We appreciated the 24-hour shuttle service to airport. Our rooms were comfortable. Travelers shouldn't be confused about this property's name. There is no skybridge to the hotel, which is about a mile from the airport.

Hotel is great for shuttle services. Nice little restaurant onsite. Wouldnt really walk around in this neighborhood especially evenings/nights. Few crumbs on floor that housekeeping missed, but all in all met our needs for an early am flight departure. Shuttles run 24 hours per day, 3 times per hour (every 20 minutes on the hour).

This is the hotel I frequently use for pre-flight stays. I enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the food is good and the rooms are nice. The hotel is dated as you can see in areas but it’s clean and comfortable. You can take the shuttle to the airport or walk the 10 minutes across the sky bridge. I use the park n fly. It’s close and convenient with affordable prices.

The staff was friendly and efficient at check in. The room was clean, but it seems like the room needs a refresh. The light switch when entering is only for the entryway. There are no other switches for the room lights, so you need to go into the room with only light from the entry, which isn't well lit. The bathroom has a "barn door". I hate these. They are not good for privacy. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, though. The beds are good enough for a night, kind of hard, but I wouldn't want a long term stay there. The "smart" TV won't allow you to stream your own accounts, so we could not watch things that we had planned for the evening. Breakfast is not included in the stay. You have to pay thirty bucks for parking in their lot. I love the fact that the hotel is right across International Blvd. and there is a skybridge close to the hotel. You can walk to the airport terminals or the light rail. Overall, it's good for a night before flying out and I'd stay here again.

What a surprising treat! The hotel has been obviously and recently refurbished and they’ve done a great job. For the price, it offered unexpected luxe touches in the attractive and comfortable room. Nice overall setup felt like almost a suite vs just a room. Great bathroom, great bedding. I don’t think I’ll have a need to return because I live in Seattle but will definitely recommend to visitors!

The rooms were really small. We had a room with two queens and there wasn’t enough room to lay our suitcases out. Additionally, not many electrical plugs. We both have cpap machines and we needed an extensions cord to plug one of the machines in. We also arrived in the room and there was food on counter from the prior occupant .

We had an extended road trip with multiple stays. The one thing that stood out here was lack of tv apps and streaming ability just about every hotel had Netflix. The wifi was so bad we couldn’t watch our apps on our iPad. The room itself was clean and comfy.. also a little small compared the others we stayed at. Food was good, nicely appointed and great location yo airport.

My front desk experience with June was below average. She had two gentlemen in front of us that she gave them complete information about their room and the services available. When it was our turn she had no words of about the hotel just smiled and gave us our key. I had to ask about the information that I over heard the gentlemen receive. She appologied. Hmm. After that I got to my room and it was a handicap room. Never was told and we did not request one. Went back down and asked and she said she could give me a smaller room however the larger rooms were all handicap and by the elevator. Maybe she have said something at check in. Got a new room which was fine. When went to leave the card she gave us to get out of the parking lot did not work and I had to go back inside at 3am to request help. She had not loaded the card correctly. Ok place to stay for a night however the lack of check-in skills was not acceptable. Best part was the bartender he took great care and our dinner was good.

I was very impressed with the airport hotel. The lobby is modern and sleek. The staff were friendly and VERY helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Happy hour made me happy. The room's furnishings were modern and very comfortable. It looks like it was is was renovated recently.... Most important - my early morning flight was canceled and I was rescheduled for 10PM.. They allowed me to stay until 2 in the room to relax and get some sleep. That is customer service!

There must be some sort of training program the staff have to go through that is superior to most. From the wait staff, front desk personnel to the housekeeping staff, we were treated with cheerful friendliness. Made a great stay that much more enjoyable.

This was a perfect option for our brief overnight layover at SEA. The hotel is literally across the street from the airport and there is a convenient shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes for most of the day and night. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice. There was a restaurant that provided room service with good pizza. There was even free coffee in the morning as we waited for the shuttle bus.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay the night before an early morning flight. There is a pedestrian bridge that leads both to the light rail system that can take you to downtown Seattle (and other places) and leads right into the airport. We got a bite at the restaurant in the hotel and not only was the food good, the service was great with a very friendly gentleman helping us. The staff in the restaurant and at check-in were very helpful, gave us great information, and also suggested that I try the clam chowder (which I did and it was great). Would stay again.

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was acceptable. Restaurant had good food. Quick and easy shuttle service to and from the airport. We’ll stay there next time in Seattle.

10/10 Great, easy check-in, Cozy room with comfy bed, Had drinks and dinner at the bar, the food was surprisingly good. Kasey at the bar was fabulous. Read the clientele. Coffee to go the next morning waiting for the shuttle

Very pleasant front desk staff and the dining room for was amazing, truly fine food so far abve other hotels. Recommend going there even if not staying there. Congenital shuttle service to airport as well. Very pleased with my choice to use it, would again.

Perfect place to stay to visit Seattle for baseball, football or looking around! Literally a 5 minute walk to the airport and less to the light rail system which every city in the country should have!! 2nd time staying and we will be back. So convenient. PS-more wall hooks in the bathrooms please!

I had a handicapped king room. The bathroom was wonderful... Great shower, etc. The bed was very comfy, although a bit low to the ground (my knees are hurting). Really miss the rotating restaurant. Hopefully they can bring it back.

We stay here every time we travel. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport, which is very convenient. The restaurant has delicious food and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and bed is super comfortable.

Great Hotel and close to airport you can take the shuttle or walk via a catwalk just a block away. Also can catch the tram to go anywhere. People that work there are very friendly and acknowledge you evertime they see you. Will stay there again.
