Motel 6-Beaver, UT

The room is simple with fridge, micowave, tv, two seat table and wood floors all of which helps keep room clean and bug free. Did bed strip and check with No signs of bed bugs! Very happy!

If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head and take a shower it was fine. The bed was clean and the shower worked. The floor was dirty. The AC did not work, The tv did not work. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The coffee in the lobby did not work. The pool is not working. The exterior door did not work - no key card required and it was really dirty. There was a lot of trash around the property. A little care with this place could go a long way.

Pool and spa out,

The back door to the facility was always unlocked (or broken). That is a security issue. The pool and hot tub have been closed for a very long time.

Room was clean but outside was bad. Large weeds everywhere. Hall was dirty. No water in the pool. When you book a room with Motel 6 you expect a pool and better upkeep.

Quiet, quick check-in, easy parking, no frills place to spend the night. Everything worked, didn't smell funny, and the shower was hot. I wasn't going to argue with the good deal I got to stay here. Only qualm is not of the actual hotel but its surroundings. It's surrounded by several shuttered food establishments so there are no lights so the road leading there is hard to see at night. If you end up in the wrong parking lot you could end up in a lake-sized pothole. But once you're at the hotel you're good.

The management is cutting corners. Two hand soaps are all that is provided for your shower needs; no shampoo. Pool was closed; not sure indefinitely or what. Major potholes in driveway leading up to the motel.

Dirty pool not working

They were misleading with a huge sign that says indoor pool and spa. They lied. No open pool and no spa to speak of. Check in made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and unfriendly at check out.

Property was old and looked like effort was made to make it passable but the luggage cart was broken and was the only one and it seemed like it had been broken for some time. People were loud in the hall and the broken cart made a lot of racket. If they fixed the cart or got a couple of new ones it wouldn’t have been too bad for the price.

The location was good but that’s all it has going for it. The front desk clerk was unfriendly. The room looked ok on the surface but the (dark)floors were dirty, the baseboards were filthy and the pool was closed by order of the health department.

The photos online must be extremely old, as the place is in severe disrepair. Front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The entire place was filthy. We had four rooms (travelled in a group of 15 people), and they all stunk strongly of cigarette smoke. The light fixtures were broken, the shower tap was hanging off the wall and made a horrible squealing noise if you tried turning it on, large patches of paint (like 8-10 inches across) were peeling off the walls, the smoke detectors were ripped out of the ceiling, the pool had clearly been closed for a long time as it was empty and in complete disrepair. No ice machines, no vending machines, no coffee in the lobby. It was snowing and they refused to shovel in front of the door or put out any salt for the slippery sidewalks. Curtain rods were broken… I truly could go on and on!

Clean room

The hotel was very filthy. We just wanted a cheap room to sleep in so we weren’t looking for a five star, but the only thing possibly clean in the room were the sheets and towels. There were maids cleaning unoccupied rooms when we left at 9 so my guess is they only bring them in once a week, or less.

Great short stay at a clean hotel. Micrcowave and fridge were very clean! Room was cool and hot as we needed. Beds comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Floor was so dirty wash cloth and bottom of your feet were black, it was so bad we got up at 4 am to leave, were worried about bed bugs…

Take the reviews seriously, we didn't & regretted it. We have stayed at a lot of Motel 6 properties so we thought we knew what to expect, we were wrong! We can't believe Motel 6 allows this property to carry the name. The room looked clean enough when we first arrived but we failed to look up. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling above the toilet, & considering the layout it must have been from the toilet above! The room smelled of BO & urine. The floors in the corners, under the TV cabinet, table & nightstands were dirty & sticky. The ice bucket was so dirty I wouldn't use it even with the bag. We aired the room out the best we could but refused to stay the second night we had planned originally.

If frills mean tissues and shampoo/lotion, this is a no-frills joint. Doors and bldg in general are dilapidated. Staff was nice enough, helped me out. A/C did not work at all, just fan blowing air. Other than that, I won’t stay there again- even at the no frills price. Do better- thanks

Likely the worst night in a hotel I have ever had. Sondes like people were moving furniture above my room for 2-3 hours around 11 pm, the room stunk like the worst weed ever. I left the hotel around 12:45 in the morning and went to a different hotel.

woke up early to the rooms above us loud footsteps. our bathroom ceiling had some type of mold or something. the front desk man was nice. the room was just dirty feeling.

The entry door looks like you have to use your room key to but you don't. The ac didn't cool the room. It was more like a fan

Room was clean. Felt safe. Property was run down and walls are thin so you can hear others easily. Overall I wouldn’t stay again however it was easy for a one stop shop.

It served our purposes in the beds were comfortable, but Hotel is obviously in a state of disrepair and has not had landscaping done this year. For basic overnight is served this purpose.

Tv did not work, WiFi did not work. No coffee maker. No hair dryer.

Two lights did not work. Towel was dirty.

This is a motel so we didnt expect any fancy. Surprisely room was huge! With a jetted tub IN the room beside the bed! And enough large for 2 people regular length lile my hubby and me. Room was warm so we didnt need the heater.

