Room had no shower rod or shower curtain, there was a dead rodent on the carpet outside our doorway and the pool was out of commission with no access. Very severe false advertisement.

I'm someone who doesn't mind lower end cheap lodging when on the road solo for business. But I've never left a hotel before to stay somewhere else... until this place. It is in absolutely deplorable condition. The back doors have keycard access but do not shut properly, preventing locking & security... the hallways felt like an inner city project - Paint is coming off the doors and walls, and it was hot and humid throughout the hallways. It's obvious that multiple families live in the back hallways as well - kids (with names on room doors like you'd see on a child's bedroom) running around the hallways yelling and playing. Upon entering the room, the smell of mold hit you like a brick - the AC had not been running, but the floors were slippery and wet with condensation from the humidity. Minor annoyances, such as a completely non-functional TV and incredibly dirty bathroom vents, were amplified by the complete misrepresentation online of the condition of this place. While most of the photos in the listing are clearly from this hotel from a long time ago, some also are obviously not from this hotel either (Not that this was a shock, as clearly there's no beach nearby this interstate exit location). I try to be reasonable with my expectations, but this place should be condemned. 100% unacceptable.

Overall the person at the desk was nice, the room was comfortable bathroom mold spots, halls dirty and foul smelling, listed a pool when booking no pool, outside unkept, free breakfast was ok. Housekeeping and male staff member nocking at door yelled that we were still in the room male staff member proceeded to enter the room as I was getting dressed. Outside back of hotel stairwell very unkept pool no water, random furniture lying around, numerous rooms were boarded up.

Property is trying to update but very poor job. Fresh paint over unfix issues in the room and bathroom. bed and sheets were good. AC in hotel is set on high with high humidity, some areas are being updated, other areas are old and dirty. Cheap price for a quick night stay.

Room is clean and parking is very convenient. The back entrance lock is broken and the area close to the back entrance has smoking smell

The hotel was under construction and didn't have an elevator. Dirty, nasty, and didn't have curtains in the windows. It was terrible.

First was friendly! Check in was easy! Everythingthing was great intill we walked into the bathroom. Our children noticed the bathroom was absolutely disgraceful. We noticed that the room wasn’t swept, as there was dirt all over the floor. The bathtub was disgusting. Seemed to have a yellow film all over the bottem of the tub. Bathroom floor was not swept either! The toilet was dirty as well. We where also lied to about an indoor pool to arrive from out of state to there being only a dirty out door pool!

Reserved an “accessible “ room, front desk wanted a certificate (?) before giving the reserved room. Then they put us in an occupied room! Then the one next door. At least the tub had a grab bar so getting in and out was doable. The only ice machine on the property was broken. Bugs - live and dead - found throughout the room along with a stale smoke smell in a non-smoking facility being rehabbed- power tools were heard until 9pm. New tile surrounds an old,cracked tub, air conditioning unit iffy but eventually worked. Given cleanliness of room we decided to skip the included breakfast. Last time we will ever book a Quality Inn - similar experience at 2 others we have booked this summer.

The condition of the property was a bit scary. Many of the rooms were labelled as “condemned”. Saw lots of roaches. The side door to outside didn’t lock.

The room was disgusting. The tv did not work the shower faucet was falling off the wall. It smelled like weed and must. There was feces on the bathroom wall.

The staff (owners) were very friendly and personable. This property was very dirty. The beds had dead bugs in them, black mold in the refrigerators and showers and broken glass in the windows and doors. It appeared people were living there. It reeked of weed and cat pee.

When we entered our first room, there was stains in the carpet, on the walls, and all over the bedding. We purchased sleeping bags to try to muster through the first night, but ended up switching rooms. This second room had multiple cockroaches, black mold in the air vents and on the shower curtains, and what made us finally leave our stay early was a mouse crawling along the wall. We were trying to be tolerant, but couldn’t stay any longer.

The mildew smell was so overwhelming in room 108. The pillow had yellow stains in the pillow case and the curtains was badly wrinkled. The foor around the toilet has visible urine stains and the ceiling looked to have mold on it. The inside door was badly scratched and the ceiling also displayed horrible repair. The spackle work was terrible. The heater kicked out the mildew smell as well.

Disgusting dirty Hotel with bed bugs water leaking in the ceiling mold in the bathrooms. Did not stay more then 5 minutes Got a refund and ran fast. Do not go !!!!!!!!!

This hotel was dirty and unsanitary and inhabitual to sustain. When I first was welcome and I say that word vaguely I was surprised to be opened with a used room. Towels everywhere. Bed not made. But the bathroom was the worst part. (Pictures inserted below) after going to buddy in front desk he gave new room with better conditions but even worse circumstances. After gettting our room me and my boyfriend were laying down sleeping fully revealed and someone so happens to OPEN OUR HOTEL ROOM. I HAVE NEVER HAD NO EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT BEFORE SOMEONE WALKING INTO MY HOTEL. so after that the guy left and we resumed our stay. The very next day THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENS EXCEPT THIS TIME ITS A FAMILY.

