Nice clean room and pool area. Good breakfast.

We found a GREAT sushi restaurant next door. Q Sushi. Ask at the desk how to get there. About $15 per bento box, if you eat there. I recommend you eat there. This hotel is very nice. Hot tub was clean and hot. Nice gym. Great staff.

The pillows were aweful, very old and lumpy. Beds parent great either. (All 6 pillows in the room were terrible, so we didnt feel calling down to replace would do much) The blue lights from the bathroom area light up a lot of the room, we had to stack towels against the mirror to try and darken it for sleeping. The breakfast was not refilled often enough. Pastries were totally empty and long waits for more sausage. The pool was great, but the hot tub the paint/coating is falling off all over it. The staff were all very nice and check and and check out were great. Location was also very convenient.

The cleaning staff was not helpful at all, the room was dirty. I went to the fitness Center to workout and it was smaller than my bedroom with no water or towels. The equipment was outdated and so were the rooms. The hotel is in a desperate need of a renovation.

Pool was closed which was the only reason we stayed there. Otherwise everything was average

Inside of the property was very clean. We were able to get connecting rooms. Also, it had a nice indoor pool and hot tub.

The elevator was terrifying. Then in the morning it was broke and I had to carry my 40lb suitcase down 5 flights of stairs

Easy access to light rail. Close to most stores. Looks like they’re trying to clean up the rooms/remodel. Breakfast wasn’t all that. No outdoor seating for customers to sit or smoke. Great pool/hot tub and laundry/fitness. Friendly staff but lack of knowledge/follow through with requests (ie extra towels) The bed needs replaced.

When I booked this hotel for 1 night on Expedia, I made the request to have a high floor on a quiet side as I’m a light sleeper. When I checked in online directly with the hotel, I noted the same room request. I completely understand that my request isn’t guaranteed. When I went to front desk right in check in time at 3pm, I was given room 118, a room on the first floor closest to the front desk and breakfast dining room. I feel it’s one of the worst rooms given the location. I could hear the front desk talking to customers from the room. I texted asking if there was another room I could switch to and they offered an upgrade at a minimum $10 extra. I declined after discussing with my partner as we thought it might be quieter at night. The room was pretty quiet later in the night. At 2am, there was a woman yelling from another room. Not the fault of the hotel and it eventually stopped after a few minutes. At 6am when breakfast started, I could hear constant noise from customers eating breakfast. It wasn’t a restful night. I’m not sure if I got this room because I didn’t book directly with the hotel and the hotel didn’t seem that busy. A lot of positives: room was clean, had a microwave and small fridge, free coffee and water in the lobby, a good complimentary breakfast, nice size pool and hot tub, small gym with free weights, a Peloton, and a few other machines. Front desk staff I interacted with was efficient but not very friendly. Wouldn’t stay again due to the noise.

Clean room

We found this hotel, terribly lacking, and would never book another stay. From the filthy tub, to the no carpet in the room or hallways, and sticky floors this was a big disappointment. The rooms were stark with no decor at all. This is one hotel that will never be recommended.

Very clean, so convenient for the train, good area, friendly staff, loved my stay.

The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The price was affordable.

I did end up finding my room somewhat dirty. My daughter ended up finding 2 lighters and I later found a used condom and some surgical scissors under the bed. None of us smoke or had any of those things with us. But the breakfast was so good and such a convenient spot for food.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and looked newly renovated. Definitely a comfortable and pleasant experience—would stay again!

There was no carpet in either the hallway on the 2nd floor or our room, It made it very loud.. also no pictures or decorations in our room, it made it seem very cold and sterile. Tv was also very small .No ice machine on our floor. This room was over $250 not worth the money, will not return

Great property the only downsides were some of the pillows were too thin and small. The walls were paper thin so you could hear your neighbours but no outside noise. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Onsite laundry was a plus

Everything was wonderful except for the noisy air conditioner. I don’t think it was the actual compressor kicking in. I think it was the fan had something stuck in it, but it was loud and kept us having a hard time sleeping

Liked everything except the beds. They were way on the soft side. So much so if you got to close to the edge you’d slide off.

Our room is on 218 its so noisy. Always heard the exit door banging and we heard noise in the corridor. I stayed for two days and its supposed to be quiete place for us to relax.Were so dissapointed. Our room is not sound proof. We can hear inside people chatting in the corridor.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The central air unit in my room was antiquated. No numbers just a knob to adjust cold or warm. The cover was broken so when opened it to change the temperature, it fell off. The desk chair was loose and I almost fell over twice. The room was large. I loved the decor and the bed was extremely comfortable. TV is also old. I prefer streaming so a Smart TV would have been better.

