Stopped in for an overnight in the Fremont area after a business trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds situated in a pretty small room, no issues in efficiency though. The rooftop patio view is incredible and I recommend you enjoy a few beverages up there during sunset. All the fun in Fremont is walkable and somewhat easy to navigate. Few cons included that the price was rather high for the quality of the facility and a pretty good amount of road noise if you find yourself on the west facing side of the building like I did. Overall, would stay here again happily.

We had a nice time for a staycation (2 nights). The hotel pool was underwhelming but glad it was there and heated. The hot tub however was not working, not heated any hotter than the pool. Even after asking the staff to check it out, it never got turned up. That was disappointing. The evening meet and greets with the salad bar were nice. Late checkout was a plus.breakfast was nice but could have been better. One day they consistently ran out of plates and utensils. They just need more staff. No muffins, no plain bagels, no grab and go options essentially.

I believe that the hotel was extremely understaffed during our visit and some amenities were not working. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and multiple people were waiting to get helped. We waited for at least 10 minutes for a representative to check us in. That situation reoccurred multiple times during our stay. We booked this hotel since there was a pool and a hot tub. However, we found out that the hot tub was not working when we arrived at the pool area. Neither there were pool towels available - the pool towels shelves were empty. Also, the towels they provided, are extremely small and thin kind of towels. I expect that the hotel manager be honest regarding the conditions and amenities that are working and available.

The staff was courteous. The front desk was informative and got us checked in quickly. Property and amenities was amazing at a great price. View from rooftop is a nice extra perk. Underground parking spaces were tight, but it was secure and had EV charging so I'm not gonna complain.

Room was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom could use some work. Taking a shower was terrible. Water never got hot. Shower head was like a fire hose. Just about blew me out of the tub. Tub floor was very slippery. No bath mat. Towels were very thin and worn. Parking spaces were meant only for mini very narrow cars. I had to park my SUV and had difficulty opening my door to get out of the car.

We typically choose Staybridge when possible over other hotels but this time, they missed the mark. Shining stars of our stay were the front desk staff! Every single one of them were nice and welcoming every time we interacted. While it's great to have safe, onsite parking - it was not an easy in and out. Our room was clean enough but still had a layer of dust on everything and the couch in the room should be thrown out. Stuffing coming out the front and not even remotely comfortable to sit on with lumps and stains on the arms. Worst part of our stay was breakfast. What a joke! An hour after it started, no plates or cups to found. Food nearly gone, what was left was either cold (scrambled eggs) and so dry that you couldn't choke it down (bagels). Milk for cereal was warm. One single person was somewhat attempting to fill things but no urgency at all with several people waiting for plates/cups/food. We didn't even try the rest of our stay and got breakfast elsewhere. Super disappointing considering the breakfast is one of the reasons we usually love staying at Staybridge Suites. Hopefully some of these issues were due to being a sold out weekend!

The cleaning crew simply does not care about their job. (i.e.) They did not take the trash from the room the whole week, and when I told the from desk that I needed the cleaning crew to please take care of the trash, that's all they did that day, that is, they didn't do the beds, or clean the bathroom or anything else... they literally only took the trash out of my room. Pathetic !!!

Customer service was excellent. Location was good, condition of the room was good. I got a king bed suite for an awesome price. Cleanliness was the only thing we had an issue with. Our room was fine, just some hairs in the bathtub. Our friends had vomit in their bathroom and had to change rooms, but I would say that probably was a fluke and the cleanliness of the hotel altogether was pretty good. I would probably stay here again in the future just because it's pretty great quality for the price.

Short stay and didn't get to use all of the amenities but was very nice room. Quiet, slept well. Nice kitchen area but didn't use it. Quite a trek and maze to find our room because of the u-shaped layout of the hotel and where you get off the elevator. Great breakfast. Parking was $20/night, but worth it since it is on an expressway out front and alleys behind. Interesting and bustling area of Seattle.