From check in where I was “greeted” by a man who had obviously stumbled out of bed in the back and said next to nothing to me at check in, to our room’s broken door lock and hard bed… not a fabulous experience! We checked in at midnight with reservations and after I rang the doorbell a man stumbled out in his PJ’s and when I said I needed to check in, without a word he went to put on a different shirt. Seriously only about 3 words were exchanged during check in. When we got to our room to find the security lock was busted off the door, I didn’t even feel I could go bug him. With the lower lock seeming to function we opted to just stay in the room. Our fridge had no freezer section at all so we couldn’t refresh our ice packs as I normally do. Our sleep would have been ok except the hard bed. Both my hubby and I woke up with very sore backs. I don’t normally resort first to poor reviews and prefer speaking to someone in person, but the one thing made clear to me at check in was checking out instructions… put our card in the drop and leave so they know we’re gone. I’m not a coffee person but I noted that the lobby coffee station is shut down with a notice that they aren’t serving coffee there anymore. And the pool is also shut down. Just know, if you stay here… don’t expect much!

I felt very unsafe. Night worker was rude and condescending. Will not stay at this chain again. We tried to sleep a few hours but felt unsafe and got up in the middle of the night and left.

I reserved a room. Tried checking in. No one was there. I tried pushing the service button, calling the service number with no response at all. Needless to say they charged me. But I had to go to a different hotel to get a room.

I didn't end up staying at this property. The manager was EXTREMELY rude to me via their text messaging service. When I booked the hotel, I booked it with the "Pay At Property" option. The manager took it upon himself to try and charge my card before I was at the property. Because the card on file didn't work (I was planning on using a different card than the one I booked with) he canceled my booking. When I called the property, the front desk associate said he would hold the previous booking for me since we were on our way to that hotel. The manager then canceled my booking again, and proceeded to accuse me of trying to somehow stay at this Motel 6 for free. When I explained that I was planning on using a different card, the manager still continued to accuse me of stealing. The manager was inappropriate via text message, and very rude. I chose not to stay at this property, and we booked another location instead. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Check in attendant was disrespectful very short with answers and was not friendly. Room is in needed of remodeling urgently. I have stayed at other Motel 6 and were so much nicer than this one.

I really appreciate. The convenience of the location near the freeway. But the best thing was how I was treated by the staff members. They were very helpful and friendly. Even when they were very busy, they still took the time out. To accommodate my needs. The staff members are the reason I will be going back.

Easy access from interstate.

Lights at property broken so the road into property was not lit up. Accidentally drove in on a holey, bumpy road to get there.

This Motel 6 was easy to find, close to pizza place and groceries, and clean. The attendant was polite, prompt, and helpful.

Arrived late at night, check in was easy, staff wa friendly. Lobby is out dates but room was clean and bed was comfortable. For $50 it was a steal.

The room I stayed in was clean, microwave and fridge both worked great which is what I need for my short stop between ski resorts. There are a handful of gas stations, fast food and dining options really really close by which is convenient. Just have the right expectation and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel was very, very basic. No breakfast, no coffee, and the swimming pool was closed. The room and bed were fairly clean but the sink plug was not attached to the lifter behind the faucet. The pig was either plugging or you would have to take it out of the sink completely.The faucet was strange. I could lift it normally to torn it on but pushing the handle back down would not turn the water off. I finally figured out that you had to push the faucet handle to the hot side of the faucet to turn the water off. And most annoying of all, there was no box of Kleenex anywhere in the room! I can't stand using toilet paper that someone's been pawing at! It seems to me that a box of Kleenex is a very basic thing to have in the hotel room.

There was no pool it looked like it had been closed for repairs for a long time and would not be opened any time soon. There was no coffee either

No coffee. No breakfast.

Stayed here for one night. Chose it based on the price and didn’t expect anything fancy. Inside the room, there was a smell of pet urine, towel racks were falling off the wall and the lights flickered / hummed. The floor had black spots that were stained with something. Went to open up a window to air it out and the screen was damaged. The lobby has a coffee machine but it’s out of order. The parking lot has large potholes that were unavoidable coming in. Overall this property was very ran down and unimpressive. I am not one to leave a bad review but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Looks nothing like the pictures. It was mostly clean. Tub was so skinny. Bed was really uncomfortable. Only 3 thin pillows for 2 people on the bed. No breakfast in the morning. Coffee machine was broken. No vending machine. Fixtures falling off the wall. Hole in the bathroom door. Housekeeping left an envelope asking for tips. Not sure how many times those key cards and their envelopes have been reused.

No food,creamer liquid, no shampoo carpeting very old and tethered,beds were nice and well made the smell of host kitchen was throughput the whole building.

We were able to check in around 11pm without a hassle. The property is located in an area behind some fast food joints. Beds were clean but I wore my shoes the whole time. The hot tub looks to be out of service via a permanent sticker. No frills spot. Nothing in lobby and only a small bar of soap in the room. No hair dryer. It served the purpose and was clean enough. Easy check out. I would stay here again; just know this is a no-frills spot.
