For the money, this hotel is spectacular. the parking lot is not new but the rooms have been updated and are very clean.

If you're expecting a really nice place this isn't it. If on the other hand you're looking for a clean, safe, and cheap place to sleep this is it. I booked a room for just under $60 per night (including taxes) so I had low expectations to start with. I've paid more and gotten less before. The rooms are clean, the towels were freshly washed, the staff was alright (my husband had no problems). There are signs of wear in the rooms, but nothing that impacts usability or safety. Small defects like fresh paint not matching old paint, laminate peeling on a table edge, coating peeling on side of fridge. Infact I can only think of two/three complaints - the hallways small like marijuana and the breakfast/coffee bar is disappointing. The coffee was terrible, tasted like old coffee that had burned was never removed from the pot, and the only breakfast option was donuts.
