The facility is run down and needs work. The carpet and walls are dirty, have holes and needs paint badly. The pool room has holes in the windows, and the pool was absolutely filthy. It needs cleaning badly. The room was cleaner, and the sheets were clean, but there was left over food under the sofa bed. Not what we normally expect from a wyndham property. Surprising!

The hotel was very conveniently located next to I-15. The parking lot was large enough for everyone. But not everything was in working order. We had some interruption with the power in our room one night. The juice machine in the breakfast area was broken, so no juice. And the pool and hot tub were closed for repair. I feel it is unfair not to tell potential guests that there is no pool on the property. I specifically picked a place that advertised a pool and hot tub, and feel cheated.

The pool was too cold to swim in, my 9 year old grandson did swim, but he was shivering the whole time. The hot tub was very dark and didn’t look clean at all. If you’re looking for a hotel to swim in, this is not the one. The rest of the hotel is fine.

Outside trash overflowing at the door. Broken hot tub, seems like no matter what location I go to La Quinta manages to always have a broken hot tub or pool.

Run down, dirty, loud. Pool and hot tub out of order. Bed sagged in the middle, not very comfortable. Breakfast was some prepackaged muffins and juice, waffle maker with no batter, empty milk jug. I won’t stay here again.

The staff did was expected nothing extra nothing bad. When i arrived hot tub was out of service, ice machine, and the toilet in my room would not stop running. Just seemed like everything was broke or out of service. It was quiet even for hollween. Breakfast was quite abundant. Walgreens right accross the street. This is just my experience and i feel most of the things I mention were out of the contole of the staff. I just wish before i checked in these out of service amenities would have been mentioned.

I did not stay at the hotel I booked with hotels.com when I arrive to check in there is a sign saying pool closed per health department. If the pool was closed due to health concerns, I didn’t want to stay on the property. Who knows what else was a health concern.

Disappointed that the swimming pool and the hot tub had both been closed by the health department prior to our arrival and this was not updated on the hotel's description. This is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We were offered to walk across the street to use another hotel's pool but found it to be an inconvenience with our stay. Location was great. In and out burger in the parking lot. Major restaurants near by. Easy on and off of the hwy. Walgreen's was straight across the street.

The lobby looked like a flophouse and smelled like weed. The woman at the front desk was very nice. Our room was filthy including urine on the bathroom walls, a brown bathtub, flickering lights, stained sheets, police in and out. It was loud and scary.

I think the worst of it was entering our hotel room to be greated by a beer can, among other things, in the trash can, our hotel key kept needing to be reactivated, and the room over all was just dirty.

Extremely dirty. Pool was disgusting. Carpets in halls were rippled so bad it was a tripping hazard. We ended up leaving to another hotel. There was dog hair in our blankets and they said because they do allow dogs, they can’t get it out of the sheets.

Floors/furniture are covered in animal pee stains, smells like urine, walls and carpet damaged from over use and animals. Bathroom has mold around where they’ve re-caulked over and over and over trying to cover it up Grimy everywhere, afraid to put anything on floor and it made me feel dirty just being there

Property is old, dirty room I got, I found a plenty of little cockroach along the window going into my room. Staff is nice but average become senior, all response and service is slow! Very disappointed its happen in La Quinta !

Our floor in our room was filthy. Had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The inside was run down and had a funky smell down all the hallways. The wall paper was peeling off the walls and garbage cans were always overflowing

The facility smelled like a cat litter box. The carpet was covered in stains. A dirty coffee cup was used and put back in our room at the coffee station. The hot tub had no heat and the pool area in general needs cleaning. The stairways also smelled like mildew. This facility definitely needs some upgrades and deep cleaning.

This hotel needs some serious love. I stayed on the 3rd floor. As I was walking down the hallway of the 3rd floor to my room, the floor was very spongy. It seems the carpet is keeping the floor up. The other big thing was the ac unit in the room. It didn't work at all. The bed itself was very comfortable.

Room was run down and sketchy. Electrical made me worry about plugging things in. The floors had soft spots that felt like you were going to fall through. Beds were hard. Pillows flat. Towels were no bigger than dish rags. The shower head was so low and you couldnt avoid getting water on the floor when you showered. Hot tub was out of service. Our room didnt get cleaned half the days we were there. Tv had about 12 channels so the kids were super bored. The outside doors were supposed to stay locked and you use your key to get in, but they were always unlocked super unsafe if you ask me. And its kind of a sketchy area of town right off the freeway. I will not be staying here again. Ever. Honestly wish i could get my money back.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, we had to flush multiple times and WiFi was pretty bad. My kids couldn’t download anything they needed for our road trip we are on.. made the next 10hr stretch pretty rough. The staff was nice and helpful and the property was nice otherwise, I’m not from the area so can’t rate the Saftey but the area seemed nice and lots of places to eat and Walgreens is super convenient next door.

