Hampton Inn San Angelo

Old facility, not upgraded to stay competitive. Crummy mattress & pillows. Grout crumbling in bathroom. Tv channel selection sucked with maybe 25 channels to choose from. You could find something better in their price range or something comparable for less no doubt. The staff was excellent from the lobby person to the shuttle driver. Their employees certainly helped their rating. Everything else was lacking

The room was nice. However, it was right next to the highway, and there was a lot of noise from the cars and motorcycles going by. The coffee pot in my room was broken, but I got fresh coffee downstairs. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The disclosed extra charge for pets. Otherwise was fine.

The cable kept going out. That needs to be fixed.

Staff was good, place was clean but the mattress was painful and the fake omelettes are horrible
