The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of yummy options. The property is nicely spread out, and we didn’t use the pool but heard lots of people playing in it so it’s probably nice. The only issue we had was that the Keurig in our room was broken, but thankfully they had coffee in the breakfast lounge.

Great staff! Great lobby coffee machine! This hotel was booked because of the hot tub amenity. I asked one staff member where the hot tub was located and he indicated he wasn't aware of one. The staff member at the front desk indicated it was waiting for a part. Please update the listing accordingly if this amenity remains unavailable.

We stayed two nights and it was terrific. Whole Foods was perfect to grab snacks, close restaurants for dinner and breakfast, walking trail to take a walk after a long day of travel. Tried to use the pool, but brrr, it was cold. Used the hot tub instead. It was a little inconvenient to have the hot tub and pool in different places, but it’s all good. Breakfast was great-hot coffee and waffles, what could be better?! Easy to get to, close to lots of activities, clean and comfy-will definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, breakfast was limited with mediocre coffee. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service from Friday evening until we left on Sunday… fortunately it broke after we got settled into our room.

Nice hotel, smelled clean, close to diner, smooth elevator. Shower wall and tub had soap scum left behind. The window was drafty when closed, wind was able to move the curtains. The cost to drink the bottled water provided in the room 2.00 was ridiculous. Also no information directory on table. Besides what rhe front desk told us, it woud have been nice to review what amenities were ,available, any near by resturants, besides the pancake house, and our key stopped working.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it wasnt good. Cleanliness was lacking. Hair, blood, kleenex/toilet paper bits in bathroom plus a nice big spider. Our toilet was plugged on arrival so we complained. They handed me the plunger. I thought this was odd but proceeded to plunger the clogged toilet(that we didnt clog). I tried for 10 minutes and was unsuccessful. I complained to front end staff again so they moved us to another room. That room wasnt any better. This time both the toilet and shower were plugged. I complained again. This time staff tried to unplug the toilet(they were also unsuccessful) but managed to unclog the shower. I wanted to move my family to a different hotel and I probably should have, but we decided to stick it out. We were able to use a toilet 3 floors down by the pool, obviously very inconvenient. On checkout I complained once more avout the issues and got two words, "sorry sir." Nevertheless, I cant recommend this hotel to anyone, and we wont stay here again.

After checking in with the front desk we were in a hurry to our entertainment event we traveled up to see. Later that evening we saw the filthy light switch and substance smeared in the wall, it was disgusting! I reported to desk staff in the morning and showed pictures. No apologies but nodded in agreement that cleaning staff needs to focus on cleaning frequently touched surfaces.

The room was not very clean. It had an unpleasant smell. When I went to lie down on the bed, there was food on the bed.I think they didn't clean it well. We stayed two nights and three days, and they did not come in to change the towels or take out the trash. It was not a good experience to stay there

The Redmond Inn worked well for us. The staff was helpful. The facilities and room were clean and roomy. The parking was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast that was available. The price was good compared to many of the quality hotels in the area. We will stay there again.

Hotel is very noisy from the floor above. We can hear every step and all the squeeky sound right on our heads. I don't know if it's Halloween season but the lady who did our check in was very creepy. Overall it was a ugly experience, a night without sleeping due to excessive noise from the floor above.

Lovely area and the hotel was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room did not work and there was no mattress in the pull out couch so my son had to sleep on top of the couch cushions which was not comfortable at all.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. Area itself felt pretty safe. They had a 24-hr coffee station which was a nice touch. They did serve breakfast, but it was mediocre in my opinion. No eggs or protein, only waffles and bagels. Otherwise great stay!

Overall, the property was decent. My only issue was that our room was never cleaned. We asked for our garbage to be removed and the floor to be vacuumed. Nothing else. We had to ask a few times for that to happen. The front desk staff were really great. The coffee machine was my favourite. Definitely a decent place to stay.

First of all let me commend the entire front desk staff with a shout out to Mary. She had a big smile the moment we walked in and was incredibly efficient and friendly. You don’t find this kind of customer service a lot any more. The rest of the ladies were also great. Overall, the hotel is very clean. There were a few issues getting our room cleaned every other day as they posted on a notice in our room. Once I requested it be cleaned they did it right away and did a good job, They did say they were short staffed but I think if they can only manage a once every 3 day service they should tell you up front and on the off days should at least empty your garbage and supply towels. The hotel is a bit shabby chic and bathrooms need upgrading but the mattresses and pillows were good so that made up for a lot.its very convenient to literally everywhere. For the price, location and all around cleanliness and comfort Id recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly option.

Checkin was ridiculous. I stood at the desk for a full 30 minutes, while a line formed behind me, while the desk staff helped guests who felt they could just walk up an be waited on before the people in line. Its ridiculous that such rudeness is tolerated.

Broken Elevator – My wife was stuck in an elevator for over 20 minutes. She used the emergency call button for help, but no one responded. Assistance was only provided after I personally went to the front desk and asked for it. Cleanliness Issues – Throughout our stay, there were beer cans left in the stairwells and hallways. It looked like someone had intentionally placed them there. The real concern is that the cleaning crew never noticed or removed them—they remained there for all three days of our visit.

You would think that being right off of the highway, that this would have been a noisy place to stay. It was not. The Redmond Inn was perfect. It was clean, quiet, near so many shops and restaurants and close to the park. We were able to walk there every morning. We will stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great hotel for the price. The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean, neat, and well laid out. The highway, Whole Foods, coffee, bagels, etc. are right across the street and Redmond Town Center is a short drive away.

Everything was relatively good, except breakfast. It was the worst in hotel breakfast I have ever had. No eggs, no cheese or sliced ham, you won’t find any veggies. Only bread, butter, jam, pancakes, oranges and apples available. Also if you wish you can make a quick prep oatmeal. But this hotel offers good free of charge parking and the king size bed was good. It has to be outlined because it’s an advantages.

Overall, it has exceeded my expectations. The Inn is at a great location, close to Redmond Town Center. Clean, safe and quiet. No odd smell. Bed was comfortable. Love the Nest shampoo they gave. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Very pleasant stay.

It’s always an easy trip staying here. The staff is very friendly, it’s nice that they offer a free breakfast although options are pretty limited. It’s an older hotel but I’ve always had a clean and comfortable experience here. The staff definitely make this hotel better, they really care about your experience. The 24/7 access to coffee/tea/hot chocolate is also a nice touch.

Great value for the hotel. Easy to find and a great location. We stayed and travelled into the ball games at T-Mobile Park and it was about 25-30 minutes drive. Breakfast is basic, waffles and toasted items, yogurt and juices/milk, fruit, but was nice to have. Pool not open til late May, but hot tub was nice. Get 15% off at the Pancake House on property. Would definitely stay again...

The hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was just ok. No hot food except for oatmeal and waffles, which you had to make yourself. I ate bagels with cream cheese and yogurt. They also had hard-boiled eggs in a plastic, two-pack, bananas, and apples.