The room I booked had a family of mice running around, it was terrifying! The crown molding on the walls was nailed in with the wrong size nails on what looked like linoleum flooring. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathtub looked like a crime scene and had black foot prints on the floor and in the tub. The room I was switched to after the mice incident, didn’t have functioning AC/heating. The building was falling apart with the railing on the staircase on the floor, holes in the walls and electrical outlets hanging off the walls from where the mice had entered. This was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that had mice and an entire family at that! You could hear them squeaking so m and running through the walls.

This hotel was dirty and old . The tub was yellow , there was a hole in the Ceiling. Under the toilet was not clean properly. Online it says that this hotel has a pool, which it didn’t . That’s false advertising. We were very unhappy at this location .

Don’t waste your money with this hotel bed bugs roaches weed smell horrible breakfast won’t book again

This hotel should be condemned. There was extensive water damage in the room; ceilings, walls, flooring. The coat rack was falling off wall. No fire alarm. Since it was no refundable, we stayed but was the worse conditions I’ve stayed at.. never again.

This property should be condemned and torn down or totally renovated. Broken windows, broken outside doors. No Air conditioning. Rooms were smelly, dirty. I did not stay 5 minutes in that place.. left immediately

Okay so I really dislike leaving a bad review, but this place was in sad shape. Pulling up to it, I knew it was going to be somewhat crappy because the grounds had a bit of trash and the building looked tired. It didn’t get any better stepping inside. Same tired decor. Front desk guy wasn’t particularly friendly- but started a conversation with and somewhat flirted with the chick behind me. Whatever. We got placed on the second floor which has no elevator. Wasn’t ideal seeing we had our dog with us and a decent amount of luggage to carry. Got to our room and it looked like a typical Quality Inn room. Except it didn’t. The sink was right as you walk in. With a dim light and a very small counter top. The toilet/shower room was okay except that the shower had stuff peeling in it. Caulk? Soap scum? I don’t know. And it had somewhat low water pressure. I never complain about the bed but holy hell this one was lumpy and uncomfortable. Oh and because we had our dog, we were placed in a room with laminate floors. That’s common because they’re afraid your pet will have an accident. But the floor was so buckled, it was like having frost heaves. I actually tripped over the lumps a couple of times. When we first got in the room, the thermostat was on and it was chilly. I just shut it off. I don’t recall if it was on heat or a/c. But the next morning was the last straw. My hubby turned the heat on and it blew nothing but cold air. Not a/c cold, but it clearly was broken.

The shower was very bad. The water barely diverted from tub spigot to shower head. Nearly unusable.

Two areas to note, especially for travelers needing internet while stay here. 1. The internet is almost nonexistent. The mobile data is very spotty and the hotel internet will connect but usually stated that it didn't have an internet connection. 2) The breakfast was subpar, even for this price. The coffee was a Ninja coffee pot that the guests ended up brewing themselves because there were no attendants. What I would have really like was a glass of ice water but they didn't have any. And if you want to get a bucket of ice, you have to go to the front desk and they fill it for you, but it seemed like it was bagged ice from the grocery store. I will say that I would stay here again, I just have to adjust my expectations.

We only stayed one night on our way back from vacation. When we walked in another customer was in a verbal altercation with the staff. She told us to turn around and choose another hotel. We should have listened. There was chipped paint everywhere and a strong smell of marijuana.The floors were dirty and the heat/AC barely worked. We were facing a highway and the windows were so thin it felt like we were sleeping outside. Unfortunately this hotel is now on our "never stay again" list.

Bathroom ceiling was falling, bathtub stained yellow, someone was at my door because the same room was given to them. I don’t think the place is up to be running; too many handyman issues over all and very dirty. The attendant tried to give us another room but it was in worse than my original one. I did not sleep that night!

The check-in process was very smooth. They make you sign a 'no smoking' policy when you check in which makes perfect sense, however, the first thing we noticed when we got to our room was that it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I brought this up to the front desk staff they said (and I quote), "It's a no-smoking hotel but people still do it we can't stop them." The room itself was very dirty and old and there were ANTS. A previous guest of the room left an open piece of candy in a drawer which brought them right in. We had a two-night reservation. When we came back after the first day, we noticed our room door wasn't even shut (and it was 9:30pm at this point when we returned; we had been gone for almost 12 hours at this point). Whoever was in charge of cleaning our room didn't even clean because there were no trashbags in the trash cans and the bed wasn't made but they just left the door open. I went down to the front desk to inquire about why the door was left open, presumably all day, because we had valuable items (laptops, jewelry, etc.) in the room. Thank goodness nothing was stolen but we did not feel safe that our door had been cracked all day. The front-desk employee literally said, and I quote again, "I don't know what you want me to tell you, mistakes happen sometimes." ....Not something you want to hear. We asked for some kind of compensation because of all of these inconveniences (the smoke odor, the bugs, the door being left open) and they said no.

