Only one elevator worked. I had to walk half a mile to get to my room

Unbelievebul that two lifts were not working.

Clean, comfortable room with coffee & dining in the lobby. Did not like paying for parking.

Joni was an absolute gem of a server, we enjoyed our dinner so much! Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for unwinding between flights. Sad to see the pool filled in. It used to be beautiful. Now it’s a gym and an open area.

staffs are helpful . Lifts or elevator are too old and not funtioning!

Comfortable bed, broken elevator had to lug our luggage down several flights of stairs…

Excellent place to stay close to the airport for early morning flights. Aqua Terra is sufficient for breakfast with attentive service, and there are a few other nearby options for lunch and dinner if necessary (Sharps is excellent). There's also a fitness center right in the atrium, a nice place to get some exercise.

The elevators are a mess

Standard hotel next to the airport. Was given bare minimum provided in a standard hotel, two bottles of water, keurig machine for coffee etc, but expect to pay for every single thing. Internet fee was charged despite being Mariott Bonvoy member, parking is steep $35 a night despite not being in urban downtown area, and there is no free breakfast or coffee you see at a typical business oriented hotel. Facilities were clean and secure.

The hotel itself was very nice and inconvenient location. It was very clean and remodeled. The parking was very tight and wrapped around the building. We had to walk a long way to the front door, which was the only one open. I understand that in this area that is probably for security. Better instruction on where to check in would have been helpful. I feel this location could be difficult for somebody who has mobility issues.

Room met our needs but after our 5 year old ran around in bare feet for a half hour their feet were black with dirt. Sort of made you wonder about other stuff in the room.

Room was very modern.. however, I think the floors could use a good cleaning. They are a dark brown wood veneer flooring, and I needed to wipe a spill of water. The white washcloth came up with a lot of dirt, as if the floors hadn’t been mopped for quite a while. Swept maybe, but not mopped with cleansers. But, overall the room was very quiet and bed extremely comfy. Very much appreciated the airport shuttle.

The property is very old, the parking costs are outrageous and the room smelled terrible. There was mold in the shower and the rooms are so tiny. This would be fine for a cheap hotel but this is not that so it seems very unacceptable. I would never stay here again. I will look for nicer accommodations. Also check was so slow.

I arrived late at night and went straight to bed. The next morning, while rinsing my hair in the shower, I noticed that the tile and grout were in an unacceptable condition. The grout was covered with brown scum and visible mold—indicative of prolonged neglect, not a minor oversight. I tested the area with a washcloth, and the grime wiped away easily, confirming that it had not been cleaned for a significant period. This discovery immediately raised further concerns: if this level of cleanliness was overlooked in such a visible area, what other aspects of hygiene might also be lacking? Were the sheets properly laundered? Could there be other sanitary issues I couldn't see? It was deeply unsettling and frankly, unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber. I brought this to management’s attention, hoping for a reasonable resolution. I approached the conversation respectfully, recognizing that mistakes happen and providing an opportunity for the hotel to make it right. Unfortunately, their response did not reflect that same courtesy. Instead of offering a full refund, they proposed a modest discount and loyalty points toward a future stay. While I have stayed at this property before, this experience failed to meet the expectations set by previous visits. A sincere acknowledgment of the issue and a full refund would have demonstrated accountability and customer care. Instead, the response I received conveyed a focus on policy over guest satisfaction.

bedding was not clean and reused. Found lots of hair on the bedding.

Kind of older and a Little Dirty looking

My room was not so clean. Greasy hand prints on the phone and floor didn’t look swept or vacuumed.

Heater was broken. Super cold in the room all night. When I inquired about a discount Front desk said I should have called to have it fixed. We got in a 11pm and just wanted to try and get some sleep before our flight the next morning...Not worry about a repair being done. Not related but the celing tile over the toilet had mildew or mold on it. Didnt report it.

The bathroom was not cleaned very well. The shower and the tile around the shower appeared to have mold in it.

Just okay, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are small, bathroom sliding door was broken, wifi wasn't free (which is hilarious) and no free breakfast. Ceiling feels like it's about 7 1/2 ft high, really old ice machines and no vending. Would not book here again.

