The place is falling apart. Coffee maker did not work. Rented a suite. Floor was wet outside of mimi refrigerator in both rooms. Fabric chairs were so dirty. Photo of French fry on the floor. We didn’t have any food in The room. Staff was nice. Not their fault at all. The inside pool paint from the concrete coming off in the pool. I’ll look elsewhere.

They missed cleaning our room 2/3 of the time. The pool and spa looked and smelled iffy. The gym closed because of a leaky ceiling. The carpets were dingy. The paint in the bathroom was split and bubbly - like there was a leak. The AC was LOUD. BUT There was free fruit, coffee and tea in the lobby.

Property has signs of of being dated. Bathrooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Air conditioning units are very loud. I wish breakfast was included. Glad parking was free. Sorry it was in a building across the street.

Everything was in walking distance and felt very safe But issues with tv not working through out the hotel and non of the treadmills were operating correctly. By by large the biggest issue I had was the key card kept failing daily and twice in one day. Upon getting my key card corrected for the 5th time the manager said the card deactivates when near a cellphone. Why couldn’t they tell me that the first time???

The hotel was really nice, staff very friendly, but the parking was a nightmare. Large parking lot next to the Hotel but all reserved for Town Bank customers. There was a large parking garage across the street. Not very convenient.

This is what you expect from the Hilton name and a place to stay. The only thing that caught me off guard was no on-site parking. Parking is across the street in a ramp. Several times while in the ramp I witnessed security on patrol. That made me feel at ease with the parking situation. I enjoyed the stay and would return in the future.

Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Found a few things that were still dirty when we got there, such as the sheets and the jetted tub that was inside the room but we still enjoyed our stay. Room was quite large, which was nice and loved the stand up shower.

We checked into our room which looked and smelled great until we noticed there was hair on the bed , on the toilet in the bathroom and all over the bathroom floor. Like someone made the bed but did not clean the room. We advised the front desk and they immediately gave us a new room which again had hair all over the place and someone’s food in the refrigerator from the last visitor. These rooms do not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. We were too tired to ask for another room switch. This is very disappointing for a Hilton property. We chose this property because it was a Hilton and usually can count on quality. This was disgusting.

The hotel is very outdated. The carpet was terrible and dirty the bed was not clean/changed. The pillows had a smell and cases were very wrinkly. We ordered the pure ness room there didn’t appear to be pureness in the room. I’m sorry I’m not a very picky person when it comes to hotels as long as they are fresh and bedding is fresh towels clean it’s usually ok But this was not a place I expected to look like this. The best was the nice staff upon check in. Glad it was just a few hours stay because we got in late …too late to cause a fuss so we slept and got up the next morning and left.

I arrived on Wednesday the front desk clerk was not welcoming (no smile, no welcome to Hilton, no enjoy your stay). It was as if I was annoying her. The clerk Friday evening and Saturday morning were both very friendly. The cleanliness of the room was not Hilton standards. The chair in room 508 is filthy. There were stains on the bedspread, the walls and in the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped along the top. (Pictures available if requested). I cleaned the bathroom and covered the bed Pros: The location, parking, food and shopping options were great. I recommend a deep clean and your rating will be top notch. Thank you.

Not thoroughly impressed with the condition or cleanliness of this property given that it was a Hilton property. I would have expected the tub and sink to be free of mold and rust, the hair grease from a prior guest to not be smeared on the headboard of one of the beds still and would have thought the water stains on the ceiling and bubbling drywall would be repaired. It was a one night stay, but we will not be staying again because of the lack of upkeep at this establishment.

Upholstered chair was stained and looked very dirty. Bathroom floor was filthy...noted after getting out of shower. Paid in full through Expedia. Hotel sent separate charge after we left. Had to call the accountant twice to get it clear off my credit card.

Bathtub was very obviously not clean. Room 532 furniture is old, badly worn, stained and tattered. Inexcusable. Stains on the 5th floor hallway carpets are excessive. I asked for a different room, which was instantly granted with no questions asked. We were moved to the 4th floor. Hallway carpets looked nice. Our new room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The furniture was identical to our previous room, but in much better condition. Had we not experienced the 5th floor disaster, I would have given the hotel perfect score. The hotel is showing its age, pretty significantly, but as long as I can get a clean, comfortable room, the rest is on the staff and Carlos and his team are good at it. Add free parking and this hotel still has attraction, among the much more expensive nearby properties.

Hotel has not aged well. Looks tired. Carpets in hallways and especially in our room were filthy. Tried to wipe up spilled water with a towel and it came up black. Asked front desk to replace a lamp that was broken. Was told maintenance would be up the next day. Never happened. Stood in the lobby at 7 am waiting for coffee. Staff set up the entire breakfast buffett (which was advertised as included/free but was not included in our rate of ~ $400) leaving coffee, which everyone wanted, till last…

This is a big room with a King-sized bed. Firm mattress, most of the furniture in good condition, microwave, mini-fridge, plenty of outlets. The air conditioner is easy to manipulate from a wall thermostat. I saw a cotton swab on the floor of the bathroom and a hair on the tub. That made me doubt the cleanliness of the room. So I searched around for bedbugs or obvious dirt. No bugs, clean sheets, really comfy. Breakfast in the restaurant was disappointing. Against my best COVID instincts, I tried the buffet. Not great. The bacon was overcooked, the toaster didn't work, there were no knives. I decided on sausage, bacon (anyway), cooked apples, and a piece of bread (broken toaster). At least the apples were good. My husband ordered scrambled eggs with his breakfast. The only reason I knew that was available was that I overheard another person asking for an omelet. If I had known! The staff is very professional and friendly. In spite of my complaints we would come back.

