The pool was filthy dirty that we refused to swim in it. Many homeless people walking all around. Didn't feel safe.The breakfast was not good. The servers there did not keep the food stocked for all the people in there. They had me prepay for my stay the rate that was quoted online. When I checked out there was an extra charge $150.00 on my credit card that I didn't approve of. When asked about it I was told I had to speak to the manager when he came in later. I had to leave for the airport and my issue was not resolved.

There was no parking spots in the hotel area. Had to park in the bank up front. Luckily I was going to be gone before dawn so no problem there.

Elevator a little scary, bathtub was really moldy and dirty, would only give 4 towels for 5 guniceests, breakfast was ok. Staff was sometimes nice. Wouldn't provide extra pillows or blankets. For a rather inexpensive hotel, they acted like it was a 5 star.

Pool was closed. Very noisy

Elevator out of order had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor and was not notified at booking. Tub stained very bad, pealing paint

1) Ice machine not working 3rd floor 2) People drinking beer and smoking dope right in front of hotel 👎! 3) security lock on 319 door broke

Property in need of renovation. Worn-out sheets - no elastic. Carpet extremely worn. Bathtub stained - looked dirty.

Elevator was broken!

Manager promised us a refund for our stay and waited until we left then spoke with Expedia and refused the refund. The hotel is dirty disgusting run down stinks the pool is disgusting the manager is a creep and makes you feel very unsafe. The elevator makes odd noises and skips

There was a large hole in the ceiling above the window. The bathroom was super dark probably to hide the mildew in the bathtub. The ceilings were stained with mildew. The grout was disgusting. The carpet was disgusting. There was trash in the stairwell for 2 days. The breakfast was pathetic and didn’t offer much. Parking in the back was dark and the street sweepers put cones in the front, blocking off the spots. Management couldn’t care less about the complaints. Desperate need of renovation. Pool is deceptively small, so don’t pay attention to the pictures. You’ll be extremely disappointed. First non smoking room smelled of smoke, so they put us in a dog non smoking room. Will never ever ever stay there again. It’s a dump.

My room smelled horrible. I thought maybe staff forgot to clean the bathroom or maybe it was just stale air but when I cranked the AC to get the air moving, I realized the smell was coming from the AC. It was 85° at night so sleeping without the AC was not an option. Maybe that room hadn’t been used in a while because the foul smell had permeated the pillow cases and bedding. I didn’t have high expectations for this place but I think it’s reasonable to expect a maintained AC unit and clean bedding.

Horrible experience, the room was nasty. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom, stains on walls/curtains/ and the furniture. The couch had crumbs and residue on it. Went to the front desk to get my money back but they gave me another room for the night. The 2nd room was not much better but at least it was no mold. Canceled the 2nd night and will neve come back.

We found a live roach upon entering our room. After killing that roach, we found roach bait on the wall by the exit door in the room. We found dead bugs on the floors, frame around the bed was filthy, sheets and covers were stained, ripped, etc.. we wanted to check out and find another hotel but every room was booked in McKinney due to the OU/TEXAS football game.

The fridge in our room was not clean & the floors in the hallways were not vacuumed well. There was trash in the elevator and the trash can in our room had stuff in it when we checked in not to mention there was stuff behind it on the floor besides the fridge. The pictures were all crooked and the bathroom tub area and chalking around it needed a good scrub as it looked like mold was starting to grow. The floors in our room could have definitely used a good sweep as well.

The entire building is run down and dirty. The place stinks and everything feels sticky. The tubs are stained brown due to lack of upkeep. The pillows were also stained or just dirty. Also overheard one of the people at the front desk tell a customer the nightly rate is always $59 however on experion it was $130 a night.

Hotel is very run down and not clean. The lobby smells overwhelming with Scented Spray, so I was glad our room wasn't on the first floor. Our bathtub was dirty and drain plug didn't stay open. Ceiling exhaust vent was falling off the ceiling. The outlets and lamp at the desk didn't work, including the wall outlet behind it. Our comforter had several large tears in it that were being covered up by the white bedspread sheet. Lamp shade was broken. Room felt damp and smelt like mildew. I tried calling the front desk to complain about the room, but got no answer. So I went downstairs and told the front desk attendant that there were things wrong with our room, but didn't feel that I needed to switch rooms since we had already unpacked everything. I was pretty sure another room at this place wouldn't be any better. I provided a list of items that were wrong and she said she would give it to you manager. We got no response from the manager or maintenance. We checked out 2 days later and I requested that we received a discounted rate due to all the issues. Management didn't come to the lobby and just told the attendant they had to call customer service to see if they could refund any of the charge. I walked out after getting so frustrated with the front desk person. Ended up with only $50 refund for our 3 night stay and the attendant telling me that we should have just switched rooms. Hotel is not worth the price. Could have stayed at a Motel 6 for half the price.

The cleaning in the rooms was terrible. My wife scribed the dirty out the tube. Staff witnessed all the soap scum of the tube were ridiculous, the curtain has blood and stains on them the rooms was not clean at all.

