Areli from the reception staff provided outstanding service, clearly explaining the services and breakfast details. The breakfast service was also excellent, and the hotel has a superb location.

The room was in good condition, but your customer service rep Jess that I checked in with was not very kind or courteous and made me feel like I did not want to stay there, but the one that worked the night shift was very nice and made me feel comfortable