Major road noise omg. Television was in a stupid spot. Side of bed almost in-line with wheee your head goes. Cords sloppy & dangling in view. Hallway smelled of…something. Staff? Excellent…room…eh. Strictly OK. Ask for room. or on the front of property. And move the TV! Whoever thought to put it there…haha.

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath corner suite for our family of 6. The room was well appointed and roomy enough for all of us. the front desk clerk was fabulous, and the included breakfast had plenty of variety for everyone. We were within miles of the zoo and downtown. Parking is secure and covered underneath the hotel.

It is rare to find a hotel with a 2 bedroom suite with personal bathroom in each. Terrific views, walkable neighborhood, underground parking, disability friendly, family friendly, very nice staff. We will be back.

At 9 AM on Sept 15 we asked that the man at the front desk call and get us a taxi to the airport. About 15 minutes later he called again and was told that no taxi was responding to their dispatcher for this ride. He then helped my wife register for the Uber app and request an Uber ride to the airport. The Uber ride showed up within minutes and took us to the airport, where we needed all of our allotted time to catch our plane. I never got his name, but I hope it is not too late to thank him for his knowledge and helpful advice in getting us an Uber.

The service was not the best. We asked for extra towels and it took over an hour to get them. The breakfast service was so dirty, there wasn’t plates, none of the drinks worked. The elevators were constantly down. There was only one that worked the entire time. I wouldn’t stay again

I stayed here for two nights in February 2024 and really enjoyed my stay. The room was fantastic and spacious, it literally had everything I needed and more. The staff is phenomenal, they are very friendly and willing to help. Emily at the front desk is so sweet… I arrived at the hotel very early and no rooms were available for early check-in and she did everything possible to get me a room as soon as possible! Everything was clean, the breakfast was great, and there’s a 24 hour gym which was a big bonus for me! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel charged me a $50 pet fee. I don't even own a pet. I have no idea how they could've made a mistake like that. Unfortunately I didn't catch it until I was doing my expense report a few months later. I called them about it and they refused to refund me the money because the time has passed. Fine, but how was such a mistake made. The level of incompetence is truly astounding. (hopefully it was just incompetence and not fraud). And I received no apology. I also emailed corporate and received no apology from them either. Also, not a great location. On a very busy fast moving road. Nothing walkable nearby. otherwise the hotel was OK. But I did add this to my 'do not stay list' because of the pet fee.

Overall this was a pretty good place to stay in the beautiful city of Seattle. The receptionist was kind and helpful at check in, they have a good free breakfast buffet, pool and hot tub, and free laundromat (which was a huge plus for us being on a road trip all the way from Calgary). The rooms were big and clean, could've been a bit cleaner in the kitchenette, I think ours hadn't been used in a while so it was in need of some dusting and cleaning of the cabinets. The main road in front (Aurora Ave I think), is quite busy, and there's a divider so you can only turn one way when you're exiting. This makes if a bit inconvenient when you're trying to come back if you're heading south bound as you cannot turn to cross back into the hotel parking. You need to practice and familiarize yourself to know the backroads exit and entrance. No fault of the hotel but just something to keep in mind, if can be challenging for people who are not used to driving in a big city like Seattle. I would stay here again for sure.

Everything was great. Hotel is centrally located and has good eats within walking distance. The neighborhood vehind the hotel is lovely. Even though it's on busy Aurora, which my room faced, traffic didn't impede on my ability to sleep (though you can get an eye mask and ear plugs if you need them). The buffet breakfast was acceptable, the amenities were great (laundry included, just bring detergent), and all of the staff were wonderful.

It was fine. No one cleaned my room but I didn’t really mind that. My issue was breakfast - 9.30 is way too early to finish, the eggs were revolting (rubbery, dry and cold). There were no forks and no one available to request one. Everyone was eating with spoons! The yogurts were warm. Ugh
