Fast, easy checkin. I travel with a dog and Motel 6 is pet friendly with no extra fee for your pet. Of course you still have to follow some common sense rules like don't leave your pet alone in the room, pick up after your dog, keep them on a leash, etc. No big deal kind of things that any responsible dog owner should do even without being told. Room was a large king with refrigerator and microwave, good sized flat screen tv, clean bathroom with plenty of towels. After a long day of driving, I look forward to a clean, comfortable bed and a decent sized tv that works. If you have that, you'll have my business back again and this Motel 6 will be getting a return visit next time I'm in the area. There is one complaint that others have also noted, hearing the people upstairs from your room. Yes, you can hear them come and go, walking around their room, etc. There's the rub, what in the world can the owners do about it? It didn't really bother me but it did caused my dog to bark several times, which is very unusual for her in a motel. Again, it didn't bother me that much and the whole motel was quiet as can be by 8:30-9pm. Overall, clean, quiet, friendly motel that is reasonably priced right off the highway. Easy parking and I felt safe. Gas and food right across the street.

Very nice, clean motel nested in a beautiful landscape. Easy access from the highway. We travel a lot with our pets and this motel is one of the best of this level and at a shockingly low price. No pet fee either.

All was clean. Linens fine too, but pillows old and flat. We had 2 rooms and one tv only got streamed shows, no major networks, so could not watch Olympics. Old pool on site, in disrepair, ugly, and fenced off.No breakfast, only coffee. Air conditioner was old and worked strangely.

Looked recently updated, the service was very nice and easy. Very convenient to the highway. When I got to my room, there were stains on the chair and stains on the comforter. Later I found one dead cockroach and some type of splatter stains in the bathroom on the wall. Typically I wouldn't choose a Motel 6, but it looked like it was pretty updated so I took a risk, and I realized a Motel 6 is a Motel 6.

We asked for a room that was non-smoking and no pets, as we entered the room it was clearly smoked in, the bathroom had hairs on the floor and in the tub. I took a towel and wet it and wiped the floor with it, it was filthy. I had fleas jumping on my legs. one of the beds the sheets werent changed, lifted the sheets and mattress had dirt and hairs. This has been the worst place I ever checked into.

The property is unique for the obvious reason that it allows pets at no extra fee. The issue is that the rooms smell like dogs mainly (I had a cat). The tv, remote and dresser were covered in soda. The Desk clerk came up and cleaned it for me, but then the tv wasn't working as the antenna was disconnected and the tv was unplugged. We fixed that as well. The room was not very clean, the bathroom door and bathroom lights were really poor condition. I couldn't find the cat, so moved the bed and there were dead bugs. Overall just not a very pleasant experience. Bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners which kept me from wanting to shower there. I just got up and hit the road as quickly as possible.

Could not be happier with our stay at the motel. When you opened the door you got a clean smell instead of the stuffing motel smell get a some motels. We were so pleased to see there was no carpet on the floor and we are sure the fact the floors had vinyl covers instead of carpet contributed to the clean smell of the room. The price was also very reasonable. There is no breakfast but they did have complementary coffee. We are looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit the area.

The bed was beyond uncomfortable! It was just the mattress, no box spring, and should have been replaced YEARS ago. I can’t put into words how uncomfortable it was. The amount of hair in the bathroom was very disappointing too. I know what grade of motel I chose to stay in but there’s no excuse for the mattress being that bad and it doesn’t take much effort to make sure the bathroom is clean for the next guest.

The location right off I-77 was perfect for our stop on the way to South Carolina. It allowed dogs and didn't have carpeting. It was a little bit of challenge to find right temperature but that may have been due to our late check in. The front office even called us to ensure we still coming. I have never had that happen. Outside there was a functioning pool at one time that needs repurposed or cleaned up. The door to our room was not sealed which allowed light to seep through. Overall I would stay again for an overnight stay since this is pet freindly and easily accessible to Gas Station, McDonalds and I-77.

Bed was exceptionally good. My room was on the back, away from traffic; very quiet. Very clean with furniture in good shape. Heating unit was noisy (no rattles but loud fan) but worked well. There is no convenient place to work at a computer. Fridge and microwave were clean and functional.

Room was very basic but clean. Had little involvement with staff but the person was friendly. A major issue was that everyone someone walked in the room above us it sounded like they were about to break through the floor. Very squeaky indeed. If you stay here demand a room on the top floor.