The room smell so bad and tub and refrigerator was so dirty

We stayed at the hotel two weeks go and enjoyed the experience, but this week when we checked in, we noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned. The tub is stained and there was a stray washcloth hanging on the shower. We didn’t want to be those customers and we were in our way out to meet friends. So we just stopped by the front desk and informed the manager of the condition and asked him to make sure housekeeping cleaned the bathroom. Saturday morning we left early and returned in the late evening. The bathroom still had not been cleaned. We were exhausted so we just went to sleep. As I was checking out and again complained to the same manager, his response was only that he had left a note for housekeeping. Well. Here’s my note. Never again sir will I give you my hard earned money.

The room was a bit worn and the bathroom needed an update or deep cleaning. The beds although both were large king sized, they were too hard for our backs. Maybe it was because of the special needs accommodations, but the room felt cold and not very homey.

Very quick check in, the room was nice and clean. Desk chair wasn't that great. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Noisy location

Equipment and maintenance were sub par. TV was not hooked up necessary equipment, although staff member tried to assist, they were unable because they were the only staff member available for front desk as well. Also, phone was not hooked up in room to call front desk. We moved to a different room. Still saw evidence of DIY maintenance throughout the hotel.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The cable TV was nice. The middle curtains were see through so they let too much light in. The water pressure for the shower could have been higher and didn’t drain good.

The hotel was clean enough, the bed was hard and the bathroom needed a little repair. The showerhead did not work correctly so was hard to get a good shower. Plenty of hot water tho. The window did not seal properly and the wind made it whistle all night. Tried to open it just a crack but the outside noise was so loud that couldn’t do that. The TV remote was hard to figure out and there were no instructions for it or the channel guide. Found it the on button, and many others on the remote did nothing, the off button turned the tv on.

I liked the very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a couple of plastic forks one night for our leftovers, and the friendly woman at the front desk gave me a complete paper and plastic place setting for three, which turned out to be helpful. Another one of the cleaning staff went out of her way to find me a "do not disturb" sign since the one in our room was missing. The room was also nice and cool when we checked in on July 25th. I didn't like the stains on one of the sheets and comforters, the loose metal stopper assembly for the bathtub and the loose toilet seat.

Overall it was quite comfortable. The pull- out bed- sofa in the room was uncomfortable to sit on and the fabric on one side was old, worn, and stained. Breakfast was ok but nothing special… would have liked some oatmeal or bagel options.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Comfort Inn in McKinney, TX on the expressway. Shortly after checking into our room, I discovered roaches in the bathroom. Naturally, I was alarmed and immediately brought the issue to the staff’s attention. Instead of addressing the problem, they outright refused to move my family to another room or provide a refund, leaving us stuck in an uncomfortable and unsanitary situation. When I called to follow up, the situation only worsened—I was rudely hung up on. Frustrated, I went to the front desk to try to resolve the issue in person, but to my shock, the staff (Jeanette) member there yelled at me in front of other guests. It was an incredibly humiliating and unprofessional encounter. The combination of unclean accommodations, lack of accountability, and disrespectful treatment by the staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This level of service and cleanliness is completely unacceptable.

TV only had one channel so they moved us to another room immediately. Everything in mew room was good. Front office was very helpful

Very nice staff at a place I stay often. Yudith at the front desk is extremely knowledgable, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Cheryl, the friendly breakfast attendant, does a great job and is nice to chat with.

The pics online are nothing like the hotel. I was traveling with daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. The first room was dirty with food crumbs all over the floor. That night at 11 pm 3 men came into our room. Thank goodness there was a hinge to block the door from completely opening. The breakfast was horrible. I would run the other way before booking this hotel

The hotel is conveniently located around many business. Walmart, Sam’s, Kroger, Winco all within 2 miles. Many food places too. The lobby smelled fresh and clean, the carpet looked worn but tidy. The elevator was repainted and clean, but older. Same worn carpet going to the room. The room was well kept and little extra room in the double bed with pull out sofa. Bed was comfortable. A/C was cold. No noise in the hallway. Breakfast was great! Lots of options. Overall a good spot for an overnight stay.

Great staff, quiet , location is great.

Attendants on duty were polite and informative. The lady in the breakfast area did a fantastic job helping the customers as necessary and the food was tasty. It made my stay great. I'd definitely recommend that location.

We were warmly greeted by hotel staff. But before we could even get checked in she was asking for our prayers for her son who is having mental issues. I found this offensive, but I smiled and just kept going. I had requested a room with a walk-in shower as my husband and I both have balance disabilities along with a lot of other things, but climbing into a bathtub is very difficult for us Did not like that there was not walk in shower available. And then, when we finally did get to our room with the bathtub, no shower, the light overhead was not working, and we were told that maintenance had left for the day and there was nothing they could do about it. And upon examining the tub the area around the drain was so rusted dirty, and corroded that I didn’t think I would want to take a bath in there anyway. The next thing is the fact that we could not get the USB plug-ins worked for charging phones tablets on our watches. And then we couldn’t figure out how to get the television set working. On this, we called for help at the front desk and she tried to get it going and eventually between she and mostly my husband they managed to figure out what was wrong. This should not be an issue. Finally, the idea of a complementary Breakfast was not good when we got to the breakfast area around 8 o’clock in the morning there was really nothing left.We sat there for about 10 minutes, looking for someone and hoping that they would replenish supplies,but they never did. Terrible Experience

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, all in all it was a good stay. The shower curtain had a tear nearest the shower head. That was the only thing keeping this from being a perfect stay. The folks working the desk were also great!

All the staff made our stay wonderful. They were all so nice and helpful!! Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good too!! We would definitely stay here again!!
