This is our second time here in the last 7 months. Very clean, friendly staff. It’s very close to restaurants and shopping, but not loud. Everything is updated. Only drawback is parking. If you get there early, no problem. Otherwise, if you get there late, you have to park in the parking lot of another hotel.

The hotel is located in a convenient location and it has a nice indoor pool and the free breakfast was good. The property was relatively clean overall but to our surprise, we found 2 big clear sticky films that had scunched up the surrounding areas on one of the fitted sheets. We were grossed out by the unknown sticky substance and were also dumbfounded that the cleaning staff had missed them. Our room also seemed to be under construction as there was a piece of wood hanging on the wall between the 2 beds.

This hotel is clean, newly renovated and in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower! They put fresh cookies out at 6 pm and there’s hot water and tea available in the lobby 24x7. The breakfast was okay, no waffles but they did have muffins and cinnamon rolls.

Both rooms I was given were ridden with mold. The bed smelled awful and was clearly saturated with mold spores. Unfortunately, I did not notice the smell until the third day because it seemed to have been masked by some disinfectant. I began experiencing symptoms of mold sickness (sore throat, coughing) after the first two nights, but I did not realize the symptoms were mold-related until I was finally able to identify the smell as mold two days later. The second room I was offered had lines of black mold surrounding the entire window frame, and the sill was virtually submerged in a pool of moisture. I suspect the mold pervades the entire hotel as there is not sufficient dehumidification. The building is a health hazard to its staff and guests, and it should be closed down until the mold can be remediated and preventative measures are put in place.

They don't change the sheets smelled so bad i had to sleep in opposite side of bed. I couldn't sleep. I reported in the morning, I was too tied and had to leave my work early due to thier lack of proper sanitation..BEWARE. call the hotel before you go to make sure they change the sheet and towel and the bedsheets and pillow cases so it does not smell orher people sweat. SAD

The woman at the check in desk was so friendly, helped get our luggage out of the car and then helped bring it to our room! This was a Holiday Inn Express not the Biltmore but she made us feel like it was. The room was updated, clean and the beds were really comfortable.

Well kept property, the rooms feel new and are very spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable...probably the best hotel bed I've ever had! The breakfast was good with plenty of options. We didnt use any of the other amenties as we arrived late and left early the next morning. Highly recommend!

This place was what was expected from other reviews. Really pleased with size of the room and comfort of the main bed. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress and is not comfortable. The pool is quite small and cold, hot tub very hot. Towels provided by pool, good for kids. Very quiet apart from air conditioning, but this noise does not bother us and we slept ok. It was clean over all but bit dated. Would consider staying again if in area.

Our check-in was great (very nice front desk clerk) but the staff after that couldn’t care less. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Our room on the top floor was nice and spacious but it’s not the most quiet place we’ve ever stayed. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. We couldn’t get our AC/heat to work and told a front desk person. We came back to a snarky note from their maintenance person telling us we had to adjust the temp on the wall unit which we already knew. We wanted to know how to get the fan running!

Property was clean and safe. Parking was a breeze. Staff was unfriendly and not accommodating. Very annoyed when asked if I could have 15 minute late checkout upon checking in. Rooms were nice and clean but I hurt my foot getting out of bed on a metal prong sticking out under bed frame. Thank you

The updating is a great improvement. It’s terrific to have the daily housekeeping again. Breakfast had great variety and was tasty. Rebecca Sloat at the front desk did a fantastic job of coordinating my different rooms for different lengths of time and she patiently updated my IHG account.

Great stay for a work trip. I have stayed at more expensive neighboring hotels and the holiday inn beats them. The staff were all so kind, my room was clean, and the breakfast alternated most days which I really enjoyed. Would recommend and will be back!

Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold oprions. Something for everyone. They even had take out containers and baggies. In case you wanted to take some with you.. or up to your room. Very comfotable beds. There was a power outage when we got back the one night and the staff were excellent. They had flashlights for us to use, and anwered any questions with efficiency. Would stay again.

Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold oprions. Something for everyone. They even had take out containers and baggies. In case you wanted to take some with you.. or up to your room. Very comfotable beds. There was a power outage when we got back the one night and the staff were excellent. They had flashlights for us to use, and anwered any questions with efficiency. Would stay again.

This hotel is clean, newly renovated and in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower! They put fresh cookies out at 6 pm and there’s hot water and tea available in the lobby 24x7. The breakfast was okay, no waffles but they did have muffins and cinnamon rolls.

Found the in room coffee maker was broken. The coffee at breakfast was cold again. Very poor quality Coffee. And the omelets were over cooked again. Was unable to eat them.

Great stay for a work trip. I have stayed at more expensive neighboring hotels and the holiday inn beats them. The staff were all so kind, my room was clean, and the breakfast alternated most days which I really enjoyed. Would recommend and will be back!

“Free breakfast” was just an added $10 charge compared to other Holiday Inn locations. Thought that was pretty silly for the food offered. Carpets had stains and there was mild dust accumulation in certain spots, but nothing horrible. I appreciated that the shower drain wasn’t clogged at all (this being the case in several of my recent hotel stays).

Another great stay here The rooms are always very nice and clean. The continental breakfast is not your typical fare...its an awesome breakfast offering and the bean to cup coffee is very good. The staff is always very nice and helpful! I like the location being central to the places we go. We will be back here.

Elevator was not working for hours. Room didn't have cups, coffee maker, or anything to make coffee or tea although there was a microwave. Even the dining space couldn't provide any microwavable cups. Dining space is too small. Corridor carpets are dirty. This hotel is like "cheap motel" and not all worth being paid $275 + taxes for a night! So disappointed.

Overall, a good stay at this Holiday Inn. The included breakfast was better than most places. The food was hot, bacon was regular sliced - not those thin super crispy ones, link sausages were great. Pancake machine instead of waffle maker. Like the trend of no in room coffee maker but going downstairs to lobby to use a coffee machine. Wish they would have a water station in lobby for water bottle refill. Room was good except our air conditioner wasn’t quite working properly. Told staff a/c fan had to be on all night to cool. If not, it’ll cycle off and never turn back on. Repair guy came second day but couldn’t find anything wrong. We were leaving next day so we didn’t push it, but I hope they get it fixed for next guests. Water pressure in shower could be better. But the breakfast was the best part.
