My room wasnt ready when we arrived around 4:45pm. Check-in is at 3pm. The clerk quickly found a substitute room. However it was right next to the elevators and we could hear everything. Not only that but the walls seem to be very thin in genetal because the person in the room next to us had their tv on and we could hear every word clearly. There was a fresh blueberry on the ground and hair in the bathtub from the guest before us. Somehow there was a mosquito in the room that bit me several times. I foubd the mosquito lingering in the shower. I really liked the pool but it is chipping and needs to be redone. The card reader only worked on 1 of the doors to enter the pool. There is a water bottle refill station that worked when we got there but stopped working by the time we left. I liked the area where the hotel was. There are a lot of food and shopping options near by and it isnt too far from the highway. The room was decorated nicely and the ac was cold. Overall I would give it a 6/10

The check-in peraon was very ungriemdly. I have stayed at many Hilton locations & this was the firat one that i felt truely unwelcomed at the check-in. Also, the pool was extremely small in this hotel. They did some awesome photo manipulation to make the pool look much larger than it really is.

In Ogden for a doctor visit and will stay here again. A friend with me has grandkid sports they are at and stay at another hotel in the area. My friend liked this hotel so much they will be switching to this one when in town. The staff, clean, food, bar, outside patio and fire pit, great rooms , beds are great. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

No shampoo, conditioner or body wash was filled in shower. Had to take a no soap just water shower. No complementary breakfast, very over priced for a “buffet” type breakfast. Pool is not ventilated well and eyes burned from all the chlorine and my son started having an asthma flair up due to the chlorine smell.

We were assigned to a room that still has equipment and tools in it so we went back to the front desk to get assigned to another room. To our surprise for this new room, there’s a lot of facial hair from shaving or something on the sink and soap bar box has stain on it. Zero star for cleanliness if I can give you.☹️

The rooms where clean the halls needed to be vacuumed, there is not complementary breakfast like the front desk said you have to pay for breakfast there and it was not the best at all. would not stay here again.

Was quite dirty, hair all over the bedding, floor, tub, etc. Also there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs and in the halls (kids running and screaming down the halls). Mattress wasn’t very comfortable at all. The TV is very hard to navigate

Employees were very nice. Room was okay. Not as clean or updated as expected. There was zero storage space in to bathroom. One place to hang towels on the back of bathroom door. The A/C took forever to cool the room. Bed was comfortable. There were several bugs in our room and cobwebs on the lamps.

The area is nice because everything is close by. Every restaurant you can think of, really. But the room was - in a word - yuck. There were mystery stains on the floor. Our room sadly backed up to the elevator room - which was hard on my husband when trying to sleep. The worst offense though was that the shower backs up.

Booked a suite and it was surprisingly bigger than expected. Two bathrooms, lots of space, and adjoining rooms. No complaints. It was quiet, clean, and close to everything!

AC works on a sensor. If you’re not moving around in your room, it will default to 74. In the summer is quite inconvenient. I changed rooms three times until they managed to disable the thermostat and use the window unit.

Our stay was great. The only thing that could have been better is the T.V. We had to have maintenance come in to figure out how to get channels on fhe T.V. He said they just had new T.V.s installed and they werent connecting to the cable box so he jad to reprogram it. They have had to do that with almost every guest since the new T.V.s were installed. If maintence hadnt come in to help us figure it out we wouldnt have had T.V. the entire time which would have been a deal beeaker, especially with a four year old. I would highly recommend getting that issue resolved for future guests.

I booked 2 queen rooms requested that they be adjoining. I received confirmation through Expedia from the hotel that they were changing my rooms from the premium, which I guess included snacks and drinks to the standard queen rooms with two queen beds so that they would be adjoining when we arrived at the hotel, they only had one room reserved under jy name. They finally found the second room under my daughter‘s name but then they told me that they could not give me an adjoining rooms and had no record of the email conversation. I showed her my emails regarding the adjoining rooms and changing the reservation to the standard two queen beds for both rooms. I was told that she has no idea who that came from and that they could not give me adjoining rooms. So we had one room on the third floor one room on the second floor. Other than that, the hotel was clean. We would go back, but we would need a better confirmation of our rooms being scheduled the way we requested.

Nice property. Can't find ice machine, front desk clerk overwhemed with check ins. I checked in online on Hilton app, never got digital key and had to stand in long line at front desk to get a key.

I would have rated the stay 5 star but our request and continual checking on the joined room request was not fulfilled. My daughter and granddaughter were on the first floor and I was on the second. My daughter’s room had an adjoining door, so we were not sure why our month long request was not honored. The man at the desk was extremely rude when we checked in and when we asked if it would be a possibility to get into adjoining rooms at all during our stay and he said there was no possible way. I feel that since we hadn’t just requested it at checking and that my daughter had called multiple times the whole month before and even as recent as our drive there, that it should have been honored, or at least not continually told us it was all set.

The front desk receptionist, although she was kind enough to allow us to check out one hour later, was not very friendly or welcoming. As we checked out, she was on the phone while doing so and didn’t give us any attention and was not professional or kind.

Google Maps always took us to the back of the property rather than to the front entrance; confusing at first. Older hotel, but for the most part nicely refurbished. Wished the bedside light (a hanging light) was able to be turned off from the bed.

Last minute reservation and one night stay traveling through Salt Lake City Area. Layton is nice place to stay on a road trip for easy freeway access and multiple dining/food choices. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous. We would stay here again, even for multiple nights if in the area again.

Upon arrival no one was even at the front desk. Once they came from the back they were not friendly. Are toilet was broken and reported to the front desk. They sent someone and still did not fix it. Said breakfast available when booking and show pictures as a complementary but wasn’t. It was an extra $13 a person. Was pretty disappointing overall for the price.
