The female staff member was incredibly nice, however there is no elevator and I was in the 2nd floor for a 3 day stay. I also had no remote for the TV and they said they did not have one to give me. There was only a single towel provided, no washcloth and no hand towel. When I first entered the room there was already trash from McDonald’s still in the room.

A couple was upstairs fighting and the woman was being beat all they did was tell the couple to be quiet or leave! They also didn’t have any towels and no handicap parking

I was so excited after seeing the pictures of the pool online. I arrived and the check in went ok. Then I went to the back of the motel to park and find my room. I was traveling alone and so being put in the back of the motel as well as having to walk through a corridor the seemed sketchy didn't settle well. Then I opened the door! The room was so dated and dingy. The fridge was not clean and the toilet rocked when you sat down. The pool that I was so excited for and was given a poolside view room was GREEN! I was so upset. There was a man digging in the trash not far from my parking spot. The breakfast was horrible. No butter for the waffles and gnats all over the juice machine. Overall, the breakfast sucked, and the waffle maker seemed dirty. I was extremely disappointed because with a rating of 7 out of 10 I thought it would be better.

I purchased the suitte with the jacuzzi tub. I should have known somethingvwas wrong when a small scent of mildew hit my nose upon entering the room. I left to go to the gym came back filled the tub and relaxed * much needed*. However I got out of the tub and let the water out and crawled into bed. I woke up around 2 a.m. to relieve myself and walked in a large puddle of water.. i told the front desk. That this happened and I put towels down to dry up the water, but they did not seem to be concerned. I would think that after paying for thier most expensive room. They would have been a little concerned about what had happened. Instead they just said ok.

Got there, someone was in our room. They kicked the people out in our room and then didn’t check it before letting us in. Crumbs in the bed. “Non smoking” room yet the blankets were riddled with cigarette burns. Roaches. Jacuzzi tub had to be cleaned by us and gunk came out the first time we ran the jets. Room reeked of smoke and mildew. We left after the first night because the smell and cleanliness was horrid. We were supposed to stay three nights.

Unprofessional, she refuses to give me a blanket, and the bedding was dirty pillowcases dirty she gave one towel at a time time for dirty and nasty they also had bugs. She said the exterminator will be coming next week. Very unhappy with my stay there like a refund.

When I first came into the room, it smelled really horrible and sour. I was exhausted but went out and got cleaning products including for breeze to make it smell better. I figured it was just an issue with the air conditioning. I cleaned the entire room for two hours to make it livable. After taking a bath and going to bed, I woke up in the early hours of the morning bitten by bedbugs. In that few hours bitten on both arms and legs.(photo will be attached) Room 153 This is the worst infestation of bedbugs I have ever seen from a very filthy room that I should’ve just turned around and left. Be warned, this is not a good place to stay!

I had stayed at this particular hotel before, so I thought I'd give it another shot. Yet again, I was disappointed. There were a pair of dirty men's shorts and underwear behind the bathroom floor and the tub kept standing water in it. I later saw bugs in the bed, but they weren't bedbugs. I tried calling the office but the phone had sooo much static that the front attendant couldn't hear me and vice versa. I just hung up, checked the bed and went to sleep. I was so exhausted from the drive in, on top of an extremely busy day that i literally had no fight in me. Just to spend my money on a room as such was a GRAVE disappointment

Air condition unit did not work. It was sort of chilly that night so I didn’t bother until other room had their tv on all night. If the ac would’ve worked, I wouldn’t be bother by the tv from next door. Too late and too exhausted to get up and complaint and even if I told the staff to move, I have to move everything in the middle of the night? Smh

The place changed a lot after the pandemic. They used to service a full breakfast before the pandemic, now they have very little breakfast items. The property has not been kept up, there is an ugly fence now and the front desk staff are paranoid. They locked all the doors except one and they question who you are when entering the lobby. The bathroom in my room was not working properly, The TV did not change channels, there were no filters in the coffee pots in the room. They did not clean the room. I stayed there two days. Not satisfied with the stay.

Air worked but not well. Took most of the first night to cool room down. They deactivated our room key after the first night. Had to get that worked out. We go NO room service at all during our weekend stay. There were roaches in our room..and my step mom got bit by something the first night and today it is a bruise. Definitely should get my money back. Will never stay again.

You can clearly hear the people next door having regular conversations and their television throughout the night and early morning. Paper thin walls. Dirty floors. etc. the host was nice and attentive.

The entrance, lobby and facade are much nicer than the rest. The room was a little tired. Bed comfortable, linen lean, but skimpy. One coffee condiment pack for a 4 cup coffee pot. Hair dryer mounted over power outlet, could not use outlet without letting dryer hang to the floor. Plenty of hot water.

Attendant up front was rude no towels in rooms you have to go ask for them not allowed to take breakfast to room no cleaning of rooms and bedding looked to be about 20 years old with stains on them

The gentleman that checked me in has a horrible attitude, seems as he hates life or just doesn’t like dealing with people He was short and a little rude No towels are in the room, a guest asked for towels and you would think she asked for 100 bucks. The lady that took the next shift was extremely pleasant and very nice.

We didn't have our room cleaned in the four nights that we stayed. I had to go ask for clean towels when we got in late. The towels I received were not regular towels way too small. I was told our room would be cleaned the next day. We got in late the next evening and nothing was done. No apology no discount no nothing. Just lame excuses. We planned to go back in Nov. and Dec. but no way!! We will never go back!!

This stay was horrible. No power for 5 hrs after i checked in Front desk told me to use my crll phone flashlight to shower and be able to see Asked for towels and was given 1 big towel and the front desk said they would bring me another towel in 15 mins waited 30 and still no towel so they wanted me to use 1 towel to shower and dry off with not sure how that works but never got a towel r call back. There was hair on the side and top of the bed worst ever stay

When I got inside the lobby, one other guest was at the front desk. I waited with him, and realized no one was comint to wait on us. He told me he had been waiting and ringing the desk bell with no response. I called the hotel twice and no one answered. Finally after 10 plus minutes. The front desk associate appeared from the second floor exit. By that time the lobby started to fill with waiting guest.

No microwave or refrigerator, when they were supposed to be there. Do you think the place was under renovations, but then you realize it’s just in really poor shape. No amenities to speak of. Dangerous area. You have to talk through a window to the desk clerk in broad daylight. They do not know how to give directions to a room.

Area around property was nice and safe. Did not like the ridiculous soft bed and the height was the bed was too high. Could not get a good night's sleep since the bed was way toooo soft for a person with a bad back.

The Hotel room was nice. The shower had great water pressure. I went to breakfast at 6:30 am and there were no plates or butter for the waffle machine. Front desk attendant could not find any. They had cereal, small oranges, cinnamon cakes & honey bun cakes, milk, & juices.

Sink didn't drain properly, a bug dropped out of the folded up bath towel, another bug on the wall, holes in the comforter, dirty carpet (don't walk barefoot in there), sticky stuff on the hairdryer and cracked. Breakfast was probably the best part about the motel.

The room and bathroom was tiny. The microwave and fridge were old and dirty. The "breakfast" was just waffles and they tasted weird. No butter, we had to ask for syrup and nothing to drink. We will stick with the la quinta from now on.