The room itself was average. You can tell that the Furniture & room design was a bit outdated. The shower had rust stains, which I didn’t like because it was hard to tell if it was dirt or rust at first. I could not get any hot water when taking a shower and the toilet splashed extremely high when flushing. The room felt clean enough, it was just outdated. The location was great since it’s right in the town center. A lot of surrounding food options and walkable as well. It was an overall average stay and somewhere I’d only choose if staying for 1 night rather than a few days.

The front desk staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The location was perfect…center of everything. The room was quite dated and starting to show wear…peeling paint, etc. and it was very damp and humid, an obvious difference from the hallways.

1) The hotel itself is nice. 2) Excellent location 3) Parking is free and convenient 4) Front desk people were friendly and helpful 5) The only negative that I experienced was the furniture is dated. The mattress was kinda too firm and uncomfortable. The pillows are completely flat and did not help with sleep which left us sleepy and tired.

Overall, I would say our room was very clean, but the bed was enough to ruin our whole day. The pillows were as flat as pancakes, even stacking two on top of each other. The bed was so creaky and so hard, with every turn you made the bed was so loud. I was looking forward to a night of relaxing, and the bed made it far from possible. I was very disappointed.

Front desk was not welcoming at all..I even tried to throw in a joke because maybe she wasn’t having a good night and I get that because I’m in customer service but if you’re standing there I’m going to assume that you’re in a position to perform your job duties properly..she was not, didn’t even get a have a good night, enjoy your stay just a “yep” after I said thanks for my key. Other than that the room was nice, quiet and very comfy bed. I’d stay again.

The customer service was amazing. Carlos is friendly, knowledgeable and accomadating. Pamela at check in was upbeat and helpful.Jayla at the bar was so easy to talk with and provided great drinks. Amaya at check out was helpful and friendly as well. The staff helped make my stay enjoyable. Nice and clean room.

There seems to be a staffing issue for the property. Not enough employees for smooth transitions. The staff currently there are welcoming and helpful but they need a more fully staffed hotel to thive. This hotel could use a face lift to continue to show hilton standards

I don’t know what to put because even though the stay was decent this hotel overcharged my card and won’t refund what they owe me. Granted, I checked in through this third party, but when I book for $956 and then noticed I charged $1,414.40 after I left it puts a damper on things and they were trying to say I was asking for a cancellation refund, but I never cancelled. It’s the fact that I book for an amount and they make the mistake, but can’t rectify the issue.

My son recommended this hotel since it is close to the Naval base. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The hotel parking was easier in the parking garage across the street. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

I chose this hotel for the location. We were going to the Sandler Center and we were able to walk there and not have to worry about parking. The hotel hallway floor had litter on it the entire time we were there. They do not offer housekeeping except on request. They do give guests bottled water, free breakfast and parking. The room was quiet. The bed was not the most comfortable but the place served it's purpose. The location was very convenient.

This was one of my least satisfied hiltons I’ve have stayed in. It was extremely expensive for what I got. The water smelled so bad and ice machine didn’t work. The carpets were very stained everywhere, there was very limited parking. Breakfast was $16 per person! The only thing that was nice was the location and bed was comfortable.

We have stayed at this location a few times and have never been disappointed. The rooms, lobby, dining area, etc. are always clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, even when we checked in on Christmas Eve at almost 11:00 pm. Although the breakfast is not free, it is well priced, expensive, and yummy. My only negative is that we have to park in a deck across the street because there are no hotel spaces unless you're a Diamond Member. That said, the walk to the deck (free parking) is worth everything else.

The best thing about the hotel was the location. Plenty of dining and shops within walking distance. And parking was free. As for the hotel itself, it was not as clean as I would've liked. The shower was leaky and the toilet's flushing was super loud. Breakfast was also super disappointing. Given that it costs $17, you'd be much better off eating at one of the nearby restaurants than wasting the money on mediocre eggs and bacon that are barely kept warm by heating lamps.

Hilton Garden Inn charged too much for what it was. We were charged almost twice competitor's-rate for a one-night stay in a small room with a king size bed. I had considered somewhere else (maybe Marriott or Fairfield Inn), but wanted to give HGI a try; maybe I was missing something. The hotel wanted to charge for continental breakfast. We declined and went elsewhere.

Great location, standard no frills. Stains on the chair in the bedroom, the room didn’t smell clean at all, the bathtub was leaking. Extremely limited bar with a bartender who couldn’t make common drinks. You get what you pay for. The bed was decent. My special request was ignored. Wouldn’t stay again, but it served its purpose.
