This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The pool was abandoned and unusable - definitely not the relaxing swim that was advertised. There was no breakfast provided even though it was promised when booking. The room smelled terrible, the mattresses were stinky, and the floors were dirty. Overall, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. The staff were completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about resolving any of these issues. I would not recommend staying here to anyone — spend your money elsewhere.

You get what you pay for but Sam at the front desk was great. I was originally put in one room and when we got there there were multiple mattresses stacked on one of the beds. Went to the front and got another room. Stayed one night and was asked to move to another room because they were doing renovations. We moved without issue but it was definitely an inconvenience. The pool was not cleaned and out of order. Grass was long and it was kind of ghetto. Couples fighting upstairs and obvious drug deals happening. Not a lot of food places open past 8:40pm. However, it is priced to suit the property so I’ll say it gave what it was worth. Again, Sam was super nice and made me coffee in before we left because breakfast was not available. Also, cell service is horrible here.

The advertised wi-fi will not hold a connection. The bathroom has a cigarette stub on the floor, and there was a used washcloth draped over the shower head. There was no phone in the room. The free continental breakfast was a joke. There were two tubes of unlabeled cereal, an off brand large OJ container in the fridge, and a coffee maker. The floor was dirty and sticky in some places. There were stains on furniture, including the chair and a lamp. Overall, kind of gross. You get you what pay for. The only positive is the fact that there was Comcast service in the room. We had plenty of channels to choose from.

This facility was a significant disappointment affiliated with the Wyndham name. It was the equivalent of a broke down Motel 6 that hadn't been updated since the 80's. We literally got trapped in our room due to the door sticking in the frame and almost broke it down trying to get out. There were sticky substances on the desk and nightstand, tiny bathroom. We had a second floor room and the balcony/walkway creeked and shifted while walking on it - concerning it may collapse at any time. This place was so bad we didn't even bother to check out, just immediately packed our stuff and left, found another hotel down the road and stayed there. We didn't feel safe staying in this location for even a few hours let alone overnight.

This property is in serious need of renovations, which loomed like they were attempting to do. The pool was unavailable, as it was being painted. All four rooms that were supposed to be non smoking rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I could even smell marijuana coming from 2 gentlemen sitting outside on the first floor. The first room was not cleaned, with dirthy bedding, bathroom and moldy food in the fridge. The next 3 were made up but needing to be updated, the backing on the curtains were peeling, however my biggest concern was the smell of smoke in the rooms. My daughter, granddaughter as well as myself have asthma and smoke triggers it to flare up. The front desk was nice about it and did offer a redund, but could not offer a room that did not smell like smoke. I am thankful I came before going to the park but it caused 3 hour delay in our plans. Expedia would not extend the money from that hotel to another stating the hotel told them they offered us a non-smoking room. This meant I would have to wait 7-10 days for my refund and would have to pay out of pocket for the new hotel. I am glad I had extra money on my card... so beware using Expedia if you don't have access to extra money... I found the new hotel at a cheaper rate than Expedia offered. I was also renting 2 rooms.

The first one was somebody’s like home , the second one was extremely dirty , 3rd one the ac didn’t work . They wouldn’t give me more than 2 towels and I had 2 adults with 4 kids . Check-in and out was quick and painless. However, the rest of our experience was poor. The exterior of the building was poorly maintained with spots of mold/moss growing on the walkways. The room was abnormally moist and sticky, which was perpetuated by the lack of a fan in the bathroom. The lights barely worked, outlets would not hold plugs and the blowdryer did not work. The internet was limited to nonexistent unless you were in the lobby. The "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal and bread for toast, coffee and juices. Our son was excited for the pool, but we did not go for a swim due to the risk of getting ecoli from the completely green water. Would not recommend and will not be staying again.

Our experience was horrible! It started from time we got their! They didn't have the room we booked then our key card wouldn't work so we changed rooms! Then the rooms were disgusting, holes in wall, stuff all over walls and even a booger on the mattress! I woke up with bed bug bites all over my ankles too! The fridge also didn't work ugh. They even had a mattress laying out in parking lot! When we asked for a refund they refused and just said they have the rooms inspected and they don't have any bugs! Needless to say we left forfeited our money and stayed at Compfrt Inn which was amazing I might add!!!!!

The pool was green, our room was disgusting. Dead bugs, dirty towel was still hanging behind the door, ceiling in the bathroom was falling off, as well as the shower curtain, empty hotel bottles of soap...there was shards of glass beside the bed, a pill on the floor, tons of hair, smears of who knows all over the back and handle of the toilet, a hole in thee door and various other places... this place is gross!

