About what you'd expect, fine for the price. I would add a warning about the parking shuttle. The shuttle was a great convenience and worked fine, with 2 notes: (1) They may tell you to call to be picked up. They never answered the phone when we did so (3pm on a weekday), though the shuttle did show up anyway (stops 1a and 3d) and (2) in the morning they claim the shuttle leaves on the half hour from 2am forward, and that you need not reserve it. In my experience it left early (7 minutes to the hour), which could have meant I would have missed it (had I not been early). It should NOT leave earlier than advertised -- I recommend verifying with the front desk in advance.

Convenient location. Several pieces of equipment were "Out of Order". Two vending machines on the 3rd floor, 1/2 of the toaster in the breakfast area, and the juice dispenser in the breakfast area. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the price was good.

Used this hotel for the day whilst waiting for an evening flight. The official check in was in the afternoon but the receptionist kindly got us in a room mid morning. The hotel was fair to be honest and did the job within the budget. The hotel transfer upon arrival wasn’t good and used an uber due to the phone not working.

The room was average. Not exceptional in any way, nor was there a problem. The airport shuttle was a major problem because of the surly and incommunicative driver who unloaded my bag at a stop that was not mine. Fortunately the bag was retrieved before it was taken. He played a Christian radio station loudly the entire time. Very unprofessional and quite offensive to those of other faiths.

Arrived little early for check in ( 9a.m.) after a long flight. They were very busy with lots of cruise passengers. Waited till 12 noon and myroom was not ready. Was very tired from overnight flight and they offered me a different room in basement area and I took it . It was not the same kind of room and a few bed bugs got me badly as well. Not.my day!

This hotel is old and dated and had a nasty moldy smell in the room I was also super itchy the whole time I stood there I asked them to check for bed bugs cuz I was getting bit they said there weren’t & there was nothing they could do. Also the 2nd night the tv broke & they told me they had no one to fix it I had to wait till the next day so I had to figure it out myself. I would never stay here again

The rooms and the hotel is very dated. The carpet and furniture were stained and dirty. The worse thing was the hortible smell in the roo.! Mildewy and disinfectant smaell was overwhelming.

There was no internet at all especially when we need it the most for our flights checkin and had to use hotspot from my son's cellphone which he just bought an e-sim card for our trip to Hong Kong and it was completely drained. He did not intend to use it here at this Quality Inn hotel and now had to repurchase it for our trip, so now this hotel cost him to pay extra.

It was fine as far as airport hotels go. I’ve certainly had way worse. However the vinyl flooring in the hallways was an awful choice. Could hear every step and everything echoed. Could also not get consistent water temperature in the shower, would go from scalding hot to ice cold. I liked that the airport shuttle runs 24/7 and the person running the check in counter was very nice and friendly even though it was 1am.

I can’t complain about the cleanliness or customer service, but the building itself is old and in not that great of condition. It wouldn’t have bothered me if not for the fact I was hardly able to sleep due to the noise. The door to the room was not well sealed and the hallway floor is vinyl, so the sound of people talking, luggage carts rolling, and what I can only assume was laundry bins being pushed by night workers echoed like crazy. The worst part though was that when the guest in the room above walked around it sounded like a herd of elephants directly above my head. Pros: the price was right, there was free onsite parking, and no other big issues.

The people who work there are friendly and helpful and doing a good job. As far as the building goes, the only thing that is going to help it is a bulldozer. It is old, floors are uneven and creek, especially in the hallway but in the rooms too. Our room smelled musty but was clean. The room had everything you need like a mini fridge, microwave, and desk but the room is very cramped. Two people can't walk around at the same time. The bed was firm and we had plenty of pillows, which I like, but the mattress also saged. The breakfast in the morning is waffle, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. Overall it is just OK and fell below my expectations based on other Quality Inns I've visited.

It was a nice stay, the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the parade above my room early in the morning. The people above me were walking around, which I could easily hear because the ceiling would creak... im guessing there must not be much insulation

the place in general feels worn out. It smelled a little like cigar. The AC and fridge were very noise at night. I could hear someone snoring on the room next to me because of the thin walls. Pillows are small and square instead of regular size.

The staff was great and always helpful. The 24-hour shuttle was prompt and on time. The hotel is older, but clean and well-kept. We returned to the hotel after a cruise, and our flight was canceled. They checked us in early and were super helpful. I will stay there again.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and so helpful. Tonya i think? Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Close to airport and walking distance to several restaurants. Shuttle was super efficient. Will definitely stay again

Shuttle schedule was ineffective, never received confirmation in 15 minutes. After waiting on hold for another 15 minutes on the phone, we took a taxi. Hotel did not offer to cover the charge. Hotel room did not have accommodations for 3 although we clearly booked for three. We took the shuttle to the cruise ship. The driver said he was going to the pier, but then proceeded to the airport instead. Turns out, he didn't understand English and didn't understand words like boat, cruise, pier, etc. after returning to the hotel, the real cruise shuttle picked us up. In all, this was not a quality experience. There was only one front desk person and we had to wait in line for the simplest of questions. They were helpful, just not enough people to serve our needs.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus from the airport took about a hour for pick up. My big complaint would be one the sink drain was slow to drain, and the next morning house keeping knocked on the door around 8am asking when we were going to check out. I informed them at 11am when it was check out time. Then at 10:50am housekeeping came again, and asked when we were checking out. I informed them that we just have to grab our bags and we are headed out, and we did. I found this kind of rude. We paid for the room and should not be pushed out. I understand it needs to get cleaned, but I am paying customer.

There was a jar that I seen on top of the closet, turns out there was drugs in the jar and a crack pipe. I didn’t see it till the morning otherwise I would have asked for a refund. I tried to report it to the front desk lady X2 and showed her a picture. She really didn’t care! I asked to speak with the manager, she wasn’t there for another 30 min. I went back to speak with the manager and she couldn’t make time for me and really didn’t care! They both just blew it off like nothing! I can’t believe it wasn’t important enough for the manager to speak with me when I found drugs in a room.

I walked from Angel Lake station. It was a little far, but I could walk under the elevated tracks for most of the way, so it wasn't a problem even in the rain. The staff were very kind. The room is spacious and clean. I like the sink space next to the entrance, very convenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to store our luggage for hours before check-in so we could explore Seattle was fantastic! We needed to go to the airport at 2:30 am and the shuttle was right on time. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. The property was older, but clean. We would stay here again There were restaurants in walking distance too.

The room had a very strange smell to it, like too many chemicals, but the bed was great and the sheets were even better! Didn't get breakfast because it was all put away by the time we got up. The area was definitely sketchy, but the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Staff could use a little work on their friendliness. Overall, i would stay again if i needed something convenient to the airport.

Saturday morning at 6:45 there was nearly NOTHING to eat at the "Free" breakfast. No bread/bagels/donuts. No eggs or hot food. ONE working waffle maker with 40 people trying to use it? NO COFFEE AT ALL. OJ was not working. Just apples/yogurt/cereal. BUT NO MILK for the cereal? The only person working told us we could get breakfast across the street at the card CASINO. We walked all the way there uphill. IT DOESNT EVEN OPEN until 11am & thats 7 days a week.(she didnt know that??} There is NOTHING around this neighborhood withing walking distance except a 7/11 were we got some food. Tweaker screaming at everyone/no one? out front. Never staying here again.

Easy shuttle, pick up and quick ride from the airport to the hotel. Our front desk register was super friendly and very helpful. Coffee and lemon water available by the front desk was good. Breakfast was your basic high carbs no eggs, no bacon.