The bed was comfortable, and the facilities clean. It was a bit too bright because the blackout curtains barely covered the window. It was a bit noisy because the refrigerator kept knocking and we could hear other guests coming and going.

I drive semi over the road and stay in hotels frequently. This was honestly the cleanest hotel I've been in. Sure the amenities were basic, but for the price point i was not expecting anything more than coffee in the morning. Thats exactly what they had, and it was brewed not some instant coffee machine garbage. They were literally half the price of other hotels in the area. Friendly staff. Easy check in.

The family that operates this property is wonderful. Very friendly and showed extra effort. I also left something and they were good enough to go to the UPS Store and mail it to me. They did not have to do that. I got way more than I paid for at this Motel 6!

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean. The bathroom toilet was at an angle and loose along with no toilet paper spool to put the paper on. The channel selection on the tv was good.

Always love our stay here. Great property! Immaculate, hot water, hot coffee and fantastic staff. We stay here approximately once a month for a few days at a time. Cheryl and Tricia and the rest of the employees go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The lady working the desk was very friendly, and called me to see when I would arrive (I was in late) to ensure front desk was covered (otherwise closed). It was quiet, reasonably priced and convenient. The beds are super firm - if you have arthritis etc or any physical issues even one night might be painful. Housekeeping could use some work, there were some pretty obvious areas that could be cleaned between guests (mirror on bathroom door, lamps, door near handle and walls near baseboards). However the sheets and towels were clean, And so were the areas in the sink/bathroom. A more comfy seating chair would be great. The one in the room looks nice but no one wants to sit on hard plastic to relax.

Staff was rude. We had vehicle trouble. Young lady smarted me off because a tow truck was not available in that area. Upon check out. We received a call 20 Mon before time to leave at 11:00, asking if we were leaving. The same employee I had issues with earlier had called. I told them we were working on it but may be a couple of minutes after 11 at worst. At 10:59, the same lady with a cleaning crew was knocking on our door as we were trying to finish loading our vehicle. Telling us to hurry up. They stood over us as we checked out. I called to complain, and she evidently took the complaint call from Motel 6 cooperate. Told them we checked out late. Then she called my phone repeatedly before I was even off the phone with customer service. When I finally returned the call. She decided to try and argue with me for filing a complaint. Absolutely, the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel/motel

The lady that checked us in was very nice, she gave us a room at the end where the doga could walk. The room was big, clean and reasonably priced. Near a few restaurants, and right on the I-77 for easy on, easy off travel.

The location right off I-77 was perfect for our stop on the way to South Carolina. It allowed dogs and didn't have carpeting. It was a little bit of challenge to find right temperature but that may have been due to our late check in. The front office even called us to ensure we still coming. I have never had that happen. Outside there was a functioning pool at one time that needs repurposed or cleaned up. The door to our room was not sealed which allowed light to seep through. Overall I would stay again for an overnight stay since this is pet freindly and easily accessible to Gas Station, McDonalds and I-77.

The hotel was a great price; The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of space in the room, probably because there was no table to sit and eat on. There was a comfy chair and one desk chair, but with only the small console under the tv to eat on, it was a little disappointing. Also, by no fault of the hotel, there were a few men lingering around in the night. They were just sitting on the stairs outside playing on their phones, and it was a pleasant evening, so don’t read into it, but I can understand how some might have found that a bit unsettling when going in and out of their room. Overall a great place with a number of restaurants within a few minutes, and I will stay there again when I travel down south again in fall !

Very friendly checkin. The room was very clean. Furnishings are stark, typical for a budget motel. Direct TV available and the3 HVAC had a remote control. Coffee and tea are available in the check in lobby. Several decent places to eat nearby.

Was good for the money considering it was $30 cheaper than my usual place. Sheets seemed clean and so was the bathroom. Heater/AC were a wall unit and kind of loud. There is no free breakfast and coffee is only from 7-9AM. Considering we only stop for the night to sleep for a while then get back on the road it’s a bargain.

Could not be happier with our stay at the motel. When you opened the door you got a clean smell instead of the stuffing motel smell get a some motels. We were so pleased to see there was no carpet on the floor and we are sure the fact the floors had vinyl covers instead of carpet contributed to the clean smell of the room. The price was also very reasonable. There is no breakfast but they did have complementary coffee. We are looking forward to staying there again the next time we visit the area.

The room was a bit dated and the a/c, while it kept the room cold, was very loud when running. The bathtub/shower had great pressure and the water was wonderfully hot! Over all a good value.
