Had to pay $50 deposit, indoor pool was nice except for the little pool cleaning bit. Room was clean and ac worked amazing. Tv worked and had Netflix and prime video. Was disappointed when we went in the morning and were told they no longer offer breakfast even though it stated online that they did.

I liked the staff and the room. The refrigerator was something we needed. Housekeeping overlooked some type of spill in the top freezer section. The indoor pool was nice. The gym was adequate.

Room smelled funky, moist as soon as you walk in. I found some small knats on bed and bed felt damp. I always check beds when I first get into a room. One bed had some stains on the flat sheet, and I asked for new sheet. The young man from front desk asked to see. He came in, and I showed him. He looked at it (took his finger to scratch at stain) and was like oh it's ok. It's fine. I told him I would like a clean sheet again. He said he would ask housekeeping. Never heard from anyone and no clean sheet. So I covered it (luckily it was toward the side and lower down). Also had stain on a towel. They need to update all websites about the "breakfast on the go." ONLY had few packaged muffins, coffee, water, and tea. Not even juice. I have paid cheaper or equivalent and they offered juice, milk, cereal cups, fruit, yogurt, as well as, tea, coffee, and muffins. The lady at the desk the next morning was very nice. She even mentioned some close by places for breakfast. 1 night Stay: September 7, 2025

The room smelled strong like chemicals, The pillows are small and pitiful ! the AC wasn’t working right… it was damp, the floors felt wet and we had a drunk banging on the door around 11 pm!! My husband had surgery early and we just wanted a good nights sleep and this was close to the hospitals

Not super clean but very nice staff. Bed cover had not been changed in a while, could tell because the stain on the sheet matched the stain on the mattress. Bathtub plug was covered in residue which was mega gross. You won’t get bed bugs but I definitely didn’t want to go back.

Fast check-in with Expedia booking. Older building but well-maintained and very clean. I appreciate the rooms having flooring and not carpet. Seems much cleaner for someone with allergies. Very close to my destination and all restaurant/shopping. Comfortable bed and large TV. Friendly and responsive staff.

The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, in good condition, and reasonably priced. Location was near the hospital where I needed to go to help my brother for several days. As a woman alone, I felt a little uneasy about my room being located in a somewhat hidden outdoor corridor. Parking setup was awkward and caused me to walk further with my suitcase. There was no coffee pot or box of tissues or extra roll of toilet paper in the room. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. They only had tiny styrofoam cups with no lids for coffee, which meant I couldn’t take the coffee with me to save time. A few store-bought muffins, slices of white bread, and some cold cereal dispensers were all of the offerings.

The room has a faint must/ cigarette smell. The room looked a bit unfinished cosmetically. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was continental but... well, cereal was stale and juice was watered down. Mini muffins were decent.

The front desk staff was personable. The room was clean but warn, old dated. Smelled a little funky the next day. Rusty areas in bathroom. Overall clean. Bed was comfortable. Uncomfortable couch and only one other chair for seating. Only 2 hangers. The parking and room access was easy to get to. Don't think of it has having breakfast there, just some prepackaged food and bad coffee. There is a great little donut shop you can walk to that opens at 6am. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads after a busy day.

I checked into a room that was very expensive due to a music festival to a very marginal 2 star. I arrived and had no water. Couldn’t take a shower or brush teeth. I called and they would send someone over at 11 pm. I said absolutely not- I’m going to bed and not redressing. He needs to come by 7/730 am and to call. He didn’t come at that time and showed up after 8. It took him 20 min to get fixed - and i didn’t have to to fully shower. My room was not cleaned. The blinds wouldn’t shut correctly so my room was like daylight due to the outdoor bulbs in the ceiling right outside my door. I requested some darkening shades that other rooms had. That didn’t happen. For $$180 a night, and no water for the first 12 hours, i should have been refunded a partial amount. That didn’t happen either. NOT RECOMMENDED

Room was decently clean but my tv didnt work, tub drain wouldn't close and had to force the bathtub knob over and hold it as hard as i could to get ANY kind of warmth out of it.

The way that this property is laid out allows for it being very noisy at times. It is like playing roulette. One time things go well. When you go the next time, a construction company might be allowed to have a party where thirty employees are drinking alcohol and being extremely noisy. In fact, after dealing with the noise and reporting it to the lady behind the desk once and not getting an answer a second time from 8 PM to 1 AM, we left and drove back home. If you want a relaxing stay somewhere in Tyler, go somewhere else. I am working with Expedia to see if I can get this situation refunded / be credited for the trouble that we were put through. As it stands currently, I am still showing charges for 2 days when we had to leave due to the noise level. This trip was intended to give my wife a fun time before she has to go back to the doctor for stage 4 chronic kidney disease. Stage 5 is dialysis. I really wish that I had taken her elsewhere.

I would absolutely recommend this place to stay. Beds were like laying on pillows, breakfast was good, staff was exceptional and the manager is a real cool dude. Will stay here every time we come back to visit! Place is clean, comfortable, and safe.

The best thing about this property was the customer service. Michelle and Mo plus the housekeeping staff are top-notch! We checked in late evening just as the tornado sirens were going off. Mo made sure the guests were safe. He went above and beyond taking care of our reservation. Upon checking out Michelle was very friendly. After leaving, 30 minutes later, Michelle called to say that the housekeeping staff had found a phone that was left behind in the room. Michelle and her housekeeping staff did not have to let us know that but they did. Again, above and beyond exceptional!

So I chose the option to “pay when you stay”, but they charged the full amount of my 3 night stay, out of my account about 12 hrs before arrival. That was fine, BUT upon arrival they wanted to run my card for the full amount again! I told them no that they already had my money and the owner or manager Danny, was so ugly and said there was nothing he could do and he had to run the card again! I never heard of such a thing. So for a few days they were holding double the amount of what I was supposed to pay. Was told several times that it wasn’t his problem. Will never return for the way this was all handled. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I paid for a late checkout additional 35 dollars and the trash person told me no that I had to leave at 11. Also after I had it booked online the guy at the desk didn’t seem like he knew anything about the early check in that I paid for as well 35 dollars. Was a decent place to stay at just was all around rough for me. I won’t be staying here again.

The front desk receptionist that checked us in was so sweet and super friendly. Literally service with a smile. The hotel was being renovated so it looks very different from the online pictures. The rooms were very clean and had a lot of space to move around. There was a small refrigerator and microwave as well. There are so many big chain restaurants and fast food venues within a 5 mile radius to choose from for food. Biggest plus for my wife and daughter was the Starbucks a few blocks down. The only downside to this hotel is it is directly across the street from a hospital, so there are constant ambulance sirens throughout the night. Aside from the minor inconvenience of the hospital, our stay was pleasant and would definitely stay here again.
