Really great hotel!!! My son and I stayed for a staycation. We were able to check in early thanks to the amazing staff. There was plenty of parking. This hotel is in a high spot in Round Rock so we got an amazing view of the area. It smelled soo good everywhere there and very clean and safe. The bartender was very attentive, great drinks. My son's favorite was the room service where we ordered the beignets- which was out of this world would come back just for that!! Could not say enough good things about this property- we will be staying here again. One complaint- the bathroom door was the slide kind and it didn't really give any privacy.... Other than that- great job Marriott Austin North!

The shower has a mold around the base of the shower door. There was human hair on several areas inside the bed before it was used. It was very dusty on the tall shelf of the coffee bar area in the room.

Room was near washer and dryer which wasn’t in its own room and someone kept running metal in it multiple times. Also room was near the staff only elevator and many times some of the staff would be cursing or talking loud right outside my room door.

The pillows were flat with zero softness. The mattress was okay. Sheets were not soft, possibly low thread count. Worse of all was everything felt damp. Not sure what kind of AC you have but everything was sticky and damp in the room. Slept very little for that reason and woke up congested. Would like to know what type of unit it was to ensure when booking we don't stay at another Marriott like that again.

Great room. A little small. We didn’t care for the bathroom as it was a sliding door not an actual door with a lock. Overall very nice. Would upgrade next time foe a bigger room and better bathroom if that’s a possibility. Pillows were super hard. I suggest property invest in better pillows

Not my favorite property. You have to pay for WiFi and the “internet tv” has limited streaming service options and a really weak signal. The room was clean but not the most comfortable. But, it’s close to the freeway while still feeling safe & convenient.

The hotel is beautiful. It's very clean and it smells so fresh. The only downside about the stay was our room had a sliding bathroom door. I do not like these doors there is no privacy. I don't like the coated glass. You can still see shadows through it.

Room was kept tidy and neat. The daily breakfast we purchased through hotels.com for a $1.00 each was worth every penny. Sharon at the front desk was extremely helpful, removing the internet charges after I explained I was a Marriott Bonvoy member. Aracely, who served breakfast from the cafe was excellent to!

Have been to this hotel a few times because my husband likes this hotel when we visit family in Roundrock. Unfortunately, this time i had a terrible experience with the manager and that was so discouraging. I had booked a king bed for my husband and I to stay in. on the morning of our reservation I called the front desk and spoke with a gazie, macie, some odd name so i cannot recall the name , but i informed her that we would need a 2 bed ground floor ( as we were informed by family last minute that a disabled family member was traveling with us and needed to stay with us). The front desk lady on the phone was super helpful and told us that yes 2 queen room on the first floor was available and we would be switched over immediately to that accommodation. Great. We jumped in the car from Houston and headed that way. We arrived at 3:30 to a horribly unwelcome manager guy, who quickly informed me that i’m a liar and he does not employ anyone by that name and he has no 2queen bed accommodations on the first floor and not the 2nd. The family member cannot be on anything but the first floor due to health conditions. We had to spends hundreds of dollars at another hotel to accommodate this disabled family member. The older hotel manager guy with the bald head, and glasses is completely unprofessional calling me a liar and I don’t appreciate it. I will take by business elsewhere.

Very disappointed in our stay. Booked a room with 2 queen beds & when I checked in, they stated those rooms were booked. Basically stated there was nothing they could do but give me a roll away bed & breakfast coupons. My husband escalated the issue to the manager on duty & he made the stay a bit better but we ended up checking out early.

Everything was well except for the fact that the food we ordered for delivery was left unattended by the staff and someone else took it. Why prohibit delivery drivers from going to the room itself if the staff wont even verify who takes what? Seemed like they were plenty busy since not one of the guests were greeted during check-in. Shame

Very accommodating. We were in for one night as my son had a triathalon the next morning. We checked out early and then after the race realized we could all use a shower. They let us come back and have the room for an hour and a half. Also, clean and kind staff/management.

Expedia can you please tell me why when I checked in I was given a smaller room than what I had paid for? The lady at the front desk told me that since I purchased my room from a third party my room is not guaranteed even though I paid more to have a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. She told me to be aware of this which makes no sense. I told her if I knew I was going to get a smaller room then I would have just paid for a smaller room. The lady at front ended up changing it for me but it was like she didn't want to since I told her my party was only going to be two of us. Regardless of how many are in a party why am I not entitled to what I paid for?

The hotel charged an additional $100 because we booked through a 3rd party service even though room was fully paid for during booking. The front desk was extremely rude and stated that since we booked through a 3rd party the breakfast would also not be accessible to us. The air was not cool and refrigerator did not work. The TV did not work at all the first night. It was blamed on the lighting, but the lobby and other rooms had service. We called and reported problems twice. The TV was fixed, but we finally gave up on the rest. Definitely will not stay Marriott again.
