They were doing floor renovation, so workers were busting out tile with jackhammers or tools.. I have asthma, so dust was terrible and noise was deafening. Wish I had been informed prior.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved our suite room. Smell could’ve been better but not bad. But we got dressed for pool as soon as we checked in and it was locked. Had to ask front desk about it. Said it was closed due to electrical issues and we’re trying to use another properties pool but it never happened. I would’ve liked to been notified. Or even told at check in. I would’ve gone somewhere else. We travel for sports and I want to make sure we get some kind of vacation/relaxation out of the stays.

Loved the location. Pool wasn’t very clean, a lot of debris. It’s almost like it wasn’t filtering the water. The water pressure in our room was literally nonexistent! It was so bad the toilet barely flushed. Taking a shower was rough as it took forever just to rinse the soap from your body and washing my hair was nearly impossible! I have shoulder length hair and ended up going to my daughter’s hotel to shower when I had to wash my hair. I know Texas is known for bugs but every morning there were tiny bugs in the bottom of the bathtub and one evening some sort of HUGE bug. My room was clean but dated and the walls are thin. We could hear all conversations in the adjoining room.

The entire property was under renovation. They had to change my room 3 times due to the smell of paint, cigarette and fixtures falling off the walls. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend this to anyone.

On a three day stay, we had 4 rooms of rowdy kids beside our room, who would never settle down, until we called the front desk! The manages on Monday agreed to comp at least one night to accommodate this issue. Evidently the same kids broke out lights in the spa, causing the pool completely!! Very upsetting when we trying to find a restful vacation!

The property is clean, cozy and well maintained! I did not get to utilize everything because it was a work trip, however the pool looked cleaned, the breakfast area is well organized, clean and managed by food service staff. My room was nice, clean and decor was up to date.I will stay here again.

The entire first floor area that is tile has been removed all in one shot and it was done dry when it should’ve been done wet to minimise dust and contaminants entering the air and becoming airborne and the rest of the hotels ventilation system also there is an alarming number of smoke detectors and sprinklers that have been taped and covered rendering them Inoperable and creating a major fire hazard with immediate threat to life and property. I have made my career these types of projects and operating the logistics and quality insurance around the various stages of residential commercial and industrial projects of all sizes and times. Please feel free to reach out if I can be of any assistance even as a third-party consultant to try and rectify The incorrect work practices mean conducted on this property

So very disappointed in this brand and hotel because of the simple fact that there was mold in the bathroom and in the hallway where they were redoing the wallpaper, very shocked and I travel a lot - my friend, who was staying with me, she went through a terrible mold situation in her home years ago and she noticed it right away. She has since had side effects from what happened years ago...We had to suddenly find another place to stay (I had booked it for a week) - a higher up needs to check out this property - it's a bad reflection on the hotel brand...sorry to state the truth, but it's facts.

The property is sunny and inviting. The staff was very helpful. Everything was clean, and the ice machine and laundry worked. My only complaint was about trying to get our room cleaned. We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. On the website, it stated that the rooms are cleaned daily. When we arrived, the desk clerk said that the rooms are cleaned every other day. Okay, I can live with that. However, the housekeeping staff kept forgetting about cleaning our room, so they would skip it, and we would have to wait until another day for it to be cleaned. This happened twice while we were there.

There were dead bugs and a bug crawling in the bathroom floor. There a strand hair on the bathroom towels a strand of hair on the bathtub area. It’s embarrassing to let the front desk person know about it.

The staff at check-in was courteous and explained the every other day housekeeping. However, housekeeping never came and we were two people in a double room for three nights. By the time we got back to the hotel and realized it, it was too late to take action and we were too tired. We made due with our allotted three towels and doubt we’ll stay here next time.

This place put my family in a room that had water leaking from the ac unit and wires hanging from it. My kids clothes and my and my husband clothes were soaking wet and damage. The room was also dirty and we checked out immediately

A/C unit was new yet it shuts off regardless of thermostat temp Fan does not circulate at will First room smelled like a dirty diaper so I was moved to this one. I could not sleep because of road noise (expected) but couldn’t drown out with air. Dog barking also. I love dogs but good grief

Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Check in and out process was a breeze even though system was down at check out. Cracker Barrel and a couple other restaurants are in walking distance. Room was very clean presentable. Truly enjoy our night stay

Our blankets were stained we used the ones we took , the restroom fan didn't work or there wasn't one, when the ac turned off the room had a weird smell. Breakfast wasn't explained right when we ordered they took long and only brought my husbands food out and I had to cancel because he had already finished his.

Maid service was minimal at best. I think they only made the bed 1 night out of 5. Had to ask for new towels and it took them over 3 hours to bring them up. Paid over $600 to stay and then they wanted another $30 each morning for breakfast for the two of us. Wouldn’t stay there again