The place was clean. It smelled good. The customer service was amazing. The owner was great very well.

Even though I booked and prepaid in full, the Checkin desk said Hotels.com made a mistake and put me in an accessible room. He said that he would “fix Hotel.com’s error but I had to pay extra to be put into a regular room” sounds like a complete scam to me.

The customer service here was the worst. Check in was the worst the guy was rude he said he don’t care if you stay or go he ran off two customers he said his name was PETER PAN such a a$$ Just the worst customer service ever I will report him to a higher person he said he can’t be touch because it’s a private own business I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I never felt so disrespected Everything about this hotel was so bad

First room I got the key did not work. Second room had not been touched since last guest left. Third room was OK. Front desk clerk very nice, but the operation was not smooth.

I didn’t like the fact that there were people running in the hallway after midnight and woke us up. I expected more options for breakfast than there were. The coffee wasn’t very hot either. Only because of the place we stayed at the night before. Both were Quality Inns. But the staff was very friendly.

It was pretty run down, they charged extra for the complimentary breakfast. There was almost no food at the breakfast. Our stay was 3 nights, housekeeper never came. if you want fresh towels you have to go to the front desk for them.

Never could find anyone. Room was horrible had to be moved to a cleaner room that still had bug issues. Would never stay here again

Cool place near gas station and nice restaurant

It was located off a backroad that ended up having the facility face the freeway. It had low to no cell service so felt sketchy. Saw it had "residents" not just guests staying there. Room was old and needed some TLC. Bed felt comfortable and seemed clean. The shower was warm but didn't get hot. The breakfast was good. Now that we've stayed here, we'd probably look for other accommodations elsewhere next time. Even the other hotels next to it seemed iffy as we drove by. But it's low price was what we needed.

As far as hotel room, it got the job done..everything in the room was clean like you would expect.. however the curtains wouldn’t fully close do to a broken pulley, the toilet ran often on its own and had a broken lid or something that made it not close.and the shower head needs a definite cleaning from Build up… otherwise it was fine.. I will say the hotel is back off the road and feels like it’s in an iffy spot, especially with some of the people who were there and the trash outside around the back… but honestly I’d stay again for a solo trip

The manager accommodated my ankle injury by moving me to a room with the shower facing the correct way. They helped with my luggage. The breakfast was great! Will stay here again!

The only good thing was the guy at checkin, other than that this property was horrible. You can hear cars and trucks from the highway. the hallway is extremely dirty, room was super dusty and also dirty. Breakfast was bad. Barely anything to eat, waffle is rubbery, coffee is more like tea so so watery. At least make decent coffee.

There was junk around the side entrance door, The sink in our room drizzled water, it took just over a minute to fill the cups provided. Breakfast was a total failure, juices so watered down as to have no flavor, nothing was set up or ready at scheduled time. We wound up going elsewhere for breakfast. It was sad.

Was very dirty. My 1 year olds feet were black just from walking around our room. The toilet had black stuff all over the lid. The room had a bad smell as soon as you walked in. Not sure if they were renovating or what but the whole hotel was very dirty and missing trims, paint, ect. The breakfast did not look like the picture online at all. The butter was sticks of butter in the fridge, there was no juice or water available. The sugar was a big jar of sugar, the peanut butter and jelly were large jars on the counter. In the fridge was ready to eat items from sheetz? Not sure if they were an employees or what. The only food options were muffins, bread, cereal, waffles, apples, and coffee. No protein options at all. Im not sure how any of this is okay with a health inspector.

Just plain gross. The pictures online were a total catfish. Lobby was nice and front desk clerk was pleasant, but that’s about it. Run down, smelled of cigarettes and reeked of weed. Doors to outside had caution tape on them. The sink wouldn’t drain. And the “free breakfast” was a total joke. Some tiny bagels and gross cereal.

Run down. Beds not clean. Breakfast out of many items amd staff would not refill becuase it was not busy. Despite Breakfast still having over an hour and half to go. Shower had cold water. No hot water.

When I arrived the owner's wife didn't seem like she had our reservation and when I said Expedia she found it and then proceeded to complain about Expedia. I thought she wasn't going to give us the room but she finally did. She gave us a handicap room bc she saw my cane even though I said I didn't need one. The bathroom shower had a seat in it and was bolted to the wall and the bottom was rusty. The floor had a hole near the frame and insects crawled out. Management was informed about this. Breakfast was another negative. We walked in and it looked ok but when I tried to use the waffle maker I was told it wasn't working. Bread items were very limited and the toppings like peanut butter and jams were single containers that anybody could open and use which isn't sanitary. Then there was someone following me around getting what I needed. When I selected cereal he went in the backroom and got the milk. Shortly afterward he took the cereal away and when new people walked in and asked for cereal he had to go back, get it and start the procedure again. We will put this place on the do not go again list!

Evening check in guy was amazing and welcoming!! Breakfast was a waffle station, cereal,and assorted pastries. Juice coffee and milk were offered as well. Check out was simple!! I would definitely stay again!!