Dirty floor in room with visible unclean areas, no place to plug in anything, no water glasses, no soap, broken off and unsafe toilet seat, duct tape on wall covering up?, door into room looks ready for the dump, trash outside door, horrendous excuse for a so called breakfast with a mini refrigerator in need of cleaning AND a mattress that was awful and long overdue for a replacement.

Booked a non-smoking room for one night due to closeness to highway, though besides selecting s non-smoking room I was assigned a room thatvm was so filled with smoke stink that the sheets were yellow from it and my eyes watering as soon as entered it. It's cheap but you won't be able to rest if you're a non-smoker.

The woman at the desk was nice. The first room she put us in smelled of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The 2nd room did not smell but, though clean, the non-smoking back side of the property is in terrible condition, taped windows, holes in curtains & lampshades. We were told all the other rooms were smoking rooms.

Check in was quick and easy got to the 2 rooms we rented 1 room had a leaning bed but at first sight appeared ok. (This room wouldn’t be used till kids were picked up from Kings dominion) the other literally smelled like mold smoke and death and had what appeared to be blood splatter on wall. They quickly got me another room which which every light but the bathroom didn’t work smoke alarm off the wall not in working condition and one bed literally half on the ground broke.. the gentleman from the front had walked down to check and change us rooms again this room seemed ok but when you I say on one bed it caved in I went to say something and he said no more walked away. So I removed the mattress box spring fixed the bent up frame and put it together correct.. the room had a slight smell but I was able to deal and was dirty door walls around toilet and light switches . When my daughter returned with her friend her friend struggled to breath it started making her asthma act up. So we cracked a door to air it out they walked the property during their walk up by the non working pool they had a gentleman start following trying to talk to them and only took off when I got involved. At this point from the earlier experience of being told no and getting ignored I gave up contacted Expedia who tried calling and was told call back and hung up on.. we left rented another room at the quality.. 60 dollars more then days inn for both rooms but well worth it clean nice and nothing gross.

Poor maintenance of building. Tv available in the room but broken outlet. Microwave touch pad out of service. Brown water comes from tap in the tub for first 10 minutes every time you take shower. Breakfast has no item edible. Cold coffee, dirty coffee pot. Overall this place needs management attention.

Just ok. You get what you pay for and this place was very cheap for a one night layover. Everything in the office and the room is overly dated... the security bar on the exterior door fell off in my hand when i tried to hook it to the door- I reported this to the morning clerk . The breakfast was pretty good- cereals, toast and raisin toast, milk and OJ.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with our key card, and they just gave us a new room. We've been staying here for a few years now. We stayed at another place last week. It was an awful experience so we will always stay here. We have never smelled smoke or vapes. Water pressure is always good. They are pet friendly. Always clean.

At best staff was apathetic to issues, at worst completely MIA. Need or want AC in the summer? Completely unusable as the room has no plug for it. Want to grab some of that complimentary breakfast? Doesnt exist. Want to sleep at 4 in the morning? Good luck, the room next to you has had the tv turned up so loud you cant hear your own alarm for the past two days. I stay in a lot of cheap and crappy hotels for work, this place made them look like an Omni property.

I mean, its a 2 star motel. You get what you pay for. Relatively clean. Property is in okay condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really nothing around. We stayed there for our trip to Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens. Guests are mostly construction workers and truckers passing through.

This property was as expected for a low budget motel. It provided the bare minimum of amenities, but felt safe and family friendly. It's was good for the family to be near Kings Dominion Nice pics of property online but the pool was atrocious. Room were good, not as clean as I would like. Hair in sink and on bathroom floor.

I checked in about 12:30 am. There was random people hanging out around the property. Outside of my room. Once in the room there was pills on the floors. It was an inexpensive room. I got what I paid for. There was economic lodge next door that looked nicer than this hotel. Also when checking in you had to do it through a window. It must be an area that isn’t safe.

Do NOT stay here! This hotel is a complete disappointment. They advertise free breakfast, but there is absolutely nothing provided. The rooms are filthy, and the so-called “WiFi” is basically non-existent—weak when it even connects at all. The customer service is terrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful, and when you ask for something as simple as clean towels, they actually question why you need them instead of just providing them. The towels they do give you are dirty anyway. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of better options in the area. This Days Inn should be ashamed to operate under the Wyndham name.

The property was outdated. It smelled of stale cigarettes. The so called breakfast included consists of cereal and toast. The coffee machines were out of order. We were constantly being woke up by banging on the walls and even our door. I would not recommend staying here unless it’s a last resort.
