My family and I had a very nice and quiet stay over the past weekend at Baymont by Wyndham Seattle/Kirkland WA. Perhaps it would have been noisier, but we just missed the 4th of July visitors so we had a very relaxing time, it was quiet, felt safe, very friendly and helpful staff, the pool was nice with towels provided, the room supplied enough towels, and washcloths, and also had an area to set your luggage and bags in the closet (which was very convenient), there were also two sinks, which were helpful with having little kids and in general, the location is excellent close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, the freeway entrance, etc. The breakfast options were plentiful and the lady staffing breakfast was a very hard worker and very nice. Cold water machine in the lobby and the front desk staff gave me some snacks and water for our kiddos, that was a nice touch!! We would definitely visit again in the summer due to when the pool is open.

This hotel was adequate. Breakfast had a lot of options (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereals, etc.). There was also a mini gym on site with a few machines. The facility seemed a little older, but kept clean. One negative was that the front desk person forgot to give me my ID and credit card back when we checked in, and they didn't call with a reminder. I only noticed after we returned from dinner (husband paid), but I was able to retrieve them without issue. (TBF, we had done a lot of driving that day and my brain was elsewhere.)

The indoor hot tub was a nice feature I didn't expect, It's location is close to the freeway but the building was so quiet I didn't hear the traffic. The facilities were clean and they have a nice breakfast.

There were cockroaches in the hotel room and they are not giving a refund so I have to dispute the hotel charge. Staff was not friendly when I told them about the situation. It was disgusting. Will never stay again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was great and very kind, parking was easy, although we did not use it pool looked clean! Hotel is a bit outdated. Everything was clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Would stay again if visiting the area. Also booked online 30 minutes before arriving and was as advertised and very easy good service. Also has included breakfast which was good! Again, simple, nothing fancy, not over the top but just right for a quick sleep, shower and food before getting back on the road . Cleanliness vs value was perfect.

There was globs of wet silicone caulk in the shower that got into my son’s hair and we had to cut it out. The hairdryer started to smoke when we tried to use it. The pillows are the worst I have ever slept on. There is a lot of noise from the highway. The property overall is very run down. The breakfast is sub par. I brought the caulk and hairdryer issue to the attention of the front desk. It should have warranted financial compensation, but I was only offered a bottle of water. I’d avoid this place like the plague. I will definitely be contacting Expedia about this.

We were only staying one night, and we’re just looking for a place to sleep. This room was that. The bathtub was dirty. The fire alarm went off for about five minutes. They told us that food delivery could come straight to our room, but then disappeared so the food delivery guy had to call us to the front lobby. And, when the fire alarm did go off, nobody answered the phone at the front desk.

Comfortable beds. Love the 2 sinks: one in the bathroom and another just outside it. We think maybe the 2nd one used to be a wet bar. Super friendly at check in as well as fast! A bit more traffic noise than expected all night long. But other than that we would likely choose this location again.

The Baymont is really a motel, not a hotel with exterior entrances and walkways with each room. The furnishings are very dated but clean. The tub/toilet room has a light that is on a timer triggered to be on by a motion detector. This results in taking most of your shower in the dark as the light only stays on a minute or two when no motion detected. I did not see any homeless people or strangers wandering around so that was good. The breakfast had many selections both hot and cold and the coffee was good. One side of the motel faces the Highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. I recommend a white noise device.

Half asleep me checked in and the receptionist was still very helpful, informative and understanding, even though I was deliriously tired. Next morning I got locked out of my room 15 minutes before check out and the morning receptionist was also very helpful, understanding and very quick to help as I was in a time restraint; while also still taking care of other clients (she was waiting for the them to find their form of payment). She even offered me a couple waters to take with me since the weather was heating up. The cooked breakfast could have been better, but there were so many great take away options, it canceled out the mediocre cooked breakfast. Overall good place to stay; at the very least you get friendly staff!

Terrible check in experience. The gal who helped us needs to realize she is customer service/hospitality. If she doesn’t like people then get a job where you aren’t required to interact with people as your job. 0 star if I could, we will never stay here again, ever.

What a great little hotel tucked away in Kirkland! I wasn’t expecting much due to the affordable price but the beds were comfortable and the location was secure and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with lots of offerings. I’ll definitely be back.
