Great Value! This place has all the amenities a weary traveler could need: clean, comfortable rooms, a pool to cool off in and a hot tub to relax. Then you get a nice breakfast with coffee in the morning to send you on your way!

This is a Quality Inn bought by Wyndham, who are in the process of remodeling. The other reviewers didn't like the front desk guy, he's been replaced by a cute cheerful young lady in the Philippines via kiosk. She was most helpful on check in. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was ok but could have used some protein (hard boiled eggs, for example). The pool was closed for renovations. Assuming they touch up the paint, finish the reno, & keep improving, it will be worth another stay... Rating this hotel a hopeful 3 and will update my review after another visit. If they were not remodeling I wouldn't give it another try at the price we paid.

Exterior: Appearance needed cleaning up. Over grown with weeds, trash cans were overflowing with trash on ground. AC covers were off and laying on ground with birds living in some units. Interior: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Spa was not working. Breakfast was OK. All and all wont stay there again.

We rented two rooms for our family- Sewage type smells in one, the other was musty. Very run down, not clean and we didn’t even shower as we didn’t feel like it was clean enough to do so. We slept and left. The breakfast was not well stocked and disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Expected more from Wyndham. There was no hotel gym and the hallway smelled like curry every evening except one that we stayed there. The room was not clean. There was dirt and grime on the floor in the corner of the bathroom and on the tub, stuff stuck on the wall in the sink area, the bedskirt had a stain on it, inside the fridge was a sticky substance and even a greasy print on the window. The bed sheets and towels were at least clean and the people at the front desk were friendly. We won’t be back to stay. Overall it was just ok.

The first room did not have a functioning toilet. The second was not clean and smelled very musty. The soap container was just lying by the sink, had been torn off the wall. Coffee pot was dirty. Tub spout leaked constantly. At breakfast there were no staff around. Empty milk container for the cereal. Over all the hotel looked poorly kept.

One of the beds in my room clearly had unwashed sheets on it. When I got inside it I could feel debris and hair and when I got out and checked there was hair all over as well as bits of dirt and debris. The other bed seemed to be clean but every single pillow case on both of the beds had hair on them. When I told the front desk manager about this, he did not apologize. He said it was because it was a pet room. He seemed annoyed that I asked for other pillow cases. The lock on my door also did not work and neither did the deadbolt, which being a single woman was very concerning. The walls are very thin and I could hear stomping and people yelling starting at 6am as well as dogs barking. All I needed was a place to sleep after a 13 hour drive and another 11 hours the next day. I didn’t even get a real rest out of it.

The motel is older and run down on the inside and outside. A lot of the ac vents from the outside don’t have coverings and with that a lot of what looks like birds nests inside of the AC which I’m pretty sure is a health hazard. The room was your basic motel room however is was dirty. You could tell the carpet was not vacuumed, left over trash in the floor by one of the beds and bedding was disheveled when entering the room. Hot water in the bathtub is scolding hot and you can’t change the temperature to be cooler. I would not recommend staying here even if it is for just one night like myself. Only thing they had going for them was the bed was decently comfortable and close to highway.

When we got in to check in, I was told that there was going to be a power outage in the city from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 a.m.. this is incredibly inconvenient. So that means there was no air conditioning, no lights, no electricity at all in the room obviously. I really rather would have had them refund my room so I could go down the road and find some place that did have electricity for the night. The room itself was okay, the hotel felt like it was outdated, our room had a bathroom door that would not close, we also had very very very spotty Wi-Fi that would turn itself off here and there. Of course no wi-fi overnight while the electricity was off. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

Checking in was easy and quick. Very helpful and polite clerk. Facility needs a lot of TLC. For example, the ceiling in our room had a very large water stain. It had been repaired but not painted. Baseboards leant to its warn out look, as well as a torn curtain. Just looked as if maintenence is not a priority for Wyndham. Floor was ice cold in late August However our room was clean and tolerable for a one night stay.

Repairs had been started in the bathroom but not finished. The curtain rod was held up by the curtain and covered the AC unit. One of the beds has a sunken area, mom kept rolling into it and had difficulty turning over.

Hotel is run down and shows its age. It could use new lighting, carpets, and a fresh coat of paint! I noticed doors with hardware missing. Breakfast and coffee were lacking. On the upside, Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure!

Evening staff was great, very helpful and he was engaging in conversation. The morning staff worker was more interested in what she was listening to in her earbuds than she was the paying customers to stay in her hotel. Shame, working in hospitality is not the same as it use to be.

The check in was painfully slow-like 1/2 hr per person. The line was ridiculous. English was the employees second language and he didn’t understand the on-line reservation system well so couldn’t find our reservation or anyone else’s for that matter. He was kind but clearly struggling and no one else to help him. Our room wasn’t finished when we opened the door, the pillows were stacked on the beds and pillowcases lying next to them. We finished making the beds and took it for what it was knowing there was no other option or staff to help. Our room was pretty clean otherwise.

This could be a better stay if there were actual people there. It’s called the “hospitality” industry for a reason. We saw no humans our entire stay. Check I. Was through an ATM like machine. Check out was on my phone. Walked through the lobby three different time and there were no humans. It had the vibe of a Stephen King novel…very creepy.

There was no person at the desk when we arrived. We had to use a Kiosk and talk to a remote person. We got to our room 124 and the door was open. I went through the room and everything appeared to be there and since it was late I decided not to try to talk to the remote person. I then try to shut the door and found out that it didnt want to latch. Whith great difficulty we got it to somewhat laych but the deadbolt would not engage. So we blocked the door with the ironing board and a chair for security. The whole room seemed very run down and needing lots of maintenance. The bathroom had a horrible patch paint job that doesn't remotely match. My son and I travel all over the country for archery tournaments and this is the worst Quality Inn property we have seen. Very disappointing and did not feel safe with no front person and the door.

Hotel was located right off the highway. We got in late, slept, ate breakfast and left. You definitely get what you pay for. The beds were comfortable. Check in was done with a kiosk which was something I had never experienced at a hotel but was quick and easy. Breakfast was not well stocked . It was definitely an average hotel and the cost matched the amenities. It worked good for our trip home.

Check in was quick and easy, but when I got to my room, the key didn't work. The batteries had died in the door lock. The front desk then gave me a manual key for the rest of my stay. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and the typical fruit and muffins.

Toilet was hard to flush, shower head was broken that caused water to spray all over bathroom which bathroom smelled like mildew. The bathroom door would not close due to moisture. The hairdryer would short out and only work in spurts. The manager offered to give us another room, but we were already unpacked and ready for bed. We didn’t know problems with the bathroom until we used it. Breakfast was good. Just remember there are no laundry facilities at this location, but there is an indoor pool and hot tub.
