Was very poor. Pool was not open as they stated it was when i called. It was noisy all night. Smelled of Marijuana in the halls. Water would barely come out of the sink in the bathroom. Remote control for tv didnt work

I have to be honest. Front desk was sweet but the property and amenities are awful. My smoke free room smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The front desk moves us to another room that smelled better. Holes throughout the room that I stuffed with toilet paper. One outlet worked. Workout room has old equipment. I wiped the ancient treadmill down and it was FILTHY! Don’t count on a hearty breakfast. You choose from bread: Waffles, muffins, cereal, toast. No protein or fruit. It was disappointing. I’ve purchased many rooms from Expedia and really think this one needs to be considered for removal. You will be disappointed.

Dirty hotel. Very rude staff at the front desk. There were mice droppings on the ice machine. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the ground and would tip over if you leaned too far. I asked for an extra blanket and was refused one. I lost my key card with two keys in the card and the guy at the front desk would only give me one key card. When I asked for a second key card he said, NO NO! Do NOT stay at this hotel. Very old and had an odor to it.

We had two rooms. The room on the second floor had an irritating unpleasant odor and there was no water pressure in the sink. The room on the first floor had a toilet that kept running water and dust bunnies all over the popcorn ceiling. The coffee maker in our room was conveniently located two feet from the toilet. The hotel needs some serious up-keep. The elevator had a frightening howl every time we used it to go up to the second floor. We stayed two nights and the fire alarm went off both nights, between 11 pm and 3 a.m. The second night, the alarm went off twice. They were all false alarms. Breakfast was all carbs and sugar. No protein. Coffee was weak. Not a place we recommend.

Family of three adults, stayed three nights in room 233. Positive: A/C works great, shower head adjustable for steam and high pressure spray, plenty of hot water, coin operated washer and dryer for guests. Sofa bed was outfitted with sheets and duvet, ready for guest use. Negative: Breakfast is pretty gross with few options except making your own waffles. Two bath towels, two hand towels and four wash cloths provided for three adults. Housekeeper reluctant to provide third towel. Guests had to get new towels daily because housekeeping expected us to wait until the third day; housekeeping every third day only. Had to explain why we needed three door keys to a reluctant desk clerk. Dirty towel behind the bathroom door at check-in. No duvet covers, just a flat sheet on top and bottom of duvet. Room dirty in several places (sticky surfaces, wall scuffs, visibly soiled curtains, etc.) so I used bleach wipes on all surfaces. Room was not well maintained (hair dryer not well secured to wall, stains inside dresser drawers, flaking paint, dirty sofa, much wear and tear). Needs a good update, as there are no USB outlets, decor is tired and dark, no microwave, has adhesive anti-slip strips in tub; reconnected toilet mechanism as it was falling apart.

Inside room refrigerator was making noise we couldn’t sleep well. Bathtub and washbasins drainage hole was clogged, water isn’t draining properly.

The hotel is definitely in need of a face lift. Besides the pool being closed and not providing a hot breakfast, the hotel was just ok. however i will not stay at another Baymont again. I will spend an extra $10 to $15 at another place for a hotel that's a lot nicer.

The place can use some updates broken faucet missing light bulbs carpet stinks specially under the bed probably never been vacuum since they open counter lady was rude asking where I can get bottle water she point me vending machines that don’t sale water. 24 hr. Fitness you can forget it it’s lock. Pool was dirty.

The property was very dirty and in bad condition. We had to change rooms three times before we could find one we could stay in and it had black mold in the bathroom ceiling.

They gave me a room that was not clean and they have ROACHES

Roaches all over. Night stand corroded. Tv stand corroded. No microwave. Asked old man in charge. He said no microwave available. Big white spots all over carpet, looks like old vomit. Restroom ceiling, black mold, then 2nd day leaking from top room. Asked to be moved, no reply. Old man in charge said no. No refund. On my 3rd night, young lady calls, they move me. Too late, I was checking out the following day. I already inhaled everything. I had to wash all my uniforms at laundry mat prior to arriving home. I felt itchy for several days. The worst hotel I’ve ever been at. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, regardless if it was free!!!

Bathrooms smelled of urine, didn't appeared to have been cleaned maybe ever, dead cockroaches on the floor of the room. Musty odor throughout. Totally disgusting.

This place was NASTY! There was bedbugs, smelt like weed, the rooms were not clean. There was holes in the wall the blankets were stained. Do not stay here!!

The cleanliness of the hotel was not worth a one star. The walls had drawings all over them. The beds and dressers in both of my rooms were broken as well as all of the soap dispensers.As soon as walking into the hotel it smelled of must and urine. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to be highly disappointed.

Picture made room look nice clean, but no my rest room had mold by shower no trash cans. Only had 2 towels in bathroom. Carpet was dirty and had some sticky spots got bit on my arm and face while laying in bed. Never staying again

If I vould give zero stars, I absolutely would! Dont be scammed!!! Pictures are deceiving! Stains, dirt, leftover towels from the last guests, no towels for the new, no toilet paper, nasty everything!!! Smelled like cigarettes and weed. A roach motel was cleaner! Save yourself and look for a hotel in Denton and not super sketchy Lewisville!