Too much light in the room quite noise at night shower from neightboor rooms too loud and heater unit was loud as well when it came on

The fridge is tiny and could barely hold a few beverages. Also, the absence of a microwave in the room is a real inconvenience for families or those staying multiple days with some leftovers.

We chose the hotel because it's close to the airport and has a shuttle. It was at the end of a cruise to Alaska. The lobby area was freezing. I don't know why they keep it that cold. The staff was very nice and the food was great. The room was clean and comfortable but a little dated. Overall we were satisfied.

Thin walls. Very noisy all day and night

The property was nice and the beds were comfy BUT the way the rooms are configured you have glass doors facing an event space. There were kids and adults playing and talking at midnight. They weren’t even trying to be loud but the sounded carried and it was if the people were in your room. Had to call 2x front desk before the situation was resolved. unfortunately, won’t stay there again.

Arrived late. Bed comfortable and room quiet despite proximity to stairs/elevator. Breakfast in restaurant good. Bathroom door was a disaster … suspended, sliding variety that barely moves. Had to work hard to open/close … wife could not budge.

Bed was super comfy, room had nice amenities and was spacious.

Great staff. They provided a fast and easy check in process. The complimentary water was really nice. The restaurant has fresh and tasty meal options and the waiter was sweet and attentive. Bedrooms were neat and tidy just a little dusty on the furniture. I would stay here again.

Seems like the property is understaffed. We checked in late and waited over 20 minutes at check-in. Then got to our room. Not enough towels for the # of people on the reservation. Super expensive for what you get.

There was a HUGE line of guest waiting to be checked in and’s there was only one person at the counter. I don’t believe that there is NO ONE at the back office who can’t come out to check guests in.

They are not helpful at all

Mercedes at the check in desk was so awesome and kind. She is a gem of a human being.

Excellent service

I work in high end hospitality and was not expecting such amazing service from a Marriott. Sebastian at the front desk offered 5 star service at check in and even followed up later by text. The restaurant and bar service was very friendly and top notch as well. Super convenient to the airport with a 24/7 airport shuttle for a very early flight. I very much enjoyed my short stay and would recommend to everyone.

Bad customer service

Check-in was slow. Long line. Two people to check-in and one spent 15 minutes with one customer, while there was a line of 10 .

The staff were awesome. Close to the lightrail station and 10 minutes from airport.

The property was good. It’s just that there were vagrants walking around outside and Trash on the sidewalks.

Great option if you want to stay close to the airport. They have a free shuttle every 15 minutes. It was perfect for us since we had an early morning flight.

Very good for short layover. Airport shuttle 24 hr . 5 min from airport. Restaurants onsite . Clean quiet room. For a layover usually all that matters is being close to airport. But others in close proximity are really basic. This is a nice hotel, nice lobby and restaurants. So actually a nice layover experience and I would probably consider staying here even longer because of amenities and quality of the hotel. It has conference spaces so definitely an upscale feel

Room was great! Bed is excellent! (King) Bathroom perfect!!! Shower in bathroom excellent! Check in was good. Hotel is very spacious & well taken care of. Transportation at airport was very well explained in email. Didn’t have to wait too long. Only negative comment was the food . Very disappointed in the restaurant menu & prices. $28 for two pieces of Cod ( extremely thin), 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, 3 tablespoons of ketchup and tons of fries!!!! You’re at the mercy of the hotel after traveling all day and you are starving!

Just stayed 1 night. Had a nice meal and a couple of cocktails. We ate in the bar area. Server was good and friendly. Will stay again.

Staff is wonderful at this Marriott. In the restaurant, the clam chowder is just the best! Great hotel!

The place is ok the front desk lady was new and was left alone. They say that there is room service but when I tried to order there was nobody to deliver so I had to go get my food over all the place is way overpriced!

The best part was the lobby bar. Good cocktails and great service. Check in was ok. Wish they would've directed me to the room better. I ended up walking in a huge circle to find it. Also didn’t feel safe on the ground floor near the lobby and I was by myself. Shuttle service is great until 20 people want it at the same time in the morning. Room was large and comfortable though. Lobby with outdoor feel is a plus

Service at bar area was horrible, didn’t even get a chance. Sat at a table for 10 min and nobody even serviced us. Extra for parking I thought was ridiculous. Room was good.
