DoubleTree by Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront South

Beach view was nice, parking not so much considering they charged $15 for the garage a night and $35 to park out front a night which is a little pricey considering the cost for one night. Overall the stay was decent, except for checkout the front desk staff was extremely rude and far from welcoming!

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Oceanfront Virginia Beach for a quick birthday getaway and had such a great experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome (and those signature cookies!) set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect—right on the oceanfront and just steps from the boardwalk, which made it easy to walk to restaurants and enjoy the beach without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view that made the trip feel extra special. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated how easy and stress-free the entire experience was, especially for a short getaway. Overall, it was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday—relaxing, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!

Everything was amazing !

Everything else was very nice and the receptionist Ms. Q was so pleasant and helpful when we checked in and out! She was polite, positive, helpful, and so pleasant to greet you when entering! The only negative was There was a big public works machine parked in front of hotel on the beach that distracted from the beautiful beach view.