Pool and hot tub were out of order and apparently have been for awhile. Carpet in our room was not clean. The bed was very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. The coffee was very watered down and undrinkable. And the front desk programmed our key cards incorrectly and I was locked out of my room with a crying child having to go back downstairs to get it fixed. Not a great experience. Only plus was the room was spacious.

This hotel was way overpriced for the condition it was in. Everything was dirty, grimy, and falling apart. The only good thing was the size of our room, but it smelled so bad. The flooring in the bathroom was peeling up. The WiFi wasn’t safe to use since it was open to everyone with no password. The towels seemed to be re-used. Just a bad hotel that was was overpriced.

I bet this property in its heyday was amazing but landlord special is how I’d describe it now. Everything looks to be very dated and just painted over. The showers are built for people under 5’7” floors in the hallway in some places felt soft and quite unsafe on the second and third floors. And then insult to injury the pool was closed. The front desk concierge was nice to get us in the hotel down the road but that’s not the employees fault. And the breakfast was slim compared to other la quintas then others and breakfast was cleaned up earlier than what was posted… Probably will not come back.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Layton UT. Its close to everything. It's not the swanky hotel, but its affordable and clean and the staff are friends and helpful. This visit over memorial day weekend I reserved a deluxe room, we like the extra space and couch option. I was told because I dont have an animal, I cant have that room. 1. I always reserve and stay in the deluxe rooms 2. I never bring my dog and still have been able to get the reserved room I asked the gentleman at the desk and he said its a pet friendly room, and since we dont have an animal he needs to give us another room. I was to tired to dispute we just drove from Washington state. I'm a rewards member and been one for awhile. Just was disappointed and the customer service.

We checked in for two adjoining rooms, the lobby area and hallways/elevator were not clean. The carpets are all wrinkled and bumpy. The walls all have torn off wall paper. The hotel is in disrepair in general. We went to bed to wake up and finds that one toilet didn’t flush and when the other was flushed water over flowed out of the tank. There was an odor of marijuana coming from a surrounding room. We asked if we could just check out after that and get the rest of our stay refunded since we wouldn’t be there. The front desk person never checked us out and we were charged for the two nights we weren’t there. I contacted the property on what was supposed to be the final day of our stay and was told she would handle it and as of now it has not been taken care of.

The staff was amazing. The lady at check in was so kind. All of the housekeeping staff I saw greeted me and was super friendly! The property needs a renovation. It needs almost a total overhaul. Bad paint chipping and water damage. Our bath towels had large holes in them. There was no channels active on the tv. Not even local stations. The outlets were so loose that our phone chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. We had to put the microwave on the floor so we could plug it into an outlet! I think the staff was doing the best they could with what they have

The room was filthy when we checked in when asked to change rooms the one thing that was available was a king sized bed and we needed 2 queens the staff there was super nice! we ended up leaving and staying in a different hotel and now we’re waiting on a refund hopefully

The hotel is located directly off the freeway, which makes access convenient, but there's a lot of transient activity. There was an SUV on blocks in the parking lot with the hood up the whole time we were there, homeless folks hanging out in the stairwell, lot's of cars zooming thru the parking lot using it as a shortcut. The hotel itself is poorly maintained: wall paper torn off in the hallways and generally run down conditions in the room.

Overall not a good experience. Front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly when we checked in or out. Breakfast was below average, food barely lukewarm, out of coffee each morning; had to find the attendant who was not dressed in uniform and had large white headphones on the entire time while working. Hotel definitely needs work. Carpets in hallway were heavily stained, wallpaper peeling off, "chunks" out of the bathtub, rust all over the sink fixtures, and overall sense of neglect. Beds and linen were ok. The tub not cleaned well though, and several very long hairs on the bathroom wall from prior guest. Would not want to stay here again, and quite honestly makes me question whether to ever stay at a Wyndham property again.

There was nobody at the desk when we arrived. Kept calling. Our shower wasn't working correctly and I had to fix the toilet that kept running. The hot tub wasn't working by the pool and in the morning, you do not have a lot of staff because the poor girl was trying to have 2 of us check out and make breakfast.

Just passing through town. Staff was great. Hotel is older and not in the greatest shape. Smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Other families (esp. a lot with kids) ate up all the breakfast in record time. Limited space to sit for breakfast. No milk options, no yogurt, no bacon, coffee tasted like water.