Thankfully i only needed a place for us to sleep a few hours. The room we were in had roaches, it smelled odd, the tub was peeling, none of the outlets worked, some outlets didn’t even have covers so you could see into the wall, the light on the bathroom was missing a cover. It was a jon smoking room and the furniture and linens still smelled. I wanted to cancel my stay and get a refund but we had a long trip and we needed sleep. Even if it was uncomfortable.

My AC unit was not cooling. The room was hot. I told the front desk to move me but they only had one other room. And the AC was worse in that room so I stayed in the original room. Can’t sleep. I need a refund.

It was horrible the first room the carpet was all wet got my socks all wet. The second room had mold all in the closet door from the bathroom was so rotted. The hallways ppl were full of noise it was 11:30pm and it was ridiculously loud.

The room was not the best , this place definitely needs an update and an upkeep .The mattress was uncomfortable , you could feel the springs on your back not to mention gross with stains .breakfast options wasnt good. Furniture is worn and moldy , wires everywhere, the small chair in the room had a big hole in the back like someone slit it to hide something. I stuck it out because it was a business trip. I will not recommend this place.

Good price for hotel and convenient but it’s in need of upgrades and terrible breakfasts.

Really needs a major renovation

Well for starters the AC did not work in our room. They fixed that within an hour but then I noticed that we didnt have any soap or shampoo in our room at all. We also didnt have a box of tissues either. This DEFINITELY was not a hotel. It was a MOTEL

A/C not cold, unit horrible. Room fair. Painting in hallway has bad smell in room. Would not stay here again.

Worst hotel I have been in the last 20-years (and I do have pictures to sustain my claim below). Anymore who gives a review more than 1 or 2 for this hotel is fake. First let's start with the fact no one was at the front desk when we arrived and we had to wait several minutes (despite chatting to signal our presence) and finally ring the bell to have someone to show up. Then the fact I had requested a disabled room and was never offered one. When going to our room to discover that half the carpet was wet and it was smelling moldy. Back to the front desk (still no one, ring again), we signaled the issue and were answered: "OK, I'll give you another room..." Like it was something normal and OK to deal with. No apologies, no concerns expressed, nothing... The hotel itself hasn't been renovated for 20-years or so. There is unfixed (or very poorly fixed) water damages on the wall, A/C is attached to the wall with bare planks, holes in the bathroom door, scratches on wall paint, rust in the bathtub, no even an alarm clock... You get the idea... We didn't even have a spare toilet paper roll available, so we ran out of it. Finally, for breakfast, you will got nothing other than pastries and cereals. No milk, no fresh fruit, no yogurt... It looks like the owner is cutting every corner it can to save money on this property... I wouldn't say anything if the property was located in the middle of nowhere with very low passage. But not in the vicinity of the Dallas area...

Customer service is always good. They make sure you are taken care of.

It was so horrible i did not sleep. Everytime I went to the Front Counter there never anyone there to assist. Room was hot no ac, whole in the bathroom door, when i walked in the water was running in the bathroom, room smelled like mold.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Checkin and out was a pleasant experience. The room was very ckean and quite. Maids jept room stocked with clean towels.

We have stayed in this hotel almost every weekend for about 2 months, but have recently decided to go somewhere else for our stays. While most of the staff is very pleasant to deal with, that isnt the case with all of the staff. Theres one night person in aprticular, skinny with black hair and glasses, who acts like having to do the job she is paid for is beneath her. Very little communication skills, rude demeanor to paying customers, and little to no situational awareness. The rest of the staff, very pleasant and always accommodating to everyones needs. But it only takes one person to spoil the experience. Other than that the hotel was always great to us. There are a few minor things here and there but all in all a really great property to stay at, and some of the nicest rooms available in lewisville. Would highly reccomend getting actual blankets for the beds tho lol

The check in service was quick and efficient, the blanket on the bed was lumpy, the towels were left on the floor, not replaced and our keys didn’t work the second night causing us to get them rescanned after a full day out and about.

Room selected were not available upon arrival, room given to us wasn’t clean. Missing amenities and rude front desk.

Never checked in. Looked at the hotel and the area around it and did not feel safe. Visited the Eastons in their room and saw its condition and decided to drive home after the funeral instead of staying the night.

The area was decent, Walking distance to Cracker Barell. The ony thing I didn't like was the lighting was pretty low. I would stay there again.

Common areas in lobby seemed clean and updated. Room was dingy, with carpet and bed coverings that were stained, along with marks in the wall (like small holes). Area had activity both inside and outside - people hanging around, smoking or lounging. Next to a busy highway also. Felt like we were extra scrutinized by those around, who were wearing dirty t-shirts and very scruffy looking. Just did not feel like a safe place. We left and did not stay there beyond a half hour or so.

When we arrived, there were dead bugs on the bed. Went to take a shower and roaches scattered across the wall. No breakfast as advertised and when asked about it, the man at the desk acted like I was speaking a foreign language and he had no idea what I was talking about.

You get what you paid for but the hotel should definitely be a little less; maybe low $50 a night. The covers had cigarette burns and stains. The shower did not work well. Maintenance came to fix it but we had to go. Breakfast was good though.

As usual with Baymont, the breakfast is lacking. Seems to just be there policy. Room was comfortable. Tile floors in bathroom are uneven. You will probably get a lawsuit at some time in the future as a major trip hazard. They say that they are smoke free, but as an ex smoker, I smelled smoke numerous times during our stay.
