Very clean. Loved that there was flooring, not carpet, in the room. Large bathroom counter. Spacious room and comfy bed. Friendly staff. The breakfast was average. Very large fenced in dog run area that allowed our dog to get some good exercise...just wish owners would clean up after their pets...so gross and irresponsible to see dog poop everywhere!!! Liked that the location was right off the highway.

This is a very small town with limited options. Our room was very clean and spacious. The elevator is in a very inconvenient location. You cannot access the elevator from the lobby unless you climb a flight of stairs or go outside and walk to the back of the building. Very inconvenient! Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful.

We appreciated how clean the rooms and property were. The staff were kind. The remodel is mostly done now... Mostly just painting and finishing touches that need to be finished. The breakfast was still not going, but they offered grab and go sack breakfasts with a muffin, string cheese, yogurt, juice, an apple/orange, granola bar, etc. They also offered the option to instead get a free breakfast at the Crazy Cow Café. (We stayed two nights, so one morning we did the cafe and the other morning we did the sack breakfast. We were happy with both options.) The pool and hot tub were clean and pleasant. All around, it was a good stay.

This was the nicest hotel during our 10 day road trip. Front desk check in was clean and friendly. We enjoyed the cafe recommended by the clerks. The laminate floor was much cleaner than gross carpet. The large pool and spa area stayed open til 11 which we really appreciated . Unfortunately there was a strong chlorine smell/burning eyes and nose so I suspect the chemicals needed adjusting at the end of the day. I liked the tray with mints and a little card from housekeeping. Overall the hotel was just clean and nice. Plenty of pillows and towels.

This was a very nice visit. The room was very very clean. I wasn't afraid to walk on the carpet without my shoes on. The beds we well made. The beds also smelled very clean. The AC unit worked well. Several outlets for phone chargers, etc. The bathroom was bright and very clean. The shower curtain was clean. There were plenty of towels, and the towels were bright, fluffy, and did not smell bad. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very pleasant stay. Very clean facilities.

It was great!! The hotel looks recently remodeled and is very clean and fresh looking. The room was great, super spacious and comfortable. The bed was a tad firm for my taste, but comfortable nonetheless. This was the perfect stopping point for our drive from LA to Denver. Will stay here again for sure!

The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were polyester and caused on to sweat while sleeping. It appeared that the room wasnt completely cleaned from the last guests. Old hair left in the bathtub. Some of the other guests were impolite, running up and down the hallway, knocking on doors after 10 pm. Making loud sounds throughout the night. My wife didnt sleep.

I reserved a non-refundable room via Expedia, paid by credit card 45 minutes prior to arrival. Upon check out I presented the same credit card for incidentals she said the card was declined. Not possible, I gave her another, again declined, the line for check in was growing. The associate kept rolling her eyes saying very loudly that the credit cards were declined. I repeatedly, nicely, told her that it was an error on her end. She was having none of it. I gave her a total of 7 cards, my employers card, a government issued card. That I would have lengthy paperwork to explain, all denied. The people at the still growing check in line were understandably annoyed. Finally, after me calling the customer service line for the original cc, having that agent, on speaker, explain that there wasn’t any request for authorization did she call a manager on her cell phone. Not really sure what happened as she spoke in another language to that person; I assume so I wouldn’t understand. She completed our check in. It was humiliating, unacceptable. Never an apology or explanation offered. Upon check out, when they asked how the stay was. I said the check in was problematic. That associate said, “oh you’re the ones” nothing else. Zero attempt to make things right.

Yazmin at the front desk was so nice! We are here on a very busy weekend. When I made the reservation I must have accidentally entered the wrong number. Instead of canceling our reservation and give it to another customer, Yazmin called me and I was able to give her the correct card number. She also offered to see if breakfast could be ready at 6am because a lot of the younger racers need to be at the race at 7am. It was so nice of her to think of the kids! Give Yazmin a huge raise!! She deserves it! She went the extra mile and I appreciated it so much!!

This is a very nice hotel in a small town in Utah. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had.
