The front office people were rude and we're of no help. They could not even find my reservations after I had literally just gotten there. Lights were not working. Sheets and pillow cases were nasty dirty. No bags on trash can.

Too much cigar smell seems like some guest prior was smoking inside the room and there were lack of cleaning process, shower floor was old and dirty. Blankets sheets was burned by cigarette in both beds. The TV remote control was not at the room and I asked the person on the lobby for it, and the answer was that there was not remote control for that, I need to turn tv and change channel manually.

This place is an adequate stay if you need a quiet spot and staying for a short while it’s a small but big enough space for one-two people and they were able to accommodate us to a smoking room and they do have a short fee for early arrival but nothing to complain about.

The lock on door was broke . The tv had no remote in room. So tv was useless . The staff made me pay twice . She said they don’t honor Orbitz. So also room didn’t provide shampo as some motels do.

My biggest concern during my stay was the disrespectful behavior of a young employee working at the front office. This was the second time my room card stopped working, so I went to the office for assistance. The employee made adjustment on the computer and handed the card back to me, but she spoke to me with an unnecessary attitude even though I had remained respectful throughout the interaction. I did not argue or respond negatively. I simply took the card, looked at her, and shook my head to express my disappointment. As I was leaving the window, she directed an offensive remank toward me, saying "You are not going to get an attitude with me, F***you." I found this behavior highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when reporting a problem that requires assistance. This incident occurred at La Copa Inn, located at 1010 W.
