he said other people had been moved out of that room previously for the same reason. Not sure why they continue putting people there if it’s not fixed.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. And all gym equipment functions! The Bistro is great if you decide to stay in and dine. And they have a Happy Hour!
