My family had events going on all weekend and we'd get back to the hotel around 10pm to find no parking due to the Hanks BBQ customers using the entire hotel parking lot for there convenience. We had to circle multiple times to find parking or to wait for someone to leave. I understand there's a sign that says additional parking, but for the entire parking lot to be full, thats just ridiculous.

My son and I stayed here for four days during a baseball tournament and it was quite pleasant. The three things I need for a good hotel stay: clean, quiet, and cold were all met and was a value at the low price. This place also had one of the better hotel pools I've experienced.

Business next to them have live music. Loud and you hear them in your room. Parking sucks cause he let the Business next to him use his parking lot. Came back to the room around 10:00 PM and didnt have a place to park. Ask the manger about it the next morning he shrugged his shoulder like he didnt care. Forgot a couple shirts in room the day check out and call them when i realized i left them and The guy says it wasnt in lost and found. Would you please go and check the room just incase the house keeping didnt see them . He got real snotty with me and said he wasnt looking for me. Ive stay at other red roof inns before and they didnt act like this.

Paid for a poolside room to get there only to find out i was upstairs.. was told that the room was on the same side as the pool. You have to park on the side of the hotel and then walk all the way to the back side of the building to go up stairs to a “pool side” room.

This was the second time staying at the property. Being familiar with it made the arrival and choosing where to park easier. We were placed on a second floor, facing the Oyster restaurant next door. This time it was much quieter than inside facing the pool. I was much happier with that. I booked it the same day we were arriving and there was no challenge with this. We also found a great 24 hour taco place about a 5 minute drive from the hotel, so that was really nice!

Made reservation because stated RV parking on site. We were moving with U-Haul and also had a car. There was no room for either one. I think a lot of parking taken up by bar patrons next door. And music from live band is loud. We did not stayed, got refund after 30 minutes and booked motel 6 behind premises, plenty of parking.

roaches in the room, bathroom door would not latch shut the first day, but did the second. There was pre-existing damage to a chair and the inside of the bathroom door, which we immediately photographed upon entering the room, and showed to the hotel staff on check out so our service dogs would not be blamed for it. Still waiting for the refund of the deposiit they charged. Had to wait for about 10 minutes with nobody at the desk/lobby as they were gone to check another man's room for damage before he checked out. Still don't know if I have been refunded.

Would not recommend to anyone looking to book . There were bedbug infestation at this property. And staff wouldn’t get me and my daughter a new room . They insisted for us to just stay in that room .

I was there for 3 full days they never once came to clean the room, they had roaches in the room, they did not give me the room I reserved, the faucet in the tub comes out of the wall I will not be staying there again

We only stayed for a night. The room was pretty clean, but had a strange odor. There was two dead roaches on the floor and a grasshopper in the bathroom… that wasn’t discovered until the middle of the night. EEK We requested a non-smoking room, however the room started smelling more and more like cigarette smoke through the night. I believe it was coming from the room that was right next to ours. It was very off putting and hard to sleep with the smell. The walls are very thin and we heard what sounded like people rearranging furniture for hours. One positive thing was the a/c was amazing.

Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I wish there were laundry bags for dirty items and some of the tv channels were audio only, but other than those small things it was a great stay.

I was immediately disappointed upon pulling up to the hotel.. The staff and service was ok!! It’s mainly the environment and people hanging out.. Upon entering my room I did feel a little better!! I could tell it had been renovated.. The lamps could use replacing due to the electrical outlets not working properly!!

The front desk person was very friendly! It was easy to check in and they had us checked into our room very quickly. We selected a pool side room in case we wanted to use it, and that's what we got. We did hear people in the night and early in the morning outside talking loudly to each other, but that will just come with the territory of an inexpensive motel. As with any hotel I usually bring my own pillow for comfort, and would recommend it here as their pillows are very dense and not as soft as I'd like. But it doesn't detract from the hotel, or my rating of it, just a personal preference. The room was comfortable, the tv lacked some channels, it kept a good temperature, but it was not too hot outside and was suitable for our needs at an economic rate. I'd stay here again as it was central to the places I was visiting while in town.

Hidden fees once you show up even if you’ve already paid online. Rooms are not what are advertised. I paid for a deluxe room and was given a regular room, vending machines are outdated and only take quarters. Staff doesn’t care about feedback and make you feel unimportant. People drinking outside all hours of the night. Barely any parking as the lot is filled with tree trucks that park sideways and take up 4-8 spots. I will not be back

I read the reviews but thought that any thing that bad would be out of business. I was WRONG. I paid up front for my daughter. The day of her arrival, I called and spoke with the receptionist to verify the check in process. My daughter was denied her room for the first night and again the next morning. I had to go in and "speak" with the staff. They refused to give me the managers name and refused to reimburse my paymet (for eight days). Finally allowed her to check in. I think the scam is to allow upfront paynent, then deny access and double book the room. I watch two other couples ho through the same thing. Stay away from this hotel. The GM, has six othet locations. Im will to bet that the scam is being ran at those lications.

Honestly, I’m getting tired of this place. The people here are rude and they don’t care about nothing unless they’re getting money.i used to love coming here until they hired this rude tall Indian man. Instead of him accommodating his guests he likes to argue with them. I’ve never in my life had this problem staying here. But I’m sure I won’t be back unless it’s the last choice I choose from.

Management was very rude. I was having issues, they wanted me to pay upfront for my extension. They said "No Pay No Stay" A customer checked in in front of me. They asked him if he wanted to pay now or when you check out. He opted to pay at check day. I asked the desk clerk if I had the same option and he advised since I had already been there 4 days and paid in advance that I could pay for the 5 day extension at check out. Later in the evening the manager stopped us and said "No pay no stay" he had the right to make the rules. I then contacted customer service at red roof. They set me up with a reservation for the next five days, and advised that with this reservation I would be able to pay at check out. I then contacted the front desk and gave them my reservation # and what i was told by customer service when i contacted them. The gentleman that answered the phone was confirming my reservation. The hotel manager took the phone from the clerk and stated, "Like I have already told you I don't care what reservation said "NO PAY NO STAY" this is my rules and you can check out now these are my rules." We then packed up and left around 10:00 PM. we had already have pay for a night that we were not allowed to use. As a paying customer I have never had a manager of an establishment talk to me the way he did.

me and my fiancé booked and there where active drug deals going on in the parking lot, loud groups of people making threats to each other we did not feel safe at all. we stayed for less than 30 minutes and they refused to give us a refund even with the unsafe environment going on and illegal activities happening on the property.

I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. We booked a Friday and Saturday night stay and weren't told that they require a $50 deposit when you check in. Also this hotel has no free breakfast. Our room on Friday night faced the bar and grill and the music was so loud that not only couldn't we sleep, but we had to keep our TV on just to drown out their music. The music lasted until after 1am, then was replaced by drunks in the car park. Add to that, the bar and frill customers use all the hotel parking spaces so if you arrive after 8pm you can't park anywhere close. The room itself wasn't bad except that the hair dryer was missing. We then demanded a room on the other side of the hotel for the second day or a refund to which they replied that as we had booked through Expedia that we would need to contact them, even though we paid directly at the hotel. Next morning they found us a room on the side of the building where the music was less 'shaking the room' loud, but again we had to be back at the hotel by 8pm to be able to park. This room was OK except for the bathroom door hanging off its hinges! When we checked out, we were told that the deposit will take 3-7 business days to be refunded. Basically this hotel is fine if you are deaf, don't drive and don't eat breakfast.
