Strategy location, but a bit noisy due to traffic from the track and smoking at the lobby

One thing I need to warn you that they require $50 deposit for the hotel stay, however their pet fees is a bit ridiculous.Definitely not pet friendly free whatsoever. Overal it’s very clean and upgraded very nicely. And it seems like I’m a very busy area yet quiet at night

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. After that..... Ice machine barely worked the first time I tried it. I was able to get a 32oz cup full of ice in about 3 to 4 minutes. The second time a few hours later, no ice. There was not a bath tub stopper to take a bath. I called the fromt desk and they told me they do not provide them. ???? Breakfast was a danish the size of a coke can top with a juice machine that served watered down apple or orange juice..

The hotel kicked me out after staying 1 night with my 2 small dog and paying the fee and deposit. This room was booked and paid for August 1 andwhen I got there the desk manager said my room had been given away 3 days ago. Had to find me another room, finally ended up with a nasty smoking room. Stuck awful. Still no compensation for their mess up or having to wait. I made it clear in my reservation I was there for the dog show. I needed a downstairs room. I had 2 dogs. I paid accordingly. I paid for the reservation insurance. Did everything I was supposed to do. I checked in, the next night they kicked me out for having pets... no pets aloud. 8:30pm I had to find somewhere else to stay.

Peaceful, staff was pleasant, clean room. The grill/bar was a nice place to grab something to eat.

For a super 8 hotel for a night stay it was nice it located to convenient store grocery store Starbucks and several fast food restaurants. It also had a nice bar and grill attached to the hotel.

It was easy to park, quiet location in the back and allowing pets was one of the main reasons I booked. Straightforward to check in and friendly staff was noticed.

They don’t have a breakfast. Coffee and a packaged sweet roll is hardly breakfast! The lobby smells like smoke as it is attached to a bar that allows smoking.

It started off bad. Had to change rooms first room the bed was filthy. Pulled the spread and top sheet back and the fitted sheet looked like it hadn’t been changed. So I pulled it back and mattress cover was filthy. Called the office he came to the room and checked the bed and gave me another room. It was perfect everything was clean I was satisfied. Slept very well. Thank you!

The rooms themselves are nice and clean minus the roaches I found in the bathtub and people coming out of the bar/ restaurant are very loud late at night. The bed itself is awful my backs killing me my backs never hurt from sleeping at a hotel before. I was also charged a 20$ “early check in fee” because I extended my stay online vs at the property even though I was still in the same room and never actually checked out. When I went to the front desk to extend my stay I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes and no one was there. Hence why I added nights online…. House keeping is very kind and does a great job. I’m assuming the owner is the man who works during the morning shift, it’s the only time staff is nowhere to be found and the office is empty. He is also the only staff member that was unfriendly to the point of being rude, everyone else was extremely kind. They advised free breakfast but unless you want old packaged honeybuns then your sol that’s all they have. They don’t even offer milk. I did receive my full deposit back, I’ve never not gotten one back so I assumed since I left the room as I found it, I’d get it back.

The bed covers had cigarettes burns all over it. The towels were rough and stains. Doors didn't lock good. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. I asked for another room and was told I couldn't be moved. So I left and I really wanted my money back for this room. I've Never had a room like this

Door to room didn't close and lock properly. TV was small and had digital television no cable.Room doesn't look like pictures in ad. False advertisement! Paid for king size room their version of king is a full size bed! Wifi definitely sucks!

Bed was old and needed to be replaced. Tub backed up. Smell of "greens" was leaking into our room. Towels were super small. Also absolutely no breakfast. I saw a honey bun.

Comfortable beds

Room was very nice. Air conditioning was A+. Bed and furniture very nice. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work very well and I couldn’t use one of my necessary devices on it. I would have liked to extend my stay, but needed to be able to watch my content on my AppleTV. CableTV only had maybe 20 channels.

Hotel has been recently redone and the floors, paint and everything else seemed to be new. only problem was the tv was still an older model with poor picture.

Nice room with microwave and refrigerator. Only problem was couldnt hook up Xbox to TV as it was an older model TV

A/C didn’t work properly

When i went to check inn tge gentlemen who was at the front desk was very judgemental towards ne vecause if my ID type which was a prision ID an official ID. He begain to tell me tgat i could not stay there because of it. Then he went ahead and let me stay. He over charger me for the deposit when it said online and at the front desk the fees of 20$for pet and 50$ for damages that would be refunded after inspection of room. He first told me 75$ and i gave him a 100 dollar bill and he took the entire 100 and said i could have it ba k when icheckout and then proceeded to tell me tgat absolutely not a person can cone on his property not even to pick me up at checkout that i had to walk across the street to meet my ride to pick me up. He was cery rude and deminering towards me due to my ID. But other than that it was wonderful.

I went in to make reservations and put it under my boyfriend name so they wouldn’t charge his an additional $50 on his card. I signed the paperwork at check in and these people did not want to give me my DEPOSIT BACK. They are wanting to see my ID and verified my name on the paperwork signed but since my name is not at the check in and listed on Expedia they still would not give me my money back. POOR COMMUNICATION ESTABLISHMENT.

after staying here twice over the past couple of months, I still have yet to receive my quote" deposit of $50 for each of the two times I was there. this is terrible management and needs to be addressed. until then, I refuse to do business with super 8 in Longview. I also do not encourage anyone else to stay here because this is absolute theft. they owe me over $100 for my stays and I still have yet to see it.

Not a fan of this place anymore because I was treated like trash by a woman named Purdue and some other guy that was working there and he said I was going to have to pay more than what I was paying and he was calling the cops if I didn’t have the keys to him by 11am. So let’s see what I did to deserve to get this treatment from a hotel owner that I was not able to get a late check out for my friend because she was late getting our clothes washed and I had nothing to wear but I was forced to get out or told I was going to jail so I had to grab her stuff and mine and I was met by the housekeeper and she was not friendly to me and I was trying to talk to her because I couldn’t find my keys and she just ignored me and never did bring me some towels or Kleenex so the day before I got up and it was pouring down rain so I had to plan to stay another night and at 9 am I went to the front desk and I told them I booked another day and could I stay in the same room and they let me have my lunch and dinner and I was told that I was going to have to pay another deposit and they didn’t know if I would get the other one back now or later and then I was told to pay the early check in fee of $15 dollars or I needed to get out of the room and come back at 3pm, so I was trying to be responsible and take care of business early enough to make arrangements to accommodate me and them; but they were not going to be nice to me and I was told that Purdue was being a responsible and I was not.

Great Service all the way around

It was okay up until I was accused of bringing my dog in the room I live in town the dog never got out of the truck when my friend came to pick me up. Told him to check his camera which he should of done.

The property manager was rude the entire part of my stay. She was rude and had no empathy for my situation and went out of her way to make the entire situation worse, up to and including when she kept my deposit and cancelled my reservation that was already paid for. I have stayed at this place numerous times over the years and have always been made to feel welcome and at home. I still haven’t gotten my refund and that has gotten me into more of a predicament. I will never stay here again.

For a super 8 hotel for a night stay it was nice it located to convenient store grocery store Starbucks and several fast food restaurants. It also had a nice bar and grill attached to the hotel.

It was easy to park, quiet location in the back and allowing pets was one of the main reasons I booked. Straightforward to check in and friendly staff was noticed.