Overall, a very good stay at La Quinta. Various staff at check in and check out were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and quiet, despite being close to a busy intersection. Bed was overall too soft for my liking. Showerhead power was good. Sink was outside of the shower/toilet. TV had a lot of channels. Coffee machine, fridge, and microwave was convenient to have in the room. Free breakfast was good quality. Great real scrambled eggs and fresh tasting orange juice. Waffle maker was nice and good coffee available throughout the day. Pool, hot tub, and small gym were standard and fine. Very good for this level of hotel.

You have to pay to check in even just 30 minutes early. Ridiculous. There was a strong scent of bleach and cleaning supplies as if they were over compensating. The hotel basically got the landlord special, just painted over mistakes rather than actually fixing them. Staff were not very friendly. But all in all it was fine.

Would not allow early check in. (Unless I paid $25 ). I have stayed here every three months for at least five years and was never told this policy. They did not care about me, just their new policy. I have other good options. Other hotels appreciate customers.

We had a great stay. The staff was outstanding, starting with the young lady who prior to our arrival found the missing footrest for their wheelchair so that we were able to use theirs and did not have to bring our own. Our room was really comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was great and included several hot options.

A nice play to stay and catch the Skytrain to Seattle. Check in was a little odd… I arrived early at 12:30 and the front desk processed everything, said the room was ready and had the card in her hands about to hand it over. My friend then asked “oh we get to check in?” And she said oh no you have to pay $25 for early check in when I swore she was just about to hand the cards to me. Which is fine. But then she said that if I joined the rewards program I’d be able to check in early for free. So I was like oh neat I’m actually already a rewards member. She looked up my account and said I couldn’t check in because I was only a newcomer (Blue) tier. Which was extremely odd because if I’d signed up for rewards that day I still would’ve been a blue member?? A gimmick to get you to sign up but if you’re already signed up they don’t care? Just created an extremely awkward situation that didn’t make sense so we just left for our event and checked back in extremely late in the evening. At which point they had to make us new room cards again, so what was even the point of making them the first time if she didn’t intend to let us have them?

The property is new, which is good, but the service was terrible because the front desk person was not willing to help or be supportive, or change or accommodate when the wrong room size was booked and needed to be changed. After two hours of calling and talking to the front desk, person between her and another company with the booking, she finally went ahead and accommodate the change. I did not have to wait two hours for this to happen.

The staff here were super welcoming, helpful, and so kind! The facility was very clean & easy to find. Within walking distance of the light rail if you’re wanting to visit nearby Seattle.

We were in town for medical reasons and stayed here. Location is perfect in Lynnwood, easy to get to everything you need. Hotel was clean, spacious and had a great layout.

The location of the property is excellent in convenience. Access to local merchants and the freeway could not be any easier.

Excellent stay, we wanted to be close to transit as we were heading to Seattle for a concert. Jaqueline at the front desk was especially helpful!. Good hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels etc. Will definitely stay again! It was also juat a few mins to Alderwood Mall.

Great location if you are okay with taking a 30 minute train ride into Seattle. Only a couple minute walk to the train station. Included breakfast was great with a fresh waffle station and the room was large.

The room was spacious and clean. But early in the morning we kept hearing the staff talking SO loud on our floor. And consistently making loud noises. We had attended a concert and got back to our room late, so wanted to sleep a little later. But it was impossible with all the noise. Also, we were disappointed that the complimentary breakfast ended at 9am. We could’ve got it if it went til 10am or even 9:30am. Seems like the time should be a little later than 9am on a weekend for those guests that are staying there from attending late night events. I can’t imagine all guests want to wake up at 7am. Some of us have late nights and would appreciate quiet til 9am and breakfast offered til 9:30am.

Everything was lovely, as expected from the reviews we read, however the breakfast was not anywhere ideal. We were disappointed and did not even bother to return on our second morning. We have stayed at many hotels offering complimentary breakfasts and this was way below standard in our opinion. Everything else about the hotel was lovely! The staff, the cleanliness, the parking and overall feeling was exactly what the reviews said!

We had a comfortable stay. The only thing that I would request is that they extend the breakfast hour to 10 AM rather than till 9 AM.

The breakfast was quite small in food amount and seating

Hotel was neat and tidy. asked for a hard wood floor and they gave the same. staff were friendly. only minor thing I noticed is about the complimentary breakfast. i was told it will be available till 9am. but after 8:45am they stop replenishing items. you need to go little early.

Only one working elevator was inconvenient. Breakfast is a bit of a disaster as there were way too many people for the space, huge lineuos to get to the food, nowhere to sit and eat, and not much food available due to the number of people.
